After the potato is cut, the seventh sliding block 115 is pulled leftwards, the seventh sliding block 115 drives the fifth connecting block 114 to move leftwards, the fifth connecting block 114 drives the second clamping block 112 to move downwards through the pull rope 117, the fourth spring 113 is compressed, when the second clamping block 112 does not clamp the first sliding block 3 any more, people can pull the seventh mounting block 111 to the left, the seventh mounting block 111 drives the sixth sliding block 110 to move to the left, and the sixth sliding block 110 further pulls out the potato chips in the first sliding block 3 to the left, so that people can collect the potato chips conveniently, after all the potato chips are pulled out, people can move the seventh mounting block 111 and the sixth sliding block 110 rightwards to reset, and can release the seventh sliding block 115 after the sixth sliding block 110 is reset, so that the fourth spring 113 drives the second clamping block 112 to reset, so that the second latch 112 continues to latch the first slider 3, and the second latch 112 drives the fifth connecting block 114 and the seventh slider 115 to reset through the pull rope 117.

1. A kitchen potato processing apparatus, comprising:

the tops of the second mounting blocks (4) are provided with third mounting blocks (60);
the air cylinder (61) is arranged between the third mounting blocks (60);
the first connecting block (62) is arranged on the telescopic rod of the cylinder (61), and the first connecting block (62) is connected with the tool rest (5).
3. A kitchen potato processing apparatus as claimed in claim 1, characterized in that the limiting means (7) comprises:
the first sliding block (3) is symmetrically provided with a first connecting block (70);
the lower parts of the second connecting blocks (70) are provided with the third connecting blocks (71);
the first clamping block (72) is arranged on the first connecting block (72), the third connecting block (71) is provided with the first clamping block (72) in a sliding mode, and the first clamping block (72) is matched with the first mounting block (2);

the third sliding block (85) is symmetrically and slidably arranged on the fourth connecting block (81), and the third sliding block (85) is matched with the second sliding block (84);
a second spring (86) is arranged between each third sliding block (85) and the fourth connecting block (81), and the second springs (86) are sleeved on the third sliding blocks (85);
a pull ring (87), and the second slide block (84) is provided with the pull ring (87).
5. A potato processor for kitchen use according to claim 1 further comprising a dam (9), the dam (9) comprising:
the first connecting block (62) is symmetrically provided with fifth mounting blocks (90), and the fifth mounting blocks (90) are connected with the tool rest (5);

the fifth sliding block (105) is arranged on the sliding groove (102) in a sliding mode, and the fifth sliding block (105) slides in the rubber pipe (103);
the second wedge block (106) is symmetrically arranged on the fifth sliding block (105), and the second wedge block (106) is matched with the first wedge block (104).
