As an embodiment of the present invention, the welding and cutting device 2 performs a preset process operation in order to perform the same process operation on a plurality of welding and cutting devices 2. Meanwhile, based on the comparison of welding or cutting frames between the welding and cutting devices 2 in the welding and cutting processing group and the comparison of each pixel point data, whether a preset operation process is met or not is judged.
And based on the associated storage, the operator can conveniently inquire and compare the previous switching or welding data.
The time synchronization of the system to the individual welding and cutting devices 2 can be GPS synchronized time or time synchronized via a network.
The welding and cutting device 2 collects and transmits a welding or cutting frame in the cutting or welding process according to a preset collection time point and a preset transmission time point. Each welding or cutting frame acquisition and transmission is synchronized, but a preset time interval is configured from frame to frame.
That is, each welding or cutting frame is transmitted with a preset transmission interval so that the welding control terminal 1 can effectively distinguish each welding or cutting frame when receiving data.

comparing the first welding or cutting characteristic with a preset image characteristic, and judging whether the operation process requirement is met;
comparing the second welding or cutting characteristic with a preset image characteristic, and judging whether the operation process requirement is met;
