The working principle is as follows: after two side walls of the fireproof door to be sprayed are clamped by the first clamping plate 9 and the second clamping plate 10, the other two side walls of the fireproof door to be sprayed are clamped by the first supporting plate 4 and the second supporting plate 5, so that the initial spraying position of the fireproof door to be sprayed is located below the electrostatic spraying gun 36, after the stroke of the movable seat 33 is adjusted according to the size of the fireproof door through the reciprocating assembly, the movable seat 33 is driven to reciprocate, the electrostatic spraying gun 36 is driven to spray the fireproof door to be sprayed, meanwhile, the first sleeve 56, the second sleeve 57, the telescopic rod 58, the first bolt 59, the second bolt 60, the through hole 61, the hinged plate 62, the limiting plate 63 and the fourth spring 64 drive one of the bevel gears 65 to drive the first rotating rod 66 to drive the second gear 68 to rotate and drive the second rack 70 to drive the sliding plate 3 to move, when the fireproof door to be sprayed overturned under the action of the overturning assembly, the hinged plate 62 drive the bevel gear 65 to drive the third rotating rod 69 to rotate and drive the third rack to drive the sliding plate 3 to reset, and finish the front and back surface spraying of the fireproof door.

the clamping unit comprises a first supporting plate (4), a second supporting plate (5), a first baffle (6), a first turnover plate (7), a second turnover plate (8), a first clamping plate (9), a second clamping plate (10), a bidirectional threaded rod (11), a threaded connecting block (12), a first sliding rod (13), a first spring (14), a first sliding groove (15), a first sliding block (16) and a second sliding groove (17);

the first mounting plate (32) is fixed on the upper end surfaces of two oppositely arranged mounting frames (2), a fifth sliding groove (34) is formed in the upper end surface of the first mounting plate (32), a movable seat (33) is arranged in the fifth sliding groove (34) in a sliding mode through a third sliding block (35) fixed on the lower end surface, an expansion pipe (37) is fixed on the side wall of the movable seat (33) through a mounting part, an electrostatic spraying gun (36) is installed at one end of the expansion pipe, the other end of the expansion pipe is communicated with one end of a hose (38), the other end of the hose (38) is communicated with a discharge hole of a coating box (39) fixed on the upper end surface of a workbench (1), and the side wall of the movable seat (33) is further connected with a power output end of a reciprocating assembly and a power input end of a moving assembly respectively;
