The invention discloses a water curtain spray head, which relates to the technical field of spray heads and comprises a spray head body and a spray head cover plate, wherein the spray head body is detachably connected with the spray head cover plate, a liquid inlet, a first cavity and a plurality of first liquid outlets are arranged in the spray head body, the liquid inlet is fixed on a first surface of the spray head body, the plurality of first liquid outlets are positioned on a second surface of the spray head body, the liquid inlet is communicated with the first surface of the first cavity, the first liquid outlets are communicated with the second surface of the first cavity, the spray head cover plate and the second surface of the spray head body form a second cavity, the first liquid outlets are communicated with the second cavity, and the second cavity is provided with second liquid outlets. The invention can effectively reduce the impact force of the liquid and enlarge the liquid outlet range of the liquid.

Background
The spray heads adopted by the existing developing process have two forms, namely a fan-shaped spray head and a column-shaped spray head; the impact force of the existing fan-shaped spray head on a substrate is large, so that the photoresist graph can be damaged, the columnar spray head solves the problem of impact force, but the area of the developing solution sprayed on the substrate is small, so that the local concentration is high, and the developing uniformity on the whole substrate surface is poor.

Preferably, the first cavity is a cylindrical cavity, the first cavity penetrates through the sprayer body, and two ends of the first cavity are sealed by plugs respectively.
Preferably, the liquid inlet is in threaded connection with a first end of a threaded joint, a second end of the threaded joint is connected with a first end of a liquid inlet pipe, and a second end of the liquid inlet pipe is connected with a water source.

As shown in fig. 1 to 3, the present embodiment provides a water curtain spray head, which comprises a spray head body 1 and a spray head cover plate 2, wherein the spray head body 1 and the spray head cover plate 2 are detachably connected. A liquid inlet, a first cavity 11 and a plurality of first liquid outlets 10 are arranged in the spray head body 1, the liquid inlet is fixed on a first surface of the spray head body 1, and the liquid inlet is used for being connected with a water source. The plurality of first liquid outlets 10 are located on the second surface of the nozzle body 1, the liquid inlets are communicated with the first surface of the first cavity 11, and the first liquid outlets 10 are communicated with the second surface of the first cavity 11. The second face of shower nozzle apron 2 and shower nozzle body 1 forms second cavity 12, first liquid outlet 10 and second cavity 12 intercommunication, and the lower extreme of second cavity 12 has second liquid outlet 9, and second liquid outlet 9 is the gap that forms when shower nozzle body 1 and shower nozzle apron 2 offset.
When the sprayer is used, a water source is communicated with the liquid inlet, so that liquid to be sprayed enters the sprayer body 1, the liquid directly enters the first cavity 11 from the liquid inlet, the liquid in the first cavity 11 is discharged into the second cavity 12 from the plurality of first liquid outlets 10, and finally the liquid is sprayed out from the second liquid outlets 9 on the second cavity 12.
