The desulfurization gypsum grading and cleaning device comprises a spray head, a cleaning machine and a plurality of concentration devices, wherein the cleaning machine and the plurality of concentration devices are sequentially arranged, and gypsum slurry to be treated sequentially passes through the cleaning machine and the plurality of concentration devices; the cleaning machine and at least part of the concentration device are provided with spray heads. Background
The coal-fired power plant mostly adopts a wet desulphurization process (about 90%) to carry out flue gas desulphurization, the limestone-gypsum method is a main technical means, and a desulphurization byproduct is desulfurized gypsum, namely calcium sulfate dihydrate (CaSO 4.2H 2O), and the desulfurized gypsum can be widely used as a raw material for preparing building material products such as gypsum boards, gypsum blocks, gypsum powder and the like. However, the production process of gypsum has no mature process and complete equipment, the process parameters are not specific, and the matched equipment is not sound, so that the quality of the desulfurized gypsum is uneven, and the desulfurized gypsum directly produced by a power plant can hardly meet the quality requirement of the building material field for raw materials, namely national standard of flue gas desulfurized gypsum. A large amount of desulfurized gypsum can only be treated as solid waste, which causes great waste of resources. The main impurities of the desulfurized gypsum comprise soluble salt (Cl < - >, F < - >), calcium carbonate, calcium sulfite, trace heavy metals and the like, wherein over-high chloride ions are the main reason for poor quality of the desulfurized gypsum, and in addition, the water content is also an important index of the desulfurized gypsum product. The desulfurization gypsum is cleaned and decontaminated to form a set of device or system, and the urgent need for solution exists.
For example, the application number is CN201711443367.0, a high-chlorine desulfurized gypsum washing method is provided, the high-chlorine gypsum is washed through a vacuum belt dehydration system, the content of chloride ions in the gypsum slurry from the source is increased from normal 20000PPm to 50000PPm, and in order to ensure the normal operation of a belt dehydrator and the quality of gypsum, filter cake washing water is recycled.
The above gypsum washing method has the following problems:
1, only one washing is carried out, and the content of chloride ions and impurities cannot be effectively reduced.
2, the filter cake dewatered by the vacuum belt conveyor is washed, and only the chloride ions on the surface of the filter cake can be washed, but the chloride ions in the filter cake cannot be washed.
3, the washing time is short, and soluble impurities cannot be fully dissolved.
4, the water consumption for flushing is large, which causes a great amount of high-salinity wastewater to increase, and increases the difficulty for subsequent high-salinity wastewater treatment.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention provides a desulfurization gypsum grading cleaning device and a washing method, which solve the problem that the content of chloride ions and impurities cannot be effectively reduced at present.

The amount of water sprayed from each nozzle 1 can be controlled by adjusting the valve.
The desulfurization gypsum grading flushing device also comprises a recovery water bucket 7, and the recovery water bucket 7 is used for recovering the spraying wastewater.
The bottoms of the ultrasonic cleaning machine 2, the gypsum cyclone 3 and the disc dehydrator 4 are all provided with a drain pipe 8, and the drain pipe 8 is communicated with a recycling water bucket 7.
The feeding end of the ultrasonic washing machine 2 is provided with a discharge pump 9, and the discharging end of the disc dehydrator 4 is connected with the feeding end of the vacuum belt conveyor 5.
In the embodiment, the desulfurization gypsum grading washing method is also provided, the gypsum slurry is washed and concentrated for multiple times, and the washing of the gypsum slurry is carried out in the gypsum slurry washing process and part of the concentration process.
The flushing of the gypsum slurry is performed during the first few thickening steps of the gypsum slurry. Specifically, the gypsum slurry is concentrated three times, and the gypsum slurry is washed in the first two gypsum slurry concentration processes. And after the last concentration, spraying is carried out again, spraying water cannot enter the inside of the filter cake, namely the effect of removing chloride ions by spraying in the step is poor, and the last step is not sprayed in consideration of water conservation.

The gypsum slurry enters an ultrasonic cleaning machine box through a discharge pump 9, slurry with solid content of about 8-15% is obtained after primary washing, the slurry is subjected to secondary washing simultaneously after a primary cyclone concentration device to obtain gypsum slurry with solid content of 40-50%, then the gypsum slurry is sent to a disc dehydrator and subjected to tertiary washing simultaneously, and the gypsum slurry enters a vacuum belt conveyor to be subjected to tertiary dewatering to obtain wet gypsum with water content of less than 10%. The specific description is as follows:

4: when gypsum slurry is subjected to primary washing, ultrasonic vibration is adopted, soluble salt can be fully dissolved, and the purpose of quick washing is achieved.
5: when the gypsum slurry is subjected to primary washing, a small amount of water is supplemented by the spray header when the density of the gypsum slurry is too high (more than 1200kg/m3), so that the water consumption can be greatly reduced.
6: when the gypsum slurry is subjected to primary dehydration, the gypsum slurry with 40-50% of solid content is obtained after passing through a primary cyclone concentration device.
7: the secondary washing is carried out on the gypsum slurry with 40 to 50 percent of solid content, so that the content of chloride ions and other impurities in the desulfurized gypsum can be reduced again.
8: when the gypsum slurry is subjected to secondary washing and tertiary washing, the spray head is also adopted, so that the water consumption can be reduced.
9: after the gypsum slurry with 40-50% of solid matter is subjected to secondary washing, the gypsum slurry enters a disc dehydrator for secondary dehydration.
