背景技术
公知的臀部保护装置是一块由诸如塑料之类的材料制成的、拱形的、硬的板状构件，该保护装置的平面图为椭圆形，并且有一块由泡沫橡胶之类的材料制成的具有减震功能的衬里。
对使用公知的臀部保护装置的研究和试验表明，保护装置杜绝了或大大减少了骨折事故，和由于摔倒而带来的其它伤害，尤其是老年人或身体衰弱的人的髋骨和股骨缩颈部分的折断。这是因为它能将作用于骨头局部的外力分散到大面积上。当然，运动员也能戴这种保护装置以防擦伤和骨折，尤其是手球或冰球运动员。
上述研究和试验是将保护装置附着在使用者的衣服上，尤其是衬裤或内衣的内侧时完成的。结果表明，为了使得臀部保护装置能有效地发挥作用，将臀部保护装置非常精确地定位在确切的人体结构位置是极为重要的。
公知的臀部保护装置包括一块拱形的硬板状构件和一块在上述板状构件的凹进去的一侧的衬里或减震构件。减震构件包含许多胶粘在一起的部分。这种结构的制造成本相当高，因为它是由许多在制造过程中装配在一起的部件组成的。而且，正如使用试验中所发现的那样，上述结构经不起30℃以上的温度下的洗熨，而该温度是处理棉织物，如棉内衣常用的温度，尤其是因为减震构件容易在粘接处脱开。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种臀部保护装置，该装置包含一个拱形构件，该构件有一个用来与人体相贴合的向内凹的侧面，其特征在于，上述臀部保护装置做成一个拱形的硬的固态壳体，该壳体的全部外表面由泡沫硬热塑性材料制成。
上述臀部保护装置在经济方面和实用方面有许多优点，可通过现代化的生产工艺，大规模地批量生产。而且，这种臀部保护装置重量极轻，对使用者很有好处。尤其是，这种臀部保护装置能经得起正常的清洗，举例来说，当附在使用者特制的内衣上，以便使该保护装置正确定位在人体上时，臀部保护装置可以在30℃以上的温度下安全地洗熨。
本发明所提供的臀部保护装置中，上述壳体由密闭孔眼热塑性材料，诸如聚丙烯泡沫塑料制成。即该装置有密闭孔眼的表面，易于清洗且不容易沾上灰尘。
本发明提供的臀部保护装置中，上述壳体的厚度大致均匀，并且有一个环状的倒圆的周缘。该壳体有一个内部加强构件或加强芯，该加强芯是一个弧形构件，由硬热塑性材料，诸如聚丙烯制成，并完全隐藏在上述壳体中。
上述壳体是一个大体为椭圆形或卵形的构件，其大直径的一端为正圆形端部，另一端为尖圆形端部。上述大直径为13-18cm，最好是16cm左右；而小直径为9-14cm，最好是11.5cm，壳体的厚度为0.5-1.5cm，最好是0.9cm。上述保护装置的形状做成与股骨的缩颈部分相配，附在人体上时，其尖圆的端部向下，并且弯曲成具有2.5～4.5cm，最好是3.0cm深度的弧形。
上述臀部保护装置是一种适合多数人的固态壳体。对于特殊的用途，当然能很方便地提供不同尺寸的臀部保护装置，但通常可以按照以上的尺寸比例和形状来制作。
本发明还提供了一种臀部保护装置，该装置有粗糙表面，并设有多个从上述凹进侧通到上述凸出侧，并且离开壳体周缘一定距离的孔。
由于有粗糙表面，上述臀部保护装置可使使用者感到舒适，并有助于将它保持在正确位置上。
本发明还提供了一种臀部保护装置，该装置附着在配有口袋，通常是暗口袋的衣服的内侧，以便使臀部保护装置正确定位。上述保护装置可附着在衣服上，例如，附着在编织内衣上，这样，使用起来很方便。

具体实施方式
图2至图7中表示的是本发明的臀部保护装置4的实际尺寸。
图1是穿着带有口袋3的内衣2的人体1的局部视图，口袋3位于相应于股骨缩颈部分的两侧。每个口袋中装有本发明的臀部保护装置，后面将参照图2至图7详细说明该装置。
臀部保护装置4是一个密闭孔眼固态热塑性壳体5，其形状如图2至图5所示。这个热塑性壳体5，举例来说，可以用聚丙烯制成。如图所示，它有一个倒圆的周缘9，并且厚度大体均匀一致。
这样，拱形壳体5在平面图上为椭圆形或卵形，一端是尖圆的端部11，另一端是正圆形的端部10(见图2)。将上述尖圆的端部11向下，如图所示，可使得臀部保护装置与人体很好地贴合。
壳体5有一个凸表面7和一个凹表面8，当臀部保护装置贴在人体上时，凹表面8朝里。拱的高度12在2.5-4.5cm之间，最好是3.0cm左右。
此外，该臀部保护装置的大直径在13-18cm之间，最好是16cm左右，小直径在9-14cm之间，最好是11.5cm。壳体5的厚度在0.5-1.5cm之间，最好是0.9cm。
壳体5可使用硬的热塑性泡沫材料，诸如聚丙烯泡沫塑料，用公知的模压技术制造，这种材料可经得起接近沸点的洗熨。使用这样的工艺技术，就可以比较容易地获得密闭孔眼结构的有着粗糙表面的壳体，这种表面对于使用者很舒适，并易于清洁。
为使得使用者更舒适，可以如图2所示，在臀部保护装置上设置多个偏离中心位置，分布在离周缘适当距离处，并不降低壳体强度的孔眼6。
在制造壳体5的过程中，可以在壳体表面上形成文字或装饰性的图案14。图案不仅起装饰作用或识别作用，还可以在使用者穿戴臀部保护装置时起指引作用。
图6和图7表示的是强度明显改善的实施例的剖面图。这种拱形臀部保护装置包括一块加强芯13。当然，也可以使用多个加强芯构件。在图示的实施例中，加强芯13是一块与壳体5的弧线大体一致的构件，且由硬或半硬热塑性材料，如聚丙烯制成。加强芯的边缘要离开壳体5周缘8-15mm。在上述加强芯13之外的壳体5的周缘区域9比较柔软，因此这种臀部保护装置和图3、图4中所示的臀部保护装置穿戴起来一样舒适。加强芯13是完全隐藏起来的。这种保护装置在其它方面和图2至图5中所示的保护装置一样，例如在尺寸、外形和表面结构方面。

Claims (13)

1.一种臀部保护装置(4)，它包含一个拱形构件，该构件有一个用来与人体相贴合的向内凹的侧面，其特征在于，上述臀部保护装置做成一个拱形的硬的固态壳体(5)，该壳体(5)的全部表面由泡沫硬热塑性材料制成。
2.如权利要求1所述的臀部保护装置，其特征在于，所述壳体(5)由密闭孔眼热塑性材料，诸如聚丙烯泡沫塑料制成。
3.如权利要求1或2所述的臀部保护装置，其特征在于，所述壳体(5)的厚度大致均匀，并且有一个环状的倒圆的周缘(9)。
4.如权利要求1所述的臀部保护装置，其特征在于，所述壳体(5)有一内部加强构件或加强芯(13)。
