本申请提供一种小区搜索的方法和装置，能够使支持ENDC的终端设备优先驻留到支持ENDC的小区，从而使用4G和5G的双连接来获取数据服务。该方法包括：获取扫频结果，扫频结果中包含多个频点；确定扫频结果中支持ENDC的频点，并优先针对支持ENDC的频点进行小区搜索。
