Abstract

弹性非织造织物片材及其制造方法
技术领域
本发明涉及具有弹性性能的非织造织物片材,涉及制造此类非织造织物的方法,以及此类非织造织物的用途。
背景技术
在卫生工业中,非织造材料经常用于例如尿布和成人失禁产品的制造中,其中非织造材料可以用作例如后片。已经证明纺粘片或包含纺粘层的多层片是非常有用的并且在经济上是可行的。
对于某些应用,例如当在开式尿布中制造后耳片或在裤状尿布中制造腰带部分时,非常希望非织造材料具有弹性性能。然而,虽然先前已知的纺粘非织造材料可具有一些可延展性,但是在它们被拉伸后从或多或少地完全回缩到其原始状态的意义上说是几乎没有弹性的。
因此,在开式尿布中的后耳片的情况下,经常将弹性材料的实体片层压在外部非织造层之间并且将布置胶合在一起。在WO2018/183315A1中公开了示例性材料。然而,胶合在制造中涉及单独的过程,并且层压体在很大程度上是不透气的并且可能具有坚硬的触感。
在腰带部分的情况下,在产品的各个部分中,弹性线束经常层压在两层非织造材料之间。除了更复杂的临时设置之外,此类弹性线束通常使产品穿着不舒服,并可能导致皮肤上出现红斑。
在EP2342075A1中公开了制造具有固有弹性性能的非织造织物的过程,其中熔喷弹性纤维的弹性层夹在水刺网的层之间,所述水刺网由短纤维通过梳理和水力缠结而形成。水刺网通常在横跨机器方向上具有良好的延展性,但是生产相对昂贵,并且在最低可获得的基重和加工速度方面具有局限性。熔喷弹性引擎具有良好的弹性性能,但可能非常致密,并且在最大的可获得的纤维直径、基重以及因此稳定性方面受到限制。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供易于生产并且具有优异性能的固有弹性非织造织物片材。
在这种背景下,本发明提出了包括至少两个相邻的纺粘非织造网层的非织造织物片材,其中所述两个层中的第一层是包含卷曲多组分纤维的呈纺粘非织造网的形式的载体层,并且其中所述两个层中的第二层是包含由热塑性弹性体聚合物材料形成的弹性纤维的呈纺粘非织造网的形式的弹性层。
所述载体层的所述网包括宏观粘合点的图案,而所述弹性层的所述网没有宏观粘合点。载体层的网可以作为预制网提供。因此,可以单独并且在无需同时粘合弹性层的情况下通过已知的粘合工艺(如压光)对这些网进行热粘合。这是有利的,因为粘合整个织物将使织物更紧,并且因此可能不利于弹性。
由于弹性纤维在纺纱后的最初几秒钟内固有的粘性,可以省略将各层粘合在一起的过程。尽管没有将各层粘合在一起,但是这种粘性导致各层的良好粘附性和织物的整体稳定性。
优选地,在这种情况下,织物片材也没有由于将载体层和弹性层针刺在一起而产生的任何针刺图案,并且也没有其他粘合技术(如超声粘合、水力缠结等)的任何所得图案或结构。
优选地,本发明的非织造织物片材包括至少三个相邻的纺粘非织造网层,其中所述三个层中的第三层也是包含卷曲多组分纤维的呈纺粘非织造网的形式的载体层,并且其中所述弹性层夹在所述两个载体层之间。在这种情况下,应理解的是,非织造织物片材还可以包括多于三个的层。一个示例是包括两个弹性层和两层纺粘非织造网的非织造织物片材。
在载体层中,卷曲的多组分纤维(优选是双组分纤维)的第一组分由第一热塑性聚合物材料组成,并且多组分纤维的第二组分由与第一热塑性聚合物材料不同的第二热塑性聚合物材料组成。有用的聚合物材料通常是聚烯烃,如聚丙烯(PP)、聚乙烯(PE)或聚丙烯-乙烯共聚物(co-PP)。例如,第一组分可以是PP,并且第二组分可以是不同的PP(PP/PP)。在另一个示例中,第一组分可以是PP,并且第二组分可以是co-PP(PP/co-PP)。在又一个示例中,第一组分可以是PP,并且第二组分可以是PE(PP/PE)。在任一种情况下,组分的聚烯烃的一部分或甚至全部可以被可再生聚合物(如淀粉)(例如来自玉米或甘蔗)替代。
两个部件可以在纤维的横截面上并排布置或以偏心的皮芯方式布置。在纺粘工艺中纤维淬火和拉伸之后,不同热塑性聚合物材料的不同性质导致卷曲。由卷曲纤维本身生产非织造网在本领域中是众所周知的,并公开于例如US6,454,989B1。例如,在EP3054042A1、EP3246443A1、EP3246444A1和WO2017/198336A1中公开了导致非常柔软的产品的较新技术。
第一载体层和/或第二载体层可以仅由卷曲的多组分纤维形成,从某种意义上说,它不包含其他纤维,例如不包含标准的未卷曲单组分纤维,或者可以由卷曲的多组分纤维和未卷曲的单组分纤维的混合物形成。在混合物的情况下,卷曲的多组分纤维的含量优选高于50wt.%,更优选高于70wt.%,并且还更优选高于90wt.%。
在一个实施例中,如根据日本标准JISL-1015-1981在2mg/旦尼尔的预张紧载荷下测量,卷曲的多组分纤维的平均卷曲数在每厘米纤维中至少5个卷曲并且优选至少8个卷曲的范围内。
载体层负责织物的手感,并且由于使用卷曲纤维而具有一定的延展性,所述延展性超出了基于未卷曲单组分纤维的标准纺粘网的延展性。具体地,当根据WSP100.4进行测量时基于未卷曲单组分纤维的标准纺粘网在机器方向上通常具有约45-50%的断裂伸长率并且在横跨机器方向上具有约55-65%的断裂伸长率,而基于卷曲的多组分纤维的膨松的纺粘非织造网在机器方向上可以具有超过100%的伸长值并且在横跨机器方向上具有甚至更高的,通常高于200%的伸长值。
纺粘的热塑性弹性体(TPE)纤维的弹性层具有相对较高的稳定性,这是因为基重在较宽的范围内的相对容易变化的可能性。同时,纤维相对较粗并且导致稳定且相对能拉开的织物。弹性层可以仅由由热塑性弹性体材料形成的纤维组成,或者可以至少包括由热塑性弹性体材料形成的纤维的很大一部分,例如,大于60wt.-%或大于80wt.-%。
在一个实施例中,本发明的非织造织物片材由两个载体层和位于其间的弹性层组成。
所述载体层或每个载体层的基重可以在5-40g/m2之间,优选在8-30g/m2之间,更优选在8-25g/m2之间,并且还更优选在10-20g/m2之间。弹性层的基重可以在10-140g/m2之间,优选在20-120g/m2之间,并且更优选在25至100g/m2之间。这些基重已被证明在织物手感、弹性性能和稳定性方面是有用的。
如根据WSP120.6测定,非织造织物片材的总体厚度优选小于1,20mm。本发明的此类材料通常具有足够的机械稳定性以添加到尿布产品中。同时,薄的材料有利于此类产品的体积总体较小且规则的类似简短的外观。
在一个实施例中,两个载体层的所述网包括宏观粘合点的图案。两个载体层的网可以作为预制网提供。
在一个优选的变型中,载体层的粘合图案是相对敞开的,这意味着织物表面的每平方厘米的粘合点的数量可以小于30和/或被区域粘合点占据的织物表面的总面积小于18%,并且优选小于15%。
使用于载体层的紧密结构松散并暴露弹性层的弹性的一种优选方式包括:在下面结合本发明的方法进一步更详细地描述的所谓的环轧工艺中,处理包括至少两个相邻的纺粘非织造网层的总体非织造织物片材。因此,织物片材可以被配置为使得所述织物的至少部分被活化并且包括具有不同的微观纤维构型的交替的宏观区域,其中所述区域呈在所述织物片材的纵向上取向的平行且优选不间断的条的形式。通过环轧,当根据WSP100.4测量时,织物片材在横跨机器方向上的断裂伸长率可以提高到200%以上或甚至300%以上的值。同时,几乎不影响织物片材在机器方向上的弹性和延展性,并且在织物片材在其应用(例如卫生制品制造中)期间的转化过程中,在机器方向上的相对较低的延展性可能非常有帮助。
使用于载体层的紧密结构松散并暴露弹性层的弹性的另一种优选方式包括:在也在下面结合本发明的方法进一步更详细地描述的使用横向叶片轧机活化进行纵向活化的工艺中,处理包括至少两个相邻的纺粘非织造网层的总体非织造织物片材。因此,织物片材可以优选地被配置为使得所述织物的至少部分被活化并且包括具有不同的微观纤维构型的交替的宏观区域,在这种情况下,所述区域呈在织物片材的横向上取向的平行条的形式。通过这种纵向活化,当根据WSP100.4测量时,织物片材在机器方向上的断裂伸长率可以提高到150%以上或甚至200%以上的值。同时,几乎不影响织物片材在横向上的弹性和延展性。
在一个实施例中,经过相应处理的织物片材可以包括诸如具有较高弹性的活化材料的机器方向的带的部分和诸如具有较低弹性的未活化材料的中间机器方向的带的其他部分。换句话说,织物可以包括活化材料的至少一个机器方向的带和未活化材料的至少一个相邻的机器方向的带,或者活化材料和未活化材料的更多交替的机器方向的带。这可以仅由织物片材的部分活化引起,如下面结合本发明的方法进一步更详细地描述。
在一个实施例中,用于所述弹性层的所述弹性纤维而形成所述热塑性弹性体聚合物材料是热塑性聚烯烃弹性体材料(TPE-o),优选地是包含丙烯-α-烯烃共聚物的热塑性聚烯烃弹性体材料。在一个实施例中,热塑性材料内的丙烯-α-烯烃共聚物的含量可以为至少80wt.-%。在EP2342075A1中公开了用于本发明的情况的合适的TPE-o材料。作为热塑性聚烯烃弹性体材料的替代或除了其之外,意指作为混合物,可以使用其他热塑性弹性体材料,例如尤其是热塑性聚氨酯(TPU)、苯乙烯嵌段共聚物(TPE-s)。
在一个实施例中,双组分弹性纤维可以由两种不同的热塑性弹性体形成,例如以并排或皮芯构型布置。在这种布置中,两种不同的热塑性弹性体的弹性性能可以在纤维内结合。此外,取决于构型,如果需要的话,一定的卷曲水平也可以归因于弹性纤维。例如,两种组分都可以由TPE-o制成,优选地由包含丙烯-α-烯烃共聚物的热塑性聚烯烃弹性体材料制成。热塑性材料内的丙烯-α-烯烃共聚物的含量在两种组分之间可以不同。
在一个实施例中,可以将多达20wt.-%并且优选地多达10wt.-%的热塑性烯烃,诸如均聚聚丙烯,添加到热塑性弹性体。在某些情况下,这可能有益于更改结晶性质,并且因此更改粘性和弹性性能。
如上面已经进一步提到的,由使此类热塑性弹性体材料纺纱得到的弹性纤维至少在纺纱后立即通常相对发粘作为固有特性。因此,弹性层整体上固有地是粘性的,并且很好地附着到载体层上而不需要任何额外的胶,特别是如果在制造过程中使用温和的预压步骤等来额外地增进粘合。因此,在优选的实施例中,所述非织造织物在所述相邻的载体和弹性层之间不包含任何胶。这是有利的,因为添加胶带来额外的材料成本和工艺步骤。更进一步,可能在产品上闻到挥发性胶组分,并且胶在环境方面是不希望的。
本发明进一步涉及用于制造根据本发明的非织造织物片材的方法,其中所述方法包括:(a)提供包含卷曲的多组分纤维的第一纺粘非织造网,其相当于待形成的所述织物片材的载体层;以及(b)将弹性纤维纺纱并铺设到所述第一网上以形成所述织物片材的所述弹性层。
步骤(b)的纺纱涉及在纺粘机中挤出、淬火和拉伸弹性纤维。第一网通常在传送带上被传送到纺粘机。
优选地通过从预制材料的辊中展开来提供第一网。网通常被展开到传送带上并前进到纺粘机。预制材料可以是包括包含卷曲纤维的一个或多个纺粘网或仅包含卷曲纤维的一层纺粘网的多层材料。它通常通过例如压光进行粘合并包括宏观粘合图案。包括例如两个、三个或四个单独的纺粘材料层的合适的多层材料可以包括不同卷曲水平的层。
在一个实施例中,所述方法还包括步骤(c):将包含卷曲的多组分纤维的第二纺粘非织造网叠加到所述弹性层的暴露侧上,以形成所述织物片材的另一个载体层。在方法的该变型中,提供了根据本发明的优选实施例的片材,其具有插入在两个载体层之间的弹性层的夹层结构。
也可以通过从预制材料的辊中展开来提供第二网。因此,当包括第一载体层和弹性层的片材在传送带上前进时,通常紧接在形成弹性层之后,将预制的第二网直接放置在弹性层的暴露侧上。在该实施例中,形成载体层的两个网可以被提供为预制材料。
形成载体层的预制材料可以单独是包括包含卷曲纤维的一个或多个纺粘网或包含卷曲纤维的一层纺粘网的多层材料。它们通常通过例如压光或在多组分纤维的组分的熔点差允许(诸如在PP/PE组合的情况下)空气通过粘合的情况下来粘合。在压光的情况下,它们包括宏观粘合图案。对于优选变型的描述,我们参考本发明的织物片材的以上描述。
在替代实施例中,可以通过将形成所述第二网的所述纤维直接纺纱并铺设到所述弹性层的所述暴露侧上来提供所述第二网。在该实施例中,第二网不作为预制网提供,而是通过在布置在纺粘机下游的另一个纺粘机中纺纱、淬火和拉伸卷曲的双组分纤维和任选的其他纤维以形成弹性纤维而在线形成。第二网的在线形成通常立即紧随弹性层的形成。
在一个实施例中,所述方法进一步包括预压片材的步骤(d)。预压片材的步骤(d)在步骤(b)之后进行,或者附加地或可替代地,在步骤(c)(如果存在的话)之后进行。优选地,步骤(d)立即紧随各个步骤而之间没有任何步骤。典型地,在预压(d)期间,材料与旋转带一起在两个优选地无图案的预压辊之间通过。施加的线性压力优选在3-5N/mm之间。辊温度可以在50-110℃之间,并且更优选在60-100℃之间。如果温度接近这些范围的较高端,则层之间的层压强度增加,并且织物趋于呈现相对平坦且较少的织物触感。然而,当材料例如通过环轧被后活化时,这可以在某种程度上被补偿。在任何情况下,都证明60-90℃和2-3N的预压辊的温度和压力水平在许多情况下是最有利的,并导致织物在柔软触感和层压强度之间达到最佳平衡。
如已经提到的,在描述本发明的片材时,弹性纤维是粘性的,并且因此弹性层固有地粘附在载体层上。
因此,预压通常足以将织物的各层保持在一起,并且通常不需要在各层之间施加胶。因此,在优选的实施例中,本发明的方法没有在步骤(b)之前将胶施加到第一网上或在步骤(b)之后将胶施加到弹性层的任何步骤。
同时,由于载体层和弹性层之间的固有粘合,也不需要如压光等的粘合步骤。相反,额外的粘合将使织物更紧并违背提供具有优异弹性性能的片材的目标。因此,在另一个优选的实施例中,除了提供卷曲纤维的预制网以外,本发明的方法没有任何粘合步骤,如压光。
在一个实施例中,所述方法还包括步骤(e):在包括一对相互作用的辊的轧机中机械地活化所述片材,所述辊的表面包括互锁的环形凹槽和波峰。这种所谓的环轧(e)引入具有不同微观纤维构型的交替宏观区域,所述宏观区域呈在片材的机器方向上取向的平行且优选不间断的条的形式,如上面结合本发明的片材更详细描述。从而织物片材被活化以增加弹性,特别是在横跨机器方向上。具体地,载体层的结构被部分地破坏和松散以具有更大的延展性,而弹性层在很大程度上保持不受影响。通过环轧活化非织造片材是已知的,并且先前已经公开在例如EP3290014A1中。
在替代实施例中,所述方法还包括步骤(e):在包括一对相互作用的辊的磨机中机械地活化所述片材,所述辊的表面包括互锁的横向(或相对于辊而言,轴向)叶片。这种纵向活化(e’)引入具有不同微观纤维构型的交替宏观区域,所述宏观区域呈在片材的横跨机器方向上取向的平行条的形式,如上面结合本发明的片材更详细描述。从而织物片材被活化以增加弹性,特别是在机器方向上。与沿长度方向的环轧活化一样,也通过横向活化,载体层的结构被部分地破坏和松散以具有更大的延展性,而弹性层在很大程度上保持不受影响。
当纺粘网中的平均纤维取向将固有地沿机器方向时,规则的未卷曲且无弹性的纺粘网在机器方向上具有相对较低的延展性。然而,当按照本发明进行配置和横向活化时,断裂前的延展性可以被推至其原始长度的150%或甚至200%。由于卫生行业的延展性要求通常在50-100%之间的范围内,因此这非常足够。
环轧步骤(e)或纵向活化步骤(e’)可以在步骤(d)之后进行(如果存在的话),并且在一个变型中,紧接在步骤(d)之后而之间没有任何步骤。在另一个实施例中,步骤(e)或(e')也可以作为独立过程在远离进行步骤(a)-(b)以及可能的(c)和/或(d)的位置进行。因此可以运输未活化的材料,所述材料可以具有相对较高的密度,并且从而节省运输所需的空间以及因此运输成本。
在一个实施例中,可以仅对织物片材的一部分进行活化。例如,环轧可以不在织物片材的整个宽度上进行,但是仅在织物片材的宽度的一定部分或某些部分上进行。这同样适用于使用横向叶片的活化,其中叶片仅可以在织物片材的宽度的某些部分上延伸。这将导致具有较高弹性的活化部分和较低弹性的未活化部分的部分活化的织物片材。活化部分和未活化部分呈交替的机器方向的带的形式。此类织物片材在制造如尿布的卫生产品中可能非常有用,其中,例如在耳片中,仅局部需要弹性。
本发明还涉及根据本发明的非织造织物片材在制造卫生制品中的用途。本发明的非织造织物片材可以用于例如婴儿尿布或成人失禁产品的制造中。它们对于制造需要显著程度的弹性的开式尿布中的后耳片或裤状尿布中的腰带部分特别有用。
在这种情况下,本发明进一步涉及开式/胶粘尿布,其包括根据本发明的非织造织物片材作为弹性后耳片材料。在这种应用中,优选的是,织物片材材料仅在总体区域的一部分上被活化,其中活化部分覆盖后耳片的整个宽度的30-90%。
此外,本发明进一步涉及用于婴儿或成人的尿布裤,其包括根据本发明的非织造织物片材作为弹性腰带材料。在这种应用中,优选的是,由本发明的材料所组成的这种尿布的上腰部被折叠以形成折叠宽度为例如0.5-4.5cm或更优选为1-4cm的双层。折痕可以与间断的点热粘合、超声粘合或胶合。如果需要,可以额外在折痕中引入弹性线束以增强性能。

具体实施方式
在图1中,示出了夹层式弹性非织造织物片材的示意性横截面。通常用附图标记100表示的片材包括弹性中间层130,所述弹性中间层130的任一侧分别被载体层110和120覆盖。载体层110和120两者是由卷曲的多组分纤维形成的纺粘非织造网,载体层中的至少一者,即,载体层110具有规则的压光粘合点的图案。中间层130是由弹性纤维形成的纺粘非织造网,并且没有任何压光粘合点。仅仅由于中间层130的弹性纤维的固有粘合性能,层110、120和130在不使用胶的情况下彼此附着。
图2示出了用于制造如图1所示的非织造织物片材100的示例性机器设置。
设置包括传送带10,所述传送带10从预制的载体网的第一进料辊20延伸到产品辊80。传送带一路通过了纺纱机30、预制的载体网的第二进料辊40和一对预压辊70。纺纱机包括用于形成热塑性弹性体组分的聚合物原料的贮存器31、混合和进料通道32、挤压模33、用于淬火和拉伸的通道34以及在传送带10下方的吸气装置35。
在操作中,将预制的非织造网110由第一进料辊20连续地展开,并在传送带10上朝向纺纱机30传送。然后通过在纺纱机30中将弹性聚合物纤维沉积在网110的顶部上来形成弹性层130。另一个预制的非织造网120由第二进料辊40同时展开,并放置在新形成的弹性层130的顶部上。然后将三层织物在一对预压辊70之间稍微压缩,在产品辊80上收集所得片材100。
图3示出了用于制造如图1所示的非织造织物片材100的另一个机器设置。
在该设置中,第二进料辊被另一纺纱机60代替,用于原位形成顶部载体层120。另一纺纱机60包括用于形成双组分纤维的聚合物组分的聚合物原料的贮存器61a和61b、对应的混合和进料通道62a和62b、挤压模63、用于淬火和拉伸的通道64以及在传送带10下方的吸气装置65。另外一对中间的预压辊50设置在纺纱机30和另一纺纱机60之间。
在操作中,将预制的非织造网110由第一进料辊20连续地展开,并在传送带10上朝向纺纱机30传送。然后通过在纺纱机30中将弹性聚合物纤维沉积在网110的顶部上来形成弹性层130。然后将两层中间织物在一对中间预压辊50之间略微压缩。然后通过在另一纺纱机60中将卷曲的双组分纤维沉积在弹性层130的顶部上来形成顶部载体层120。然后将三层织物在一对预压辊70之间稍微压缩,在产品辊80上收集所得片材100。
图4示出了环件轧机90,所述环件轧机90可用于活化本发明的非织造织物片材100,内联在图2和图3所示的设置的预压辊70和产品辊80之间或在远程独立设置中。轧机90包括一对反转辊91和92。环形盘93安装到两个辊91和92的表面上,以获得环形槽(即,盘之间的空间)和波峰(即,盘93)的表面结构。盘93以一定的偏移量安装在辊91和92上,并且一个辊91或92的盘93与另一辊92或91的盘93互锁。在图4中,盘93的宽度用字母“a”标记,啮合深度(“DOE”)用字母“b”标记,并且盘间距用字母“c”标记。
图5示出了运行中的图4的轧机。本发明的层压片100如图1所示配置并且可以如图2或图3所示在一条生产线上制造,并且包括由弹性聚合物纤维和在两个表面上的载体层形成的弹性芯,层压片100通过使其穿过辊91和92之间的间距以连续方式被机械活化。该活化导致片材100在横跨机器方向上的总体拉伸。更详细地,织物100主要在应力区域101中被拉伸,而在无应力区域102中几乎不被拉伸。拉伸将沿着遵循盘93的冲击轮廓的机器方向条纹改变载体层110和120中的微观纤维构型,而弹性层130的微观结构将由于其纤维的弹性并且由于缺乏热粘合而在很大程度上不受影响。
除了简单的啮合深度外,作为机械活化程度的度量,可以如下定义所谓的伸长应力因数(“EFS”),其中字母“a”、“b”和“c”如上定义:

图6示出了被配置为沿纵向活化本发明的非织造织物片材100的横向叶片轧机190的示例。类似于轧机90,其可以内联定位在图2和图3所示的设置的预压辊70和产品辊80之间或在远程独立设置中。轧机190包括一对反转辊191和192,两者包括互锁的横向叶片193。该轧机190具有通过引入具有不同微观纤维构型的交替的宏观区域来活化片材100的能力,所述交替的宏观区域呈在片材的横跨机器方向上取向的平行条的形式。
本发明材料在横向方向和机器方向两者上被拉伸/活化的能力是独特的。允许将材料在开式/胶粘尿布中用作需要横向延展性的后耳片并且用作需要材料的纵向拉伸的裤状婴儿尿布和成人失禁尿布中的弹性腰片,因为这些产品通常在尿布生产线上在与机器方向相交的横向方向上生产。
这在图7中最清楚地看到,其中左图示出了常规的开式/胶粘尿布结构的生产,其中后耳片201的材料已在横跨机器方向上被活化。右图示出了裤状婴儿尿布和成人失禁尿布的生产,其中弹性化的腰片301已在机器方向上被活化。
图8和图9示出了可以使用本发明的弹性非织造材料制造的产品。图8示出了具有后耳片201的开式/胶粘婴儿尿布200。图9示出了裤状成人失禁尿布300,具有用于增强的附加弹性线束302的弹性化的腰片301。
示例:
如图2所示,在机器设置上制备弹性非织造织物片材。
作为第一预制纺粘载体层110,提供了按重量计为50/50的并排构型的卷曲双组分纤维的纺粘片。同样地,作为第二预制纺粘载体层120,也提供了聚合物组分A和B的按重量计为50/50的并排构型的卷曲双组分纤维的纺粘片。聚合物材料如下表1所示。在这种情况下,SabicPP511A是可商购的聚丙烯材料,其相对窄的多分散度在3-5之间,熔体流动速率约为25g/10min。SabicQR674K是具有相对宽的分子量分布的可商购的聚丙烯-乙烯共聚物。Lyondellbasell MoplenRP3386是具有较窄的分子量分布的可商购的聚丙烯-乙烯共聚物。QR674K和RP3386的五五混合物导致聚丙烯-乙烯共聚物组分的多分散度略高于5,熔体流动速率约为30g/10min。由于每平方厘米有24个规则分布的圆形粘合点,因此片材110和120两者具有粘合面积为12%的敞开的压光粘合图案。
弹性层由ExxonMobil的单一可商购的TPE-o材料VistamaxxTM7050FL制成,其是乙烯含量约为13wt.-%且熔体流动速率约为48g/10min并且软化温度约为51℃的丙烯基热塑性弹性体共聚物。
除非另有说明,否则分子量分布和软化点根据制造商的指示,并且熔体流动速率是根据ISO1133在230℃和2.16kg的条件下测得的。

纺纱机30处的挤出温度在235℃至245℃之间,模具每延米具有6000个孔,并且孔直径为0.6mm。将预压辊70设定为60℃的温度,并将线性压力设定为4N/mm。示例2-4的非织造物通过预压生产,但是没有任何额外的压光。将示例1的非织造物进行额外的压光,以12%的开放点和24点/cm2的压光图案进行压光。
已经确定在面对的层110和120中获得的纤维直径平均为1,71旦尼尔。已经确定在芯层130中获得的纤维直径平均为3,71旦尼尔。
在活化之前,测试所得织物的各种物理参数。结果如下表2所示。

按照WSP100.4中阐明的规定,在0.1N的预紧力下测量机器方向(MD)和横跨机器方向(CD)的拉伸强度(TS)和拉伸伸长率(TE)。
弯曲长度是根据WSP90.5测量的。
随后如图4-5示意性所示,通过在轧机中进行机械轧制(环轧)来活化样品。
用于机械活化的轧机90的配置为a=0,8mm,d(=DOE)=变量(3-6mm)和c=3,3mm,在DOE=6时根据上述公式1得出的最大EFS为221%以上。织物1-3在DOE=6mm的情况下经受了机械活化,没有任何碎裂。织物4在DOE=5mm的情况下经受了机械活化,没有任何碎裂。
再次测试所得的活化织物的各种物理参数。结果如下表3所示。

此外,按照WSP100.4中阐明的规定,在0.1N的预紧张力下测量机器方向(MD)和横跨机器方向(CD)的拉伸强度(TS)和拉伸伸长率(TE)。
透气度是根据WSP70.1在200Pa的压力差和20cm2的测试压头下测量的。
此外,弯曲长度是根据WSP90.5测量的。
另外,已经对活化样品进行了所谓的马丁代尔测试(WSP20.5)。马丁代尔测试是摩擦测试,其说明材料承受机械磨蚀的能力。该测试以实施例4-3和4-5进行。对于示例4-3,在16下摩擦下的等级为1.6,并且在60下摩擦下的等级为2.0。对于示例4-3,在16下摩擦下的等级为1.7,并且在60下摩擦下的等级为2.0。等级范围为1-5,其中1为最佳,5为最差。
本发明的非织造片材的关键特性是它们的弹性性能。例如,如果将片材用作婴儿尿布裤的带构造,则当尿布被拉起并安装在正确位置时,片材过度拉伸。这样即使在移动和装载具有尿液和粪便的尿布时,仍应表现出足够的反作用力以维持在婴儿身上的尿布位置。如果片材用于制造开式尿布中的后耳片,则同样重要的是在拉伸后维持弹性性能。
在横跨机器方向上进行以下所展现的评估活化片材的弹性性能的测试。由于环轧活化,预期材料尤其在该方向上具有非常好的弹性性能。
使用WSP110.4中所述的拉伸测试仪来获得活化片材的滞后曲线。测试了50mm宽的本发明片材的样品。测试仪的锁模速度在向上方向上设置为200mm/min,在向下方向上设置为100mm/min,并且预置张力设置为0.1N。在第一循环中,将片材拉伸至200%(对应于100%伸长率),并且然后立即以100mm/min的速度松弛。在第二循环中,将片材再次拉伸至200%(对应于100%伸长率)。在每个循环中,将弹性恢复力记录为纸张伸长率的函数。
记录的物理参数在以下表4中给出。

在图10a-10h中描绘了活化样品的滞后曲线。这三个样本对应于对三个相同样本的三个测量值,所述测量值已经取平均值以获得表4的值。
从表4的数据和图10a-10h的曲线显而易见,示例1的片材(已经压光)表现出与示例2-4的永久变形相比较高的永久变形。低永久变形是理想的。压光材料的活化可能在材料中产生孔,因为粘合局部固化来自表层和弹性芯层两者的纤维,以至于到几乎无法局部获得任何弹性的程度。
未压光的最终产品和压光的最终产品之间的差异从图11所示的放大图片中显而易见。左侧示出了样品2-6的未压光产品。显然,尽管活化条件非常苛刻,但在织物上没有发现孔。右侧示出了样品1-6的压光产品。显然,在这种材料中,活化产生了孔。
从表4的数据和图10a-10h的曲线进一步显而易见,更深的活化会改善弹性性质。具体地,具有更深活化的示例从0-100%伸长率显示出在污渍距离上更同质且均匀的力。此外,更深活化降低100%应变时的最大力。换句话说,可以通过活化时的设置来控制在某些应变水平下所需的最大力以及在某些应变水平下的力。
为评估示例1-4的活化片材的性能而进行的另一项评估是对材料在给定应变下随时间维持一定弹性力的能力的测试。
在这种情况下,将来自滞后测试的测试样品安装在拉伸测试仪的夹具中。施加0.1N的预紧力。将样品以200mm/min的速度拉至50%应变。一旦达到该水平,将在10分钟内测量力,并记录拉伸力的下降。下降越小越好。
在图12a-12h中描绘了获得的活化样品的测量曲线。此外,三个样本对应于三个相同样品的三个测量值。
根据以下内容,本发明材料的其他优点将变得显而易见。
许多患有失禁症的人选择不穿失禁保护裤,这是由于当前可用的裤子太厚并且因此太明显。表5总结了可商购的成人失禁产品的弹性腰片的厚度/厚度测量值。所有测量值根据WSP120.6进行。

对于上述考虑,腰部区域的厚度很重要,因为它是最容易看见尿布的地方。
目前,“Sloggi Basic”产品是欧洲销量最大的女性内裤。它由基于95%棉和5%弹性纤维的纺织品制成。下腰部区域的厚度被测量为0.60mm,并且上腰部区域的厚度为1.50mm。上腰部区域厚度的增加归因于用于实现更高的弹性性能的附加织物的分层。
另外的产品在腰部区域具有较厚的材料。“Tena Silhouette”的弹性化的腰部是基于两层非织造布外层和一层弹性膜作为中心层的层合体。“Kao Relief”失禁裤是非织造布外层和微细弹性长丝为中心层的层合体。“Unicharm Lifree”失禁裤是两层非织造布外层和中间有弹性线束的更常规构造,提供所需的弹性性能。所有这些产品在松弛状态下的腰部区域的厚度大于2mm。
本发明的非织造材料允许获得具有与基于织造的“Sloggi Basic”女性内裤相当的腰部厚度的产品。从上面的表3中显而易见,本发明的活化材料具有0,6-0,9mm大小的厚度,这取决于基重。当在上面已经进一步讨论的图9所示的示例性失禁裤300中以可见的方式折叠时,基重约为90gsm的这种材料从机械的观点来看足够满足成人失禁裤的弹性要求,并且已经确定这种材料的厚度约为0,75mm。然后,由双折叠材料层制成并且垂直尺寸约为1-4mm的腰带301将具有约1,50mm的厚度大小,就像基于织造的“Sloggi Basic”女性内裤一样,其允许产品具有大部分常规内裤样式外观。如果尿布产品的厚度可以减小到常规内裤产品的厚度,则这对顾客来说是主要优势。为了获得附加的弹力,可以将弹性线束302任选地合并到折层中,如图9的放大部分所示。

Claims (31)

1.一种非织造织物片材,包括至少两个相邻的纺粘非织造网层,
其中所述两个层中的第一层是包含卷曲多组分纤维的呈纺粘非织造网的形式的载体层,
其中所述两个层中的第二层是包含由热塑性弹性体聚合物材料形成的弹性纤维的呈纺粘非织造网的形式的弹性层;并且
其中所述载体层的所述网包括宏观粘合点的图案,而所述弹性层的所述网没有宏观粘合点,
其中所述非织造织物在相邻的所述载体层和弹性层之间不包含任何胶。
2.根据权利要求1所述的非织造织物片材,其中所述非织造织物片材包括至少三个相邻的纺粘非织造网层,其中所述三个层中的第三层也是包含卷曲多组分纤维的呈纺粘非织造网的形式的载体层,并且其中所述弹性层夹在两个所述载体层之间。
3.根据权利要求2所述的非织造织物片材,其中两个载体层的所述网包括宏观粘合点的图案。
