Description

Method and system for sending medical DICOM image
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of medical image processing, in particular to a method and a system for sending medical DICOM images.
Background
The PACS System (picture archiving and Communication System) is an integrated System that has been rapidly developed in recent years with the advancement of digital imaging technology, computer technology, and network technology, and is intended to comprehensively solve acquisition, display, storage, transmission, and management of medical images. Because of advanced image processing technology and communication technology as support means, the PACS system can greatly improve the current transaction processing capacity of hospitals, improve the working efficiency, save the cost, overcome the defect of manual film management, and facilitate doctors to treat and diagnose patients.
In hospitals, DICOM CD or DVD images taken by patients from other hospitals or medical institutions, or DICOM secondary images (SC) generated by doctors on a reading terminal need to be transmitted to a DICOM image server in a PACS system for archiving and storing, and doctors read and diagnose through DICOM image browsing software of each terminal.
DICOM images in CDs and DVDs of other medical institutions are sometimes divided by ' ═ division between first names and first names of the same patient, by space numbers (") between first names and first names of the patient, and by ' ^ ' division between first names and first names of the patient, because DICOM images produced by DICOM devices of different manufacturers are sometimes transmitted to a DICOM video server, if DICOM images of the same patient examined at other times in the DICOM image server already exist, if the DICOM images are directly transmitted to the DICOM image server, because the DICOM images have inconsistent patient name formats or two patient IDs, when the DICOM image server receives the DICOM images, DICOM images of the same patient are treated as DICOM images of different patients, which causes confusion in DICOM image management of patients.
In addition, when the DICOM secondary images generated by the doctor on the radiographing terminal are transmitted to the DICOM image server, if the DICOM images of the same examination (Study) of the patient already exist on the DICOM image server, after the DICOM image server receives the DICOM secondary images, the DICOM secondary images are stored in the DICOM images of the same examination already existing on the DICOM image server, and the later-period examination is influenced.

Case two: and (3) if 1 patient ID exists in the same DICOM image in the memory and the patient ID exists in the DICOM image server, and the step is executed.
And (3): comparing the format of the patient name information corresponding to the patient ID in the DICOM image server with the format of the patient name information corresponding to the patient ID in the memory; if the characters between the last name and the first name in the patient's first name in the memory are consistent with the characters (' ═ or blank space) between the last name and the first name in the patient's first name obtained from the DICOM image server, then the step (4) is carried out; and if the characters between the surname and the first name in the patient's first name in the memory are not consistent with the characters between the surname and the first name in the patient's first name obtained from the DICOM image server ('or blank space), modifying the characters between the surname and the first name in the patient's first name tag value in the DICOM image to be consistent with the DICOM image server, and then entering the step (4).
And (4): using the checking UID corresponding to the patient ID in the memory to inquire whether the DICOM image server has the checking UID information corresponding to the patient ID; if the image does not exist, the DICOM image is directly sent to a DICOM image server; if so, performing step (5).
And (5): judging whether the image diagnosis device tag value corresponding to the patient ID in the memory is 'SC' (DICOM secondary image); if not, directly sending the DICOM image to a DICOM image server through DICOM communication; if yes, executing step (6).
And (6): acquiring diagnostic device information of a DICOM image corresponding to the inspection UID and image ID information of all DICOM images included in the inspection UID from a DICOM image server, calculating a maximum image ID value in all DICOM images, modifying an image ID tag value in the DICOM image to be the maximum image ID value +1 in the inspection, namely changing the image ID tag value into a DICOM secondary image, and transmitting the DICOM secondary image to the DICOM image server through DICOM communication so as to realize final browsing of the DICOM secondary image on DICOM image browsing software.

One DICOM image in the DICOM image file is opened, a patient ID (0010,0020) label value, a patient name (0010) label value, a checking UID label, a diagnosis device label and an image ID label in the DICOM image are read and stored in a memory, only one patient ID is included, the label value is '00000001', the patient name label value is 'Test-talo', the checking UID label (0020,000D) value is '1.2.840.113820.862123.26.20141103173532', the diagnosis device (0008,0060) label value is 'SC', and the label value of the image ID (0020,0013) is '01'.
(2) Acquiring the patient ID information of the DICOM image, inquiring the DICOM image server through DICOM communication, and returning a result that the patient ID '00000001' already exists on the DICOM image server. The patient name information of the patient is obtained from a DICOM image server, the label value of the patient name information is 'Test ^ talo', the corresponding examination UID and the corresponding diagnosis device are obtained from the DICOM image server, the labels of the examination UID and the diagnosis device are '1.2.840.113820.862123.26.20141103173532' and 'XA', the image number of all DICOM images of the same examination corresponding to the patient and the maximum image ID value of all DICOM images are obtained from the DICOM image server, the examination total number is 8 DICOM images, and the label value of the maximum image ID is '08'.
(3) The characters between the surname and the first name of the patient's first name in the DICOM image are spaces, the characters between the surname and the first name of the patient's first name corresponding to the patient on the DICOM image server are ' and ' in order to keep the same format with the DICOM image server, the characters between the surname and the first name in the patient's first name label of the DICOM image are modified to ' and '.
The diagnostic device tag value of the DICOM image is 'SC', in order to finally show the DICOM when using DICOM image browsing software to browse all the DICOM images to be checked on a terminal, the image ID tag value of the DICOM image is modified to be the maximum image ID value +1, namely '09', and then the DICOM image is transmitted to a DICOM image server through DICOM communication.
When the DICOM image is sent to the DICOM image server, the invention solves the problem of DICOM image sending when 2 patient IDs exist and the patient name is not consistent with the same patient name stored in the DICOM image server. Meanwhile, if the sent image is a secondary image, the effect of browsing the secondary image finally when the DICOM image is browsed by using DICOM image browsing software at the film reading terminal is realized by modifying the image ID value of the DICOM image.
