Technical Field

Background
The image filing and communication system is applied to the image department of a hospital, and has the main task of storing various daily medical images (including images generated by equipment such as nuclear magnetism, CT, ultrasound, various X-ray machines, various infrared instruments, microscopy instruments and the like) in a digital mode through various interfaces, and can be quickly called back for use under certain authorization when needed, and meanwhile, some auxiliary diagnosis management functions are added. It has important roles in transmitting data and organizing and storing data among various image devices.
At present, an ultrasound image import report workstation has two modes: the first method is that the images displayed on the screen of the ultrasonic instrument are collected one by an image collecting card and stored in a report workstation; the second method is to store the image in DICOM format in the local ultrasound instrument hard disk, then upload the ultrasound data in DICOM format stored in the ultrasound instrument hard disk to the PACS workstation through the network cable, and then import the ultrasound data in batch from the PACS workstation to the report workstation. DICOM images are typically uploaded to a PACS workstation for real-time matching and uploading, and are suitable for use in a conventional office. For bedside ultrasound examinations, the examination site is located in a hospital room or an operating room, and it is not possible to connect the ultrasound equipment to the PACS workstation in real time. Generally, the images can only be stored in the hard disk of the ultrasonic instrument, and then the images are collected one by using the acquisition card after the images are returned to the consulting room. However, the latter method cannot automatically filter out useless data and blurred image information of images acquired in the hard disk of the ultrasound instrument before uploading, and the image uploading system cannot match and classify the generated image information with information of patients.

The method can generate standard DICOM medical image files, and upload the PACS server at the same time, so that medical image sharing is realized, the generated DICOM image files are uploaded by using an independent uploading mechanism, and the uploading success is ensured, so that the reliability of the method can be improved. However, the invention still has the problems that useless data and fuzzy image information of the acquired image cannot be automatically filtered out, and the generated image information cannot be matched and classified with the information of the patient.
Therefore, the DICOM image uploading matching system based on the non-real-time additional recording and later-transmitting mode is invented, the DICOM format images for bedside and intraoperative ultrasonic examination are uploaded and matched to a PACS system in high quality, automation, batch and high efficiency, and then the report system is introduced.

c: scanning and analyzing the patient information stored in the server, and manually matching the case first name information uploaded to the image of the PACS workstation with the corresponding patient information in the server;
d: extracting DICOM image data of the case, uploading the DICOM image data in batches for additional recording, and importing the DICOM image data into a workstation system; .

and the report workstation 7 is used for storing the matching file generated by the file matching unit, so that a doctor can take and observe the matching file conveniently.
