and the interlayer thickness unit is used for calculating the distance between the closest point and the farthest point, and the distance is the interlayer thickness of the connecting part.
The fastener selecting method and the system provided by the technical scheme of the invention collect fastener information in advance to establish a fastener database, establish a fastener selecting knowledge base, after the matching rule of the fastener is solidified, establish a model of equipment to be selected for the fastener through a three-dimensional modeling tool, then generate a fastener mounting point on the model, select a connecting part corresponding to the mounting point, calculate the interlayer thickness of the connecting part, finally call fastener data, and quickly and accurately select a fastener combination for fixing the mounting point according to the fastener matching rule in the fastener selecting knowledge base. The fastener selecting method and the fastener selecting system get rid of the traditional mode that a manual needs to be searched for during the assembly of the conventional fastener, and the selection of the number of the fastener depends on experience, realize the automatic intelligent selection of the fastener combination based on the fastener database and the knowledge base, greatly improve the efficiency of the assembly design of the fastener, reduce the threshold of the assembly design of the fastener, enable designers at different levels to conveniently carry out the assembly design work, reduce the design errors and greatly reduce the error probability.

FIG. 2 is a schematic representation of fastener data established in accordance with a preferred embodiment of the present invention. As shown in fig. 2, the fastener database manages fastener data such as navigation mark, national standard, national military standard, and American standard, and performs structured digital hierarchical management on the fastener data according to a basic code, a subdivision code, a diameter code, and a brand. The fastener types mainly comprise bolts, screws, rivets, high-locking bolts, ring groove nails, cotter pins, nuts, high-locking nuts, nail sleeves, washers, fuses and tray nuts. The database has strong universality and is suitable for various industries. The fastener data is digitized and structured, the concept of a data warehouse is used, the data storage and retrieval efficiency is improved, and a uniform data source is provided for the fastener design. In addition, the data volume of the fasteners is large, and in order to improve the selection speed, a selection catalogue can be established in the database, namely, a user can only select the fasteners in the selection catalogue, so that the data display capacity is reduced, and the selection efficiency is greatly improved. In the preferred embodiment, the fastener database adopts an Oracle or SQlite database, the fasteners are divided into a first fastener, a second fastener and a third fastener, wherein the bolt, the high-locking bolt, the rivet, the screw and the annular groove rivet are used as the first fastener, four levels of database table association are adopted, the cotter pin and the fuse are used as the third fastener, the nut, the high-locking nut, the washer and the pallet nut are used as the second fastener, and the second fastener and the third fastener are all associated by the three levels of database, so that data redundancy is reduced in the database design, meanwhile, the storage space is saved, and the speed of increasing, deleting and modifying of the fastener data is accelerated.
At step 102, a fastener selection knowledge base is established, the fastener selection knowledge base comprises a second fastener matching rule matched with the first fastener, a third fastener rule of a third fastener matched with the first fastener and the second fastener is selected according to the information of the first fastener and the second fastener, and after the second fastener combined with the first fastener is determined according to the second fastener matching rule, a first fastener length check rule that the length of the first fastener can be matched with the connecting part is selected, wherein:
when the second fastener comprises a washer and does not comprise a tray nut and a rivet, the matching rule of the washer is that the nominal diameter of the washer is equal to the nominal diameter of the first fastener, or the nominal diameter of the second fastener is larger than or equal to the nominal diameter of the first fastener; the matching rule of the second fastener except the washer is that the nominal diameter of the second fastener is equal to the nominal diameter of the first fastener;

The fastener selects a knowledge base to provide common fastener combination definition and rapid assembly such as bolts, nuts and washers, and a designer can finish the assembly design of the fastener by selecting the classical matching combination of the fasteners in the design process, so that the design speed is accelerated.
In step 103, a model of the equipment to be used for fastener selection is created using a modeling tool, and fastener mounting points are generated on the model of the equipment. In the preferred embodiment, the CATIA software is integrated into the fastener selection process, and a model of the device to be selected for fasteners is established through the CATIA.
In step 104, a fastener mounting point of the equipment is selected in the established equipment model, and a connecting part corresponding to the mounting point is selected.
Preferably, the selecting a fastener mounting point of the equipment in a pre-established equipment model and selecting a connecting part corresponding to the mounting point comprises:
selecting one or more mounting points to be subjected to fastener installation from among the fastener mounting points of the equipment model;
and selecting the connecting parts of the one or more mounting points manually according to the selected one or more mounting points, or automatically selecting the connecting parts of the one or more mounting points according to the matching rules of the set fastener mounting points and the connecting parts.
In the preferred embodiment, the fastener mounting point is generated by using a create point function in the CATIA, and the point may be on the connecting part or not on the surface of the connecting part, and the connecting part is selected by selecting the fastener mounting point singly or more through an interface catpatherementagent mechanism of the CAA and selecting the connecting part through the interface catpatherementagent mechanism of the CAA.
At step 105, a link part sandwich thickness is calculated from the fastener mounting points and the link part.
Preferably, said calculating a link part sandwich thickness from said fastener mounting points and link parts comprises:
calculating the distances from the fastener mounting point to all the surfaces of the connecting part according to the selected fastener mounting point and the connecting part, comparing the distances, and determining the surface with the minimum distance from the fastener mounting point to the connecting part;
obtaining the normal direction from the firmware mounting point to the plane with the minimum distance according to the determined plane from the firmware mounting point to the minimum connecting distance;
obtaining an intersection point of a line passing through the connecting part and the connecting part according to the mounting point and the normal direction of the firmware;
calculating the distance between the firmware installation point and the intersection point, selecting the minimum distance and the maximum distance from the determined distances, and taking the intersection point corresponding to the minimum distance and the maximum distance as the closest point and the farthest point;
and calculating the distance between the closest point and the farthest point, wherein the distance is the interlayer thickness of the connecting part.
In the preferred embodiment, the normal direction of the fastener is determined by calling the distances from the point to all the surfaces of the connecting part, which are obtained by the catreatetoppproject of the CAA interface, according to the mounting point of the fastener and the connecting part, comparing the distances, taking the surface with the minimum distance as the nearest surface, and calling the catreatetoppelinenortomahell to obtain the normal direction from the point to the surface. The interlayer thickness of the connecting part of the fastener is calculated according to the mounting point and the normal line, a line passing through the connecting part is obtained by using a CAA interface CATMethLine, the intersection point of the line and the connecting part is obtained by using a CAA interface CATRefateTopInterselect interface, the farthest point and the closest point which are far away from the mounting point of the fastener are obtained from the intersection point, and the interlayer thickness of the connecting part of the fastener is obtained through the farthest point and the closest point.
In step 106, a fastener database is called, and a first fastener type of the connecting part is selected from the generated first fastener type list, wherein the fastener database comprises fastener numbers and fastener information corresponding to the fastener numbers, and the fastener numbers comprise basic numbers, diameter numbers and brand numbers.
In the preferred embodiment, after the fastener database is called, the first fastener type is selected, and the first fastener type is one of a bolt, a high-lock bolt, a ring groove nail, a rivet, and a screw.
At step 107, a base code for a first fastener is arbitrarily selected from a list of base codes for first fasteners generated based on the selected first fastener type.
In the preferred embodiment, after the first fastener type is selected, because the attribute column in the basic code table in the fastener database has the fastener type, the database can automatically screen out all the fastener basic codes in the fastener basic code table according to the fastener type attribute, and display the basic codes of all the first fasteners under the selected fastener type attribute, and the user can select any one first fastener basic code as required.
At step 108, a first fastener diameter code is arbitrarily selected from a list of first fastener diameter codes generated from the selected first fastener base code.
In the preferred embodiment, after the basic code of the first fastener is selected, the attribute column in the diameter code table of the first fastener has a fastener subdivision code, and the subdivision code table corresponds to the basic code, so that the basic code corresponds to the diameter code, the database can automatically screen out all the selected diameter codes corresponding to the basic code of the first fastener according to the selected basic code of the first fastener, and a user can select the diameter code corresponding to any basic code of the first fastener as required.
In step 109, a second fastener grade is arbitrarily selected from a list of second fastener grades generated according to a first fastener nominal diameter corresponding to the selected first fastener diameter grade, wherein the selected second fastener meets a preset second fastener matching rule.
In step 110, when it is determined that a third fastener needs to be selected according to first fastener information corresponding to the selected first fastener diameter code and second fastener information corresponding to the selected second fastener grade, a third fastener grade is arbitrarily selected from a generated third fastener grade list, wherein the third fastener in the third fastener grade list meets a preset third fastener matching rule.

FIG. 3 is a flow chart of a fastener selection in accordance with a preferred embodiment of the present invention. When the type of the first fastener is selected to be a bolt, as shown in fig. 3, the second fastener matched therewith may be a general nut and washer, or a pallet nut, a rivet and a washer. According to the nominal diameter corresponding to the diameter code of the selected bolt, firstly, a brand list of common nuts and tray nuts which are equal to the nominal diameter of the bolt is generated, the brand of one common nut or tray nut is selected randomly, when the common nut or tray nut is selected, a brand list of washers which are equal to or larger than the nominal diameter of the bolt is generated, and one or more washers are selected randomly as head washers or tail washers; and after the washer matched with the bolt is selected, determining the brand of the bolt according to the information of the selected bolt, the selected nut and the washer matched with the bolt and the matching rule of the first fastener. When the second fastener comprises the tray nut, besides determining the grade of the bolt, a rivet diameter code list equal to the nominal diameter of the rivet in the tray nut grade list is generated according to the corresponding rivet nominal diameter column in the tray nut grade list, one rivet diameter code is selected from the rivet diameter code list, then a gasket grade list matched with the rivet is generated according to the nominal diameter in the rivet diameter code list, and the nominal diameter of the gasket in the gasket grade list is equal to or larger than the nominal diameter of the rivet in the rivet diameter code list. And after the washer matched with the rivet is determined, determining the grade of the rivet according to the first fastener matching rule and the information of the rivet and the washer matched with the rivet. In addition, when the first fastener is a bolt, the second fastener is a common nut or a tray nut, if the diameter of a head hole in the selected bolt diameter number table is larger than 0, a fuse of a third fastener is selected, and the fuse matching rule is that the diameter of a fuse in the fuse brand number table is smaller than the diameter of the head hole in the bolt diameter number table; and if the diameter of the hole in the brand number table of the selected common nut is larger than 0, selecting a third fastener fuse, wherein the fuse matching rule is that the diameter of the fuse in the fuse brand number table is smaller than the diameter of the hole in the nut brand number table. And if the diameter of the tail hole in the selected bolt diameter code table is larger than 0, selecting a cotter pin of a third fastener, wherein the cotter pin matching rule is divided into two cases according to whether the thickness of the groove bottom in the selected diameter code table of the common nut matched with the bolt is 0 or not.
When the first fastener type is a screw, the second fastener has the same matching rules as the bolt, except that the screw does not need to match the third fastener cotter pin and fuse. Wherein the second fastener matched with the screw comprises a combination of a common nut and a washer or a combination of a tray nut, a rivet and a washer.
FIG. 4 is a flow chart of another fastener option in accordance with a preferred embodiment of the present invention. When the type of the first fastener is selected to be a high lock bolt, as shown in fig. 4, the second fastener matched therewith may be a normal nut and washer, or a high lock nut and washer. According to the nominal diameter corresponding to the diameter code of the selected high-locking bolt, firstly, a brand list of common nuts and high-locking nuts which are equal to the nominal diameter of the high-locking bolt is generated, the brand of one common nut or one high-locking nut is selected randomly, when the common nut or the high-locking nut is selected, a washer brand list which is equal to or larger than the nominal diameter of the high-locking bolt is generated, and one or more washers are selected randomly as head washers or tail washers; and after the washer matched with the high-lock bolt is selected, determining the brand of the high-lock bolt according to the first fastener matching rule according to the selected high-lock bolt, the selected nut and the information of the washer matched with the high-lock bolt. In addition, when the first fastening piece is a high-lock bolt and the second fastening piece is a common nut, if the diameter of a hole in the brand number table of the selected common nut is larger than 0, a fuse of a third fastening piece is selected, and the fuse matching rule is that the diameter of the fuse in the fuse brand number table is smaller than the diameter of the hole in the nut brand number table.
In the preferred embodiment, when the first fastening member is a ring groove nail or a rivet, the third fastening member does not need to be matched, wherein when the first fastening member is the ring groove nail, the second fastening member is a nail sleeve and a washer, when the first fastening member is the rivet, the second fastening member is the washer, the matching rule of the second fastening member is the same as that of the first fastening member which is a bolt without a head hole and a tail hole, and the common nut without a hole.
FIG. 5 is a schematic diagram of a fastener selection system according to a preferred embodiment of the present invention. As shown in fig. 5, the fastener selection system 500 according to the preferred embodiment includes:
database unit 501 for building a fastener database, wherein the database divides fasteners into first fasteners, second fasteners and third fasteners, establishes a four-level database table association for the first fasteners, establishes a three-level database table association for the second fasteners and the third fasteners, wherein the first-level form of the four-level database table manages the basic code information of the first fasteners, the basic code information includes the basic code of the first fasteners, the name, the fastener type, the head type and the unit system, the second-level form manages the subdivided code information of the first fasteners, the subdivided code information includes the subdivided code of the first fasteners, the basic code, the name, the material, the surface processing mode and the installation direction, the third-level form manages the diameter code information of the first fasteners, and the diameter code information includes the subdivided code of the first fasteners, the diameter code information, Nominal diameter, head size and hole information, wherein a fourth-level form manages first fastener grade information, and the grade information comprises a first fastener diameter code, grade, clamping thickness, total length and mounting position; the first-level form of the third-level database table manages basic code number data of a second fastener and a third fastener, the basic code number data comprises basic code numbers, names, fastener types, head types and unit systems of the second fastener and the third fastener, the second-level form manages subdivision code number data of the second fastener and the third fastener, the subdivision code number data comprises subdivision code numbers, basic code numbers, names, materials, surface processing modes and installation directions of the second fastener and the third fastener, the third-level form manages brand number data of the second fastener and the third fastener, and the brand number data comprises brand numbers, nominal diameters, outer diameters, hole information, lengths, thicknesses, groove information, thread gaps and installation positions of the second fastener and the third fastener; the first fastener is a fastener which is necessary to be provided in a fastener selection combination, the second fastener is a fastener which is matched with the first fastener to fasten the connecting part, and the third fastener is a fastener which is installed on the first fastener and the second fastener based on the special structures of the first fastener and the second fastener;

Preferably, the first selecting unit 504 includes:
a mounting point selection unit 541 for selecting one or more mounting points to be fastener-mounted among fastener mounting points of the equipment model;
a connecting parts unit 542 for manually selecting connecting parts of the one or more mounting points according to the selected one or more mounting points, or automatically selecting connecting parts of the one or more mounting points according to matching rules of the set fastener mounting points and connecting parts.
Preferably, the first calculation unit 505 includes:
a plane determination unit 551 for calculating distances of the fastener mounting points to all the faces of the connecting parts from the selected fastener mounting points and connecting parts, and comparing the distances to determine a face having the smallest distance of the fastener mounting points to the connecting parts;
a normal direction determination unit 552, configured to obtain, according to the determined firmware mounting point to the plane with the smallest connection distance, a normal direction from the firmware mounting point to the plane with the smallest distance;
a first intersection unit 553 for finding an intersection of a line passing through the connection part and the connection part according to the firmware mounting point and the normal direction;
a second intersection unit 554 configured to calculate distances between the firmware installation point and the intersections, select a minimum distance and a maximum distance from the determined distances, and take an intersection corresponding to the minimum distance and the maximum distance as a closest point and a farthest point;
and the interlayer thickness unit 555 is used for calculating the distance between the closest point and the farthest point, wherein the distance is the interlayer thickness of the connecting part.
The steps of selecting the fastener by the fastener selecting system are the same as the steps adopted by the fastener selecting method, and the technical effect is also the same, so that the details are not repeated.

Claims (12)

1. A method of fastener selection, the method comprising:
selecting a fastener mounting point of the equipment from a pre-established equipment model, and selecting a connecting part corresponding to the mounting point;
calculating the interlayer thickness of the connecting part according to the mounting point of the fastener and the connecting part;
calling a pre-established fastener database, and selecting a first fastener type of the connecting part from a generated first fastener type list, wherein the fastener database comprises fastener numbers and fastener information corresponding to the fastener numbers, and the fastener numbers comprise basic codes, diameter codes and brand numbers;
randomly selecting a base code of a first fastener from a first fastener base code list generated according to the selected first fastener type;
randomly selecting a first fastener diameter code in a first fastener diameter code list generated according to the selected first fastener base code;
randomly selecting a second fastener grade from a second fastener grade list generated according to the nominal diameter of the first fastener corresponding to the selected first fastener diameter code, wherein the selected second fastener meets the preset second fastener matching rule;
when a third fastener is determined to be selected according to first fastener information corresponding to the selected first fastener diameter code and second fastener information corresponding to the selected second fastener grade, randomly selecting a third fastener grade from a generated third fastener grade list, wherein the third fastener in the third fastener grade list meets a preset third fastener matching rule;
selecting first fastener information corresponding to each first fastener grade in a first fastener grade list generated according to the nominal diameter corresponding to the selected first fastener diameter code, second fastener information corresponding to the selected second fastener grade, and the interlayer thickness of the connecting part, and selecting the first fastener grade meeting the first fastener length verification rule in the first fastener grade list generated according to the nominal diameter corresponding to the selected first fastener diameter code;
a combination generated based on the selected first fastener grade, second fastener grade, and third fastener grade selects an optimal fastener type result for the device connecting part.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein the method further comprises, prior to selecting a fastener mounting point for the equipment in a pre-established model of the equipment, and selecting a connecting part corresponding to the mounting point:
establishing a model of equipment to be used for selecting a fastener by adopting a modeling tool, and generating a fastener mounting point on the model of the equipment;
establishing a fastener database, wherein the database divides fasteners into first fasteners, second fasteners and third fasteners, establishes four-level database table association for the first fasteners, establishes three-level database table association for the second fasteners and the third fasteners, a first-level form of the four-level database table manages first fastener basic code information, the basic code information comprises a first fastener basic code, a name, a fastener type, a head type and a unit system, a second-level form manages first fastener subdivided code information, the subdivided code information comprises a first fastener subdivided code, a basic code, a name, a material, a surface processing mode and an installation direction, a third-level form manages first fastener diameter code information, and the diameter code information comprises a first fastener subdivided code, a diameter code, a nominal diameter, a head size, The hole information and the fourth-level form manage the grade information of the first fastener, and the grade information comprises the diameter code of the first fastener, the grade, the clamping thickness, the total length and the mounting position; the first-level form of the third-level database table manages basic code number data of a second fastener and a third fastener, the basic code number data comprises basic code numbers, names, fastener types, head types and unit systems of the second fastener and the third fastener, the second-level form manages subdivision code number data of the second fastener and the third fastener, the subdivision code number data comprises subdivision code numbers, basic code numbers, names, materials, surface processing modes and installation directions of the second fastener and the third fastener, the third-level form manages brand number data of the second fastener and the third fastener, and the brand number data comprises brand numbers, nominal diameters, outer diameters, hole information, lengths, thicknesses, groove information, thread gaps and installation positions of the second fastener and the third fastener; the first fastener is a fastener which is necessary to be provided in a fastener selection combination, the second fastener is a fastener which is matched with the first fastener to fasten the connecting part, and the third fastener is a fastener which is installed on the first fastener and the second fastener based on the special structures of the first fastener and the second fastener;
establishing a fastener selection knowledge base, wherein the fastener selection knowledge base comprises a second fastener matching rule matched with a first fastener, selecting a third fastener matching rule of a third fastener matched with the first fastener and the second fastener according to the information of the first fastener and the second fastener, and selecting a first fastener length verification rule that the length of the first fastener can be matched with the length of a connecting part after determining the second fastener combined with the first fastener according to the second fastener matching rule, wherein:
when the second fastener comprises a washer and does not comprise a tray nut and a rivet, the matching rule of the washer is that the nominal diameter of the washer is equal to the nominal diameter of the first fastener, or the nominal diameter of the second fastener is larger than or equal to the nominal diameter of the first fastener; the matching rule of the second fastener except the washer is that the nominal diameter of the second fastener is equal to the nominal diameter of the first fastener;
