Abstract
The invention relates to a shading view finder for a highlight dazzling site, which belongs to the technical field of optics and lighting and comprises a shading lens and a lighting lamp, wherein the lighting lamp is matched with the shading lens in both illumination and lighting wave bands, the background technology comprises an sunglass and an automatic light converter, and the background technology is that a light source depending on the scene is limited at the same time, so that the light source cannot be seen when the dark place and the light source are darkened, and the change range of brightness and darkness is large.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of strong light dazzling field observation equipment, in particular to a scene watching device with spot lens matched with an illuminating lamp for welding, meeting vehicles at night, molten iron and the like.
Technical Field
Welding and cutting operations, vehicle meeting at night, and site observation of molten iron, molten steel and the like, and at present, a mask or glasses made of colored or colorless sunglasses or automatic light-changing lenses with higher shading degrees are commonly used for preventing glare and impact of strong light.
The observation principle of the sunglasses and the light-changing lenses is established on a light source depending on and limiting spot glare, so that the problems that bright spots are too bright and dark spots cannot be seen, light sources are not seen at dimming time points, the light and shade change range is too large and the like can not be solved.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a shading viewfinder to solve the problems in the background technology.
In order to achieve the purpose, the invention provides the following technical scheme:
a shading view finder comprises a shading lens and an illuminating lamp, wherein the illumination and the light-emitting wave band of the illuminating lamp are matched with the shading lens.
The shading lens is one of the following three shading lenses or lens groups, namely 1, a colored or colorless ink lens, 2, a narrow-band filter lens, 3, a colored or colorless ink lens and a narrow-band filter lens group, wherein the three types of the lenses can block partial luminous flux (lumen value) and pass partial luminous flux, so the lenses are called the shading lenses.
The illuminance refers to the illuminance of the illuminating lamp on an observation site, and the matching of the illuminance and the lens means that the illuminance is matched according to the shading degree, and the higher the shading degree is, the higher the illuminance is.
The light-emitting waveband is matched with the lens, namely the waveband in which the lens is most easy to pass light is basically the same as the luminous waveband of the illuminating lamp.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the beneficial effects that: the shading view finder has the advantages of reasonable structure and novel design, dazzles the site with the strong lights observed by the sunglasses and the light-changing lenses, and can provide illumination and the light illumination of the waveband and the light-shading lenses matched with the illuminating lamps, thereby improving the brightness of dark areas and the dimming time points of the site light source, changing the dark areas into visible areas, reducing the light and shade change amplitude, ensuring clearer observation and avoiding the fatigue of eyes.
Drawings
Fig. 1 is a schematic structural view of a shading view finder.
In the figure: 1-lens shade, 2-lighting lamp, 3-black lens, 4-narrow band filter lens, 5-electric welding scene, 6-welding electrode, 7-lithium battery.
Detailed Description
The present invention will be described in detail below with reference to the embodiments with reference to the attached drawings.
Example 1
Referring to fig. 1, an electric welding shading view finder comprises a glasses type shading lens 1, wherein the shading lens comprises a shallow ink lens 3, a narrow-band filter lens 4 attached to the middle of the shallow ink lens, and the narrow-band filter lens temporarily selects a wafer with the optical bandwidth of 40nm and the diameter of about 30 mm. The illuminating lamp is an LED3w high-power narrow-band light lamp core, the light-emitting waveband bandwidth is 10nm within 40nm of the light-passing bandwidth of the lens, and the high-light head lamp is provided with a light-gathering function.
Example 2
This embodiment differs from embodiment 1 in that the type of the lens is different, and the lens has no prime lenses and only narrow band filter lenses.
Example 3
The difference between this embodiment and embodiment 1 is that the types of the lens are different, the lens has no narrow-band filter lens, only has colored sunglasses, the illuminating lamp can emit narrow-band light or colored light, and the light-emitting waveband is the same as and matched with the maximum light-passing waveband of the colored sunglasses.
Example 4
The difference between this embodiment and embodiment 3 is that the gobos are not colored lenses but colorless, i.e. black lenses, and the light emitting lamps are not colored or narrow-band but emit white light.
The above-mentioned embodiments are merely preferred embodiments of the present invention, which should not be construed as limiting the present invention, and any modifications, substitutions, improvements, etc. made within the spirit and principle of the present invention should be included in the protection scope of the present invention.
The lighting lamp and the lens shade of the invention are matched and produced in a set, sold and used by others within the protection scope of the invention, and the single lighting lamp or the single lens shade for composing the invention as the final use purpose also comprises within the protection scope of the invention. In order to facilitate the protection and facilitate the user, the packaging of the product and the obvious positions of the illuminating lamp and the shading lens applied to the product are marked with marks which are difficult to wear out.
Claims (4)
1. A scene viewing device for shading the scene with strong light dazzling comprises a shading lens and a lighting lamp, wherein the illumination intensity and the light-emitting wave band of the lighting lamp are matched with the shading lens.
2. The obscured view apparatus according to claim 1, characterised in that the obscuration lens is one of three lenses or lens groups, 1, tinted or clear ink lens, 2, narrow band filter lens, 3, tinted or clear ink lens and narrow band filter lens group.
3. The sheltered view finder of claim 1, wherein said illumination is illumination of the lighting lamp to the viewing site, said illumination match is greater shading degree and higher illumination is required.
