Abstract
The invention relates to the field of accessory equipment of protective tools, in particular to an anti-fog optical lens and a preparation method thereof, wherein the anti-fog optical lens comprises a replaceable lens, an anti-fog film body and a movable colloid; the front side surface and the back side surface of the replaceable lens are provided with antifogging film grooves; the anti-fog film body is attached to the inner part of the anti-fog film groove; the outer side surface of the replaceable lens is also provided with a glue sticking groove, and the movable glue body is stuck in the glue sticking groove; in the specific implementation process of the invention, the lens is designed into a replaceable structure, the rubberizing groove is used for limiting and appointing the rubberizing position, the movable adhesive body is attached to the replaceable lens and is used for attaching and installing the lens on the lens overturning structure of the helmet or the safety helmet, and the antifogging film body is matched and made of a nano molecular material, so that the existing water resistance is improved, the light transmittance is increased, and ultraviolet light is blocked.

and S5, removing dust and cutting debris through the high-speed airflow of the dust remover.
Furthermore, the lens in S2 is selected in S1, and then the surface of the substrate is processed by a low-temperature plasma machine.
Further, the dust remover in the S5 is in a closed gas dust blowing mode, and high-speed and high-pressure air flow is sprayed out through the nozzle to blow off dust and debris on the anti-fog film body and the replaceable lens mountain.

An anti-fog optical lens according to claim 1, characterized in that the anti-fog film body (3) comprises a PET low-viscosity centrifugal film (31), a nano-functional coating glue (32) and a PET substrate (33); the PET substrate (33) is a substrate layer of the film body, the upper end and the lower end of the PET substrate are respectively adhered with a nano-functional coating adhesive (32), and the outer sides of the nano-functional coating adhesives (32) on the two sides are respectively coated with a PET low-viscosity centrifugal film (31).

s1, selecting, cleaning and drying the lens base material;
s2, carrying out base layer surface treatment on the selected lens;
s3, coating the anti-fog film body (3) and the movable colloid (5) on the lens substrate through a film coating machine;
s4, cutting the membrane body into a lens shape and a reserved hole by using a die cutting machine;
and S5, removing dust and cutting debris through the high-speed airflow of the dust remover.
7. The method for preparing an anti-fog optical lens as claimed in claim 6, wherein the lens in S2 is selected at S1, and then treated with low temperature plasma to treat the surface of the substrate.
8. The anti-fog optical lens as claimed in claim 6, wherein the dust remover in S5 is in a closed gas dust blowing mode, and blows out high-speed and high-pressure gas flow through the nozzle to blow off dust and debris on the anti-fog film body (3) and the replaceable lens (1).
