As shown in fig. 3, a simulation base 12 is fixed in the groove of the simulation block 11, a plurality of cross-shaped scribed lines 13 are distributed on the edge detection line of the simulation base 12, and the clamping mechanisms 7 are distributed on the edge of the groove of the simulation block 11.

When the triangular window is to be detected, firstly, a screw rod on the second turnover mechanism 10 is rotated, the rotary screw rod drives the connecting block and the cross laser pen 6 on the connecting block to move linearly through a nut until the cross line of the cross laser pen 6 is aligned with the cross reticle 13 on the simulation base 12, then, the dial indicator 5 on the second turnover mechanism 10 is inserted into a marking point to be zero-checked, and a measuring head of the zero-checked dial indicator 5 is attached to the detecting plate 14.
Then all the turnover mechanism I4, the turnover mechanism II 10 and the mobile station 2 are opened, and then the detected triangular window is placed in the profiling groove of the simulation block 11. The clamped part at the bottom of the triangular window is arranged in the clamping mechanism 7, and the clamping mechanism 7 is driven by the clamping opening and closing control machine 8 to clamp and fix the triangular window.
Then the moving platform 2 slides linearly towards the triangular window, and after the moving platform 2 slides in place, the limiting pin 3 on the moving platform 2 is inserted into the pin hole of the base 1, so that the side edge detection block 9 on the moving platform 2 can be moved to a detection station and positioned. And then penetrating a no-GO gauge into a gap between the side edge detection block 9 and the side edge of the triangular window, moving along the gap, and when the GO end of the no-GO gauge can penetrate through the gap and the NOGO end cannot penetrate through the gap, indicating that the shape of the side edge of the triangular window is qualified, otherwise, indicating that the side edge of the triangular window is unqualified.
When the appearance of the upper surface of the triangular window is to be detected, the turnover mechanism I4 is turned over, so that the measuring head of the dial indicator 5 after zero calibration on the turnover mechanism I4 is pressed onto the corresponding marking point, and the appearance of the triangular window is marked for detection.
When the product black side line of the triangular window is to be detected, the dial indicator 5 and the cross laser pen 6 on the turnover mechanism two 10 are turned over, the cross laser pen 6 is driven to move linearly through the rotary screw rod until the cross line of the cross laser pen 6 is aligned to the product black side line of the triangular window. And the detecting plate 14 on the cross laser pen 6 can press the measuring head of the dial indicator 5, and whether the black side line of the product of the triangular window is qualified or not is judged by observing the dial indicator 5.
