An assembly method of an adjustable silica gel plug gun type pressure pump comprises the following steps;
s1, feeding the plastic plunger 12; the plastic plunger 12 is sequentially loaded onto the plunger clamping seat 26 by the plastic plunger loading device 2 for limiting.
S2, feeding by rotating the adjusting shaft 14; the adjusting shaft feeding table 3 sequentially feeds the rotary adjusting shafts 14 to the side ends of the adjusting shaft fixing and mounting devices 4.
S3, conveying by rotating the adjusting shaft 14; the adjustment shaft fixing mounting means 4 fixes the rotary adjustment shaft 14 with it moving to the threaded mounting hole at the rear end of the plastic plunger 12.
S4, connecting the silica gel plug 11 with the plastic plunger 12; the silica gel plug 11 is moved to the front end of the plastic plunger 12 through the turntable loading and mounting device 5, and the silica gel plug 11 is sleeved at the front end of the plastic plunger 12.

s1, feeding the plastic plunger (12); sequentially feeding the plastic plungers (12) to the plunger clamping seats (26) through the plastic plunger feeding device (2) for limiting;
s2, feeding by rotating the adjusting shaft (14); the adjusting shaft feeding table (3) sequentially feeds the rotary adjusting shafts (14) to the side ends of the adjusting shaft fixing and mounting devices (4);
s3, conveying by a rotary adjusting shaft (14); the adjusting shaft fixing and mounting device (4) fixes the rotary adjusting shaft (14) and moves the rotary adjusting shaft to a threaded mounting hole at the tail end of the plastic plunger (12);
s4, connecting the silica gel plug (11) with the plastic plunger (12); the silica gel plug (11) is moved to the front end of the plastic plunger (12) through the turntable feeding and mounting device (5), and the silica gel plug (11) is sleeved at the front end of the plastic plunger (12);
s5, connecting the rotary adjusting shaft (14) with the plastic plunger (12); the rotation of the rotary adjusting shaft (14) is controlled by the adjusting shaft fixing and mounting device (4), and the end with threads of the rotary adjusting shaft (14) passes through a thread mounting hole at the tail end of the plastic plunger (12), so that the end with threads of the rotary adjusting shaft (14) is positioned in a cavity (13) on the plastic plunger (12);
