Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of ceramic repair, in particular to a porcelain piece glaze repairing method.
Background
The ceramic is a general term of pottery and porcelain, is also an industrial art in China, and is wild and simple ancient painted pottery and black pottery in China in the age of the stone novelties. Ceramics have different textures and properties. Pottery is made of clay with high viscosity and high plasticity as main material, and has opaque, fine pores and weak hydroscopicity. The porcelain is made of clay, feldspar and quartz, is semitransparent, does not absorb water, is corrosion resistant, has hard and compact matrix, and is crisp when being knocked. The traditional ceramic handicraft in China is high in quality, beautiful in shape, high in artistic value and famous in the world.
Under certain temperature and atmosphere conditions, ceramic raw materials carry out high-temperature treatment on a ceramic blank after being formed, glazed and dried to obtain a ceramic product, but the ceramic product is difficult to control in the firing process, the finally prepared ceramic product may have defects, the attractiveness of the ceramic product is greatly reduced, the ceramic product is scrapped, if the ceramic product with the defects is directly scrapped, the waste of raw materials is caused, and the production cost of an enterprise is greatly increased.
Disclosure of Invention
Objects of the invention
The method is simple to operate and convenient to use, can effectively repair the defects of the ceramic products, greatly reduces the reject ratio of the ceramic products, and improves the benefits of enterprises.
(II) technical scheme
The invention provides a porcelain piece glaze repairing method which comprises the following specific steps:
s1, trimming the defect position of the ceramic product to be repaired;
s2, preparing a filling agent with the same ground color as the ceramic product to be repaired;
s3, coating the filling agent to the trimming part of the ceramic product to be repaired, dipping the film in alcohol to coat the filling agent flatly, and cleaning the periphery of the trimming part of the ceramic product to be repaired; after the filling agent is cured, polishing the trimming part of the ceramic product to be repaired by using fine sand paper until no boundary mark is touched by hands;
s4, taking the EPA overglaze and the lappet water, and uniformly mixing the EPA overglaze and the lappet water to obtain overglaze liquid;
and S5, after the filling agent on the ceramic product to be repaired is dried, uniformly spraying the overglaze liquid on the trimming part of the ceramic product to be repaired by using a spray gun.
Preferably, the defects of the repaired ceramic product in S1 include pinholes, cracks, black spots and glaze shortage.
Preferably, in S1, the method for repairing the defect of the ceramic product to be repaired includes: and polishing the defect part of the ceramic product to be repaired to be flat, and cleaning the polished part by using alcohol.
Preferably, the weight ratio of the EPA overglaze to the tap water in the S4 is 1: 0.5-0.9.
Preferably, if an obvious boundary exists between the sprayed overglaze and the original ground coat of the ceramic product after the overglaze liquid is sprayed on the ceramic product to be repaired in S5, the overglaze liquid is uniformly sprayed on the boundary between the overglaze and the original ground coat of the ceramic product by using a spray gun.
Compared with the prior art, the technical scheme of the invention has the following beneficial technical effects:
in the invention, when the ceramic product with defects needs to be repaired, the defect part of the ceramic product needs to be repaired firstly, the filling agent with the same ground color as the ceramic product is smeared on the repaired part, and the filling agent is polished after being cured to be smooth; the glaze liquid is uniformly coated on the polished positions of the ceramic products, so that the operation is simple, the use is convenient, the defects of the ceramic products can be effectively repaired, the reject ratio of the ceramic products is greatly reduced, and the benefits of enterprises are improved.
Drawings
Fig. 1 is a flow chart of a porcelain piece glaze filling method provided by the invention.
Detailed Description
In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present invention more apparent, the present invention will be described in further detail with reference to the accompanying drawings in conjunction with the following detailed description. It should be understood that the description is intended to be exemplary only, and is not intended to limit the scope of the present invention. Moreover, in the following description, descriptions of well-known structures and techniques are omitted so as to not unnecessarily obscure the concepts of the present invention.
As shown in figure 1, the porcelain piece glaze filling method provided by the invention comprises the following specific steps:
s1, trimming the defect position of the ceramic product to be repaired;
s2, preparing a filling agent with the same ground color as the ceramic product to be repaired; adding a certain proportion of a color agent into the filling agent to enable the color of the filling agent to be consistent with the bottom color of the porcelain;
s3, coating the filling agent to the trimming part of the ceramic product to be repaired, dipping the film in alcohol to coat the filling agent flatly, and cleaning the periphery of the trimming part of the ceramic product to be repaired; when cleaning, the ceramic product is cleaned by using, but not limited to, gauze so as to avoid scratching the ceramic product during cleaning;
after the filling agent is cured, polishing the trimming part of the ceramic product to be repaired by using fine sand paper until no boundary mark is touched by hands; the filling agent is smoothed and then is placed still for 18-25 minutes to be polished;
s4, taking the EPA overglaze and the lappet water, and uniformly mixing the EPA overglaze and the lappet water to obtain overglaze liquid;
s5, after the filling agent on the ceramic product to be repaired is dried, uniformly spraying the surface glaze liquid on the trimming part of the ceramic product to be repaired by using a spray gun, and covering the part of the bottom glaze;
it should be noted that the ceramic product needs to be kept still for 11-13 hours after the filling agent is coated and polished, so that the filling agent is ensured to be naturally air-dried.
In one embodiment of the invention, when the defect of the ceramic product with the defects needs to be repaired, the defect part of the ceramic product needs to be repaired firstly, the filling agent with the same bottom color as the ceramic product is smeared on the repaired part, and the filling agent is polished after being cured to be smooth; the surface glaze liquid is preferably uniformly coated on the polished position of the ceramic product, and the operation is simple and the use is convenient.
In an alternative embodiment, the defects repaired in S1 of the ceramic product include pinholes, cracks, black spots, and enamel defects.
In an alternative embodiment, the method for trimming the defect of the ceramic product to be repaired in S1 includes: the method comprises the steps of polishing the defect position of a ceramic product to be repaired to be flat, and cleaning the polished position by using alcohol so as to ensure the thorough cleaning of the repaired position of the ceramic product and ensure the quality of the repaired ceramic product.
In an optional embodiment, the weight ratio of the EPA overglaze to the tap water in the S4 is 1: 0.5-0.9;
a certain amount of lapel water is added into the EPA overglaze to dilute the EPA overglaze, so that the EPA overglaze is favorably sprayed.
In an optional embodiment, if an obvious boundary exists between the sprayed overglaze and the original base glaze of the ceramic product after the overglaze liquid is sprayed on the ceramic product to be repaired in S5, the overglaze liquid is uniformly sprayed on the boundary between the overglaze and the original base glaze of the ceramic product by using a spray gun so as to thin the boundary and improve the attractiveness and the repairing effect of the repaired ceramic product;
if the boundary is not obvious after the surface glaze liquid is sprayed on the ceramic product to be repaired in the step S5, spraying tap water on the ceramic product to be repaired is not needed.
It is to be understood that the above-described embodiments of the present invention are merely illustrative of or explaining the principles of the invention and are not to be construed as limiting the invention. Therefore, any modification, equivalent replacement, improvement and the like made without departing from the spirit and scope of the present invention should be included in the protection scope of the present invention. Further, it is intended that the appended claims cover all such variations and modifications as fall within the scope and boundaries of the appended claims or the equivalents of such scope and boundaries.
