Abstract
The invention relates to a medicine box which comprises a box body, wherein a plurality of compartments which are mutually spaced are arranged in the box body, a first detection mechanism is arranged in each compartment, and the first detection mechanism is used for detecting the quantity information of medicines in the compartments. According to the medicine box, the box body is provided with the plurality of compartments for storing medicines, each compartment is provided with the detection mechanism for detecting the quantity information of the medicines, so that a user can quickly know the quantity of the medicines in each compartment, and the medicines can be quickly and accurately taken.

Detailed Description
The present invention is further described below in conjunction with the following figures and specific examples so that those skilled in the art may better understand the present invention and practice it, but the examples are not intended to limit the present invention.
Referring to fig. 1-2, the medicine box of the present invention includes a box body 1, the box body 1 is a cubic structure with an open top, a plurality of compartments 2 spaced from each other are provided in the box body 1, the compartments 2 are separated by partition sheets and arranged in a criss-cross manner, that is, each compartment 2 is also a cubic structure with an open top, and a certain amount of medicines are stored in each compartment 2.
In order to detect information on the amount of the medicine in each of the compartments 2, a first detecting mechanism is provided in each of the compartments 2, the first detecting mechanism includes a pressure sensor 3, the pressure sensor 3 is disposed at the bottom of the compartment 2, and the pressure sensor 3 is pressurized to transmit a signal when a medicine bottle is placed in the compartment 2. In this embodiment, the limiting member is provided with a groove adapted to the shape of the pressure sensor 3, the groove obstructs the pressure sensor 3 from generating horizontal displacement, a hole for a circuit to pass through is formed in the bottom of the limiting member, the limiting member is fixedly arranged at the bottom of the compartment 2, and the pressure sensor 3 is prevented from being lowered in sensitivity due to the connection modes such as gluing.
Since some medicines may be lighter in weight, in order to improve the detection accuracy, in this embodiment, the first detection mechanism further includes a photoelectric sensor disposed on the inner side surface of the compartment 2, and the purpose of determining whether the medicine is stored in the compartment 2 is achieved through the detection of the photoelectric sensor and the pressure sensor 3.
Because some medicines may need to be stored at a certain temperature, a second detection mechanism is further disposed in the box body 1, in this embodiment, the second detection mechanism includes a temperature sensor, and the temperature sensor determines the temperature in the box body 1, so that it can be determined whether the medicines in the box body 1 have quality problems, and preferably, in order to improve the detection accuracy, the temperature sensor is disposed in each of the compartments 2.
In order to facilitate the user to easily determine the type of the medicine in each compartment 2, a display unit 4 is further disposed on one side of the box body 1, and in this embodiment, the display unit 4 may be an LED display screen or an OLED display screen. In this embodiment, when the display unit 4 is disposed along one lateral side of the box body 1, the display unit 4 is configured to display the medicine information of each column of the compartments 2; when the display unit 4 is disposed along one longitudinal side of the case 1, the display unit 4 is configured to display the medicine information of each row of the compartments 2. Through this kind of mode of setting up, the user of being convenient for can be light know the kind of medicine in compartment 2, quick taking or depositing.
Since the type of each row or column of medicine may be the same, in this embodiment, each compartment 2 is further provided with an indication unit 5, and the indication unit 5 is used for indicating whether the compartment 2 contains medicine or not, so as to facilitate the user to take the correct medicine more quickly.
The medicine box also comprises a control unit 6, the control unit 6 can be arranged on the box body, or can be arranged additionally, the control unit 6 receives signals of the pressure sensor 3, the photoelectric sensor and the temperature sensor, and changes the quantity information of the medicines on the display unit 4.
In this embodiment, since each of the compartments 2 has a certain depth, a certain time is required for putting the medicine bottle into the compartment 2, and therefore an auxiliary mechanism for assisting the medicine bottle to enter the compartment 2 is further provided at the entrance of each of the compartments 2; the auxiliary mechanism comprises a first auxiliary part 7 and a second auxiliary part 8, a first end of the first auxiliary part 7 is connected with the inner side wall of the compartment, a second end of the first auxiliary part 7 is rotatably connected with a first end of the second auxiliary part 8, the first auxiliary part 7 is arranged at an angle with the plane of the box body 1, preferably, the angle is an acute angle, preferably, the angle is 30 degrees, so that the medicine bottle can automatically slide to the second auxiliary part 8; the second end of the second auxiliary member 8 is connected to the inner side wall of the compartment 2 by an elastic member, and when the second auxiliary member 8 is subjected to a force, the second auxiliary member 8 rotates relative to the first auxiliary member 7. The first auxiliary part and the second auxiliary part respectively comprise two parts which are respectively positioned on two corresponding side walls in the compartment, and the distance between the second ends of the two first auxiliary parts 7 is more than or equal to the diameter of the medicine bottle body so that the medicine bottle can enter the compartment 2. In this embodiment, through complementary unit, the user only needs to put the medicine bottle the entry of compartment 2 can loosen one's hand, and the medicine bottle falls by self gravity, second auxiliary 8 receives the gravity of medicine bottle to the inside wall of compartment 2 rotates, the medicine bottle can get into compartment 2, second auxiliary 8 provides a buffer power for the whereabouts of medicine bottle.
The box body 1 is made of ABS plastic, and the material has excellent impact resistance, heat resistance, low temperature resistance, chemical resistance and electrical performance, and is more suitable for the field of narcotics.
