Example 1
The tank wagon of the present embodiment has a structure as shown in fig. 1, and is composed of a transportation vehicle 1 and a tank 2 placed on the transportation vehicle 1.
The transport vehicle 1 comprises a vehicle head and a vehicle body. Four probes are arranged on the front face of the vehicle head, and one probe is positioned right above the middle of the two front window glasses of the vehicle head and used for observing the front of the vehicle body; the probe is positioned at the tail part of the vehicle body and is used for observing the rear part of the vehicle body; the two probes are positioned above the two rearview mirrors and used for observing the conditions of the oil tank 2 and the two sides of the vehicle body. A rotatable additional armor is arranged above the front window glass, is made of 616 armor steel with the thickness of 10mm and is consistent with the shape of the front window glass; when the front part is impacted by the shot, the rotatable auxiliary armor is rotated to cover the front window bulletproof glass, and the front road condition is observed through the probe, so that the safe running of the oil tank transport vehicle when passing through an attack area is ensured. The oil tank 2 comprises a tank body, an anti-seepage and anti-fouling layer, wedge-shaped blocks 3 and vertical reinforcing ribs 4, as shown in figure 2.
The tank body is formed by welding 616 armor steel plates with the thickness of 8mm, the longitudinal section of the tank body is hexagonal, and the tank body is bilaterally symmetrical and comprises an upper panel, a lower panel, a left side panel, a right side panel, a front panel and a rear panel. Wherein, the upper panel and the lower panel are respectively arranged horizontally. The left side panel and the right side panel are symmetrical and both consist of a side upper panel and a side lower panel, the included angle between the side upper panel and the side lower panel is 76 degrees, and the included angle between the side upper panel and the side lower panel is 126 degrees and 130 degrees respectively; the junction of the upper and lower side panels is the staggered lap joint of tenon-and-mortise blocks 5 with the width of 10cm, as shown in fig. 3. The front panel consists of two main front panels and two side front panels, the two main front panels are trapezoidal plates, and the included angles between the main front panels and the upper and lower panels are 120 degrees; the front panels on two sides are quadrilateral plates, the included angle between the quadrilateral plates and the vertical plane is 40 degrees, and the quadrilateral plates are positioned between the main front panel and the side panels. The back panel consists of two main back panels and two side back panels, the two main back panels are trapezoidal plates, and the included angles between the two main back panels and the upper and lower panels are both 80 degrees, so that the bulletproof performance is improved; the back panels at the two sides are quadrilateral plates, the included angle between the back panels and the vertical plane is 40 degrees, and the back panels are positioned between the main back panel and the side panels.
The anti-seepage and anti-fouling layer is 1mm thick and is made of polyurea.
The wedge block 3 is of an isosceles triangle prism structure, the vertex angle of the triangle is 76 degrees, the bottom side length is 10cm, and the prism height is 15 cm.
And the vertical reinforcing ribs 4 are made of channel steel.
The anti-seepage and anti-fouling layer, the wedge-shaped blocks 3 and the vertical reinforcing ribs 4 are positioned inside the oil tank 2. The anti-seepage and anti-fouling layer is attached to the inner wall surface of the tank body and is formed by spraying, so that the quality of oil transported in the oil tank 2 is ensured, and pollution or leakage is avoided; the wedge-shaped blocks 3 are fixed at the junction of the upper and lower panels of the side panel of the oil tank 2 in a welding mode, the distance between every two adjacent wedge-shaped blocks 3 is 30cm, and the wedge-shaped blocks and the tenon-and-mortise blocks 5 which are in staggered lap joint can effectively improve the structural strength of the upper and lower panels of the side panel of the oil tank 2 so as to prevent the oil tank 2 from cracking due to high-speed impact. The connecting rigidity and the strength of the two are improved; vertical strengthening rib 4 is located oil tank 2 upper and lower panel and side board juncture, and two adjacent vertical strengthening rib 4 intervals are 100 cm.
In the oil tank truck of the embodiment, the front, rear, left and right panels of the oil tank 2 are inclined planes, and the inclined angles exist, so that when the oil tank is impacted by a shot, the oil tank is easy to bounce, and the oil tank is prevented from being damaged; if the shot enters the tank body when impacting, the running track of the shot is lengthened due to the existence of the inclination angle, so that the impact energy of the shot is effectively absorbed, and the anti-elasticity performance of the oil tank 2 is improved.
The oil tank 2 of the oil tank truck has the inclined angles on the front and back and the left and right elastic surfaces, so that the circular or elliptical design of the traditional oil tank is thoroughly broken through, and the protection efficiency of the oil tank truck can be effectively improved.
