Claims (7)
1. A potato slitting device comprises a fixed table (1) and is characterized in that a driving mechanism (2) is fixedly installed on one side of the top of the fixed table (1), a material receiving mechanism (3) is fixedly installed on one side of the fixed table (1), a lifting mechanism (4) is fixedly installed inside the material receiving mechanism (3), and a cutting mechanism (5) is connected to one side of the lifting mechanism (4) in a sliding mode;
the driving mechanism (2) comprises a fixing frame (6), a hydraulic cylinder (7) is fixedly mounted on one side of the bottom of the fixing frame (6), a fixing column (8) is fixedly mounted at the bottom end of the hydraulic cylinder (7), a pressing plate (9) is fixedly mounted at the bottom end of the fixing column (8), an air outlet hole (28) is formed in the bottom of the pressing plate (9), first connecting rods (10) are fixedly mounted on two sides of the top of the pressing plate (9), second connecting rods (36) are fixedly mounted on the top of the first connecting rods (10), a U-shaped plate (29) is fixedly mounted on one side, close to the hydraulic cylinder (7), of the bottom of the fixing frame (6), and air injection mechanisms (30) are fixedly mounted on two sides of the U-shaped plate (29);
the material receiving mechanism (3) comprises a water tank (11), a fixing plate (12) is fixedly installed inside the water tank (11), and a second through groove (14) is formed in the middle of the upper surface of the fixing plate (12);
the lifting mechanism (4) comprises two fixed boxes (15) which are symmetrically arranged, the bottoms of the fixed boxes (15) are fixedly arranged on one side of the top of the fixed plate (12), one side of the fixed box (15) is connected with a fixed rod (16) in a sliding way, one end of the fixed rod (16) is fixedly arranged at one side of the bottom of the cutting mechanism (5), a first vertical plate (17) is fixedly arranged on one side of the inner bottom wall of the fixed box (15), the bottom of one side of the first vertical plate (17) is connected with a balancing weight (18) in a sliding way, a second vertical plate (19) is fixedly arranged on the other side of the inner bottom wall of the fixed box (15), the top of one side of the second vertical plate (19) is connected with a lifting block (20) in a sliding way, a chain wheel (21) is fixedly arranged in the middle of the inner top wall of the fixed box (15), and the outer side of the chain wheel (21) is connected with a chain (22) in a meshing manner;
the cutting mechanism (5) comprises a cutter rest (24), a cutting knife (26) is fixedly arranged in the cutter rest (24), and second through holes (27) are formed in two sides of the cutting knife (26);
the air injection mechanism (30) comprises four symmetrically-installed air cylinders (31), an air pipe (32) is fixedly installed at the bottom of one side of each air cylinder (31), a piston rod (33) is connected to the middle of the top end of each air pipe (32) in a sliding mode, a pressing block (34) is movably connected to the top end of each piston rod (33), and a counterweight column (35) is fixedly installed at the top of each pressing block (34).

The potato slitter as defined in claim 1, wherein a top of the fixed plate (12) is provided with a first activated carbon adsorption layer, and a bottom of the fixed plate (12) is provided with a second activated carbon adsorption layer, and a surface area of activated carbon particles in the first activated carbon adsorption layer is smaller than a surface area of activated carbon particles in the second activated carbon adsorption layer.

The potato slitting machine as claimed in claim 1, wherein a fixing frame (25) is fixedly mounted on the top of the knife holder (24), the inner wall of the fixing frame (25) is fixed to one side of a cutting knife (26), the cutting knife (26) is composed of a plurality of transverse blades and a plurality of longitudinal blades, and the pressing plate (9) is disposed directly above the fixing frame (25).

The potato slitting device as claimed in claim 1, wherein a first sliding groove is formed on one side of the fixed box (15), a second sliding groove is formed on one side of the first vertical plate (17), a third sliding groove is formed on one side of the second vertical plate (19), one end of the fixing rod (16) penetrates through one side of the fixed box (15) and is fixed with the middle part of one side of the counterweight (18), and the fixing rod (16) is matched with the first sliding groove.

The potato slitting device as claimed in claim 1, wherein a first through hole (23) is formed in one side of the top of the fixing box (15), the first through hole (23) is located right above the lifting block (20), the first connecting rod (10) is located right above the first through hole (23), and the first connecting rod (10) is matched with the first through hole (23).

A potato slicer as claimed in claim 1, wherein one side of the weight block (18) is slidably connected to one side of the inner wall of the stationary box (15), one side of the lifting block (20) is slidably connected to the other side of the inner wall of the stationary box (15), and the weight of the weight block (18) is equal to three times the weight of the lifting block (20).
7. A potato slitter as claimed in claim 1, wherein a first through slot (13) is provided at the top of the stationary plate (12), the number of the first through slots (13) being plural, the plural first through slots (13) being arranged equidistantly.
