A first end of the first link 1661 is connected to an output end of the fifth driving source, a second end of the first link 1661 is rotatably connected to a first end of the second link 1663, a second end of the second link 1663 is rotatably connected to a second end of the first swing arm 1665 or a second end of the second swing arm, and a second end of the second link 1663 and the third link 1664 are rotatable linkages. The connecting rod can thereby be driven by the fifth driving source to swing the first swing arm 1665 and the second swing arm, that is, the first swing arm 1665 swings around the first end thereof, and the second swing arm swings around the second end thereof, so as to raise or lower the material rack 162 on the carrier roller. Of course, in other embodiments, the output of the fifth driving source can also be directly connected to the first end of the first swing arm 1665 or the first end of the second swing arm, so as to directly actuate the first swing arm 1665 to swing around its first end and the second swing arm to swing around its first end.
The transverse driving member 164 is disposed on the frame 11 for driving the rack 162 to move along the second predetermined direction. The transverse driving member 164 includes a fourth driving source 1641 and a fourth screw assembly 1643, wherein the fourth driving source 1641 may be a motor, and is disposed on the frame 11, i.e., on the feeding support 160, for providing power. The lead screw of the fourth lead screw pair 1643 is connected with the output end of a fourth driving source 1641, and the nut of the fourth lead screw pair 1643 is connected with the material rack 162, so that the fourth driving source 1641 is connected with the material rack 162 in a transmission manner. The rack 162 can thus be moved in the X-axis direction by the fourth driving source 1641.
A limiting hole is formed in a nut of the fourth screw rod pair 1643, a limiting column is arranged on the material rack 162, and the limiting column penetrates through the limiting hole. The lift drive 166 is thus able to drive the spacing post between the first and second positions relative to the spacing aperture. When the limiting column is located at the first position, the distance between the rack 162 and the rack 11 in the third preset direction is smaller than the distance between the rack 162 and the rack 11 in the third preset direction when the limiting column is located at the second position. That is, the lift drive 166 is capable of moving the stack 162 in the Z direction, thereby raising or lowering. When the limiting column is located at the first position, the rack 162 is raised to the high position, and when the limiting column is located at the second position, the limiting column is lowered to the low position. In addition, the cooperation of the limiting column and the limiting hole can prevent the material rest 162 from generating axial movement relative to the fourth lead screw pair 1643, so as to ensure that the material rest 162 can be driven by the fourth driving source 1641 and move along the X-axis direction.
In summary, the honing machine 1 of the embodiment of the invention drives the second moving mechanism 13 to move in the first preset direction through the first moving mechanism 12, so that the third moving mechanism 14 arranged on the second moving mechanism 13 drives the honing spindle 15 to move in the first preset direction; the third moving mechanism 14 is moved in a second preset direction by the second moving mechanism 13, so that the honing main shaft 15 is moved in the second preset direction; the honing spindle 15 is driven by the third moving mechanism 14 to move in a third preset direction. Therefore, the honing main shaft 15 moves in three directions, the freedom degree of movement of the honing main shaft 15 is higher, the workpiece 7 can be honed more accurately, and the precision of part holes of the workpiece 7 is guaranteed.
Referring to fig. 6 and 7, an embodiment of the present invention further provides a honing production line, which includes a pre-honing detection system 3, the honing machine 1 and the turning drying device 5, which are sequentially arranged along the transporting direction F of the workpiece 7, wherein the first end of the material rack 162 is provided with a plurality of input rollers, and the plurality of input rollers rotate, so as to receive the workpiece 7 to be processed, which is transmitted from the pre-honing detection system 3. The second end of the stock shelf 162 is provided with an output roller to transfer the honed workpiece 7 to the tumble drying device 5. The pre-honing detection system 3 is used for detecting the workpiece 7 to be machined before honing and judging whether the workpiece 7 to be machined meets the pre-honing requirement or not, so that the unqualified workpiece 7 to be machined is prevented from entering the honing machine tool 1 of the next process. The honing machine 1 is used for honing the workpiece 7 to be machined, which is transmitted from the pre-flight inspection system, to form a part hole with high precision in the workpiece 7. The turnover drying device 5 is used for collecting honing liquid in the machined honed workpiece 7 of the honing machine tool 1, so that the cost is saved, and meanwhile, the honed workpiece 7 is ensured to be clean and dry and the work site is ensured to be clean.
Referring to fig. 8 and 9, in the present embodiment, the pre-honing detection system 3 includes a pre-honing detection support, and a bearing device and a detection device 33 disposed on the pre-honing detection support. The detection device 33 is used for detecting the part hole of the workpiece 7 to be processed before honing; the bearing device corresponds to the first end of the rack 162, and is configured to bear the workpiece 7 to be processed and transfer the workpiece 7 to be processed, which meets the requirements before honing, to the rack 162, where the bearing device is the same as the structure and principle in the prior art, and is not described herein again.
The probing device 33 includes a probe holder 330, a first probe slide 332, a second probe slide 334, and a probe head 336. The stylus holder 330 has a door shape. The first probe sliding table 332 is movably disposed on the probe support 330 through a slide rail pair, and can be driven by a driving motor via a transmission screw to slide along a first preset direction. The second measuring head sliding table 334 is movably arranged on the first side head sliding table through a sliding rail pair, can slide along with the first measuring head sliding table 332 in a first preset direction, and can be driven by the driving motor through the transmission screw rod to slide along a third preset direction. The detecting head 336 is disposed at the bottom end of the second measuring head sliding table 334 and moves along with the second measuring head sliding table 334, that is, the detecting head 336 can move in the first preset direction and the third preset direction.
The probing head 336 is used for probing the workpiece 7 located at the position to be probed to determine whether the part hole of the workpiece 7 meets the pre-honing requirement. The probing tip 336 includes an upper portion having a diameter that is the maximum value required before honing the bore of the workpiece 7, and a lower portion having a diameter that is the minimum value required before honing the bore of the workpiece 7. When the lower measuring part can enter the part hole of the workpiece 7 and the upper measuring part can not enter the part hole of the workpiece 7, the part hole of the workpiece 7 meets the pre-honing requirement, otherwise, the part hole does not meet the pre-honing requirement.
Referring to fig. 10 and 11, the tumble drying apparatus 5 includes a supporting bracket 51, a clamping mechanism 53, a tumble mechanism 55, and a blowing mechanism 57. The carrying bracket 51 corresponds to the second end of the rack 162 and mainly plays a carrying role. The clamping mechanism 53, the turnover mechanism 55 and the blowing mechanism 57 are all arranged on the bearing bracket 51. The bearing support 51 is of a hollow structure, a material passage for passing through the honed workpiece 7 is arranged on the outer wall of the bearing support 51, a switch door 52 is movably arranged on the bearing support 51, and the switch door 52 can close or open the inlet of the material passage under the action of a driving source such as a driving motor, a cylinder, an oil cylinder and the like. A clamping mechanism 53 is located in the carrier support 51 for clamping the honed workpiece 7 from the material passage. The turnover mechanism 55 is arranged in the bearing bracket 51 and is used for driving the clamping mechanism 53 to rotate so as to turn over the honed workpiece 7, thereby realizing the function of turnover and liquid pouring. A blowing mechanism 57 is provided to the carrier bracket 51 for blowing air to the honed workpiece 7 to dry the honed workpiece 7.
In the present embodiment, the blowing mechanism 57 includes a blower 570 and a wind pipe 572, and the blower 570 is disposed on the top of the carrier 51. The first end of the air pipe 572 is communicated with an air outlet of the blower 570, and the second end of the air pipe 572 points to the clamping mechanism 53, so that the air flow introduced from the blower 570 blows the honed workpiece 7, and the drying function is achieved. It should be noted that, when the honed workpiece 7 is clamped in the clamping mechanism 53, the opening and closing door 52 closes the inlet of the material passage, so that a closed space is formed in the bearing bracket 51, and the fan 570 operates to blow out hot air, so that the temperature of the honed workpiece 7 rises, and a drying function is realized. After the completion of the drying, the material passage is opened by opening and closing the door 52 to communicate the space inside the carrier frame 51 with the outside, thereby discharging the hot air while facilitating the recovery of the honing liquid of the next honed workpiece 7 and the drying of the workpiece 7.

Claims (7)

1. A honing machine, comprising:
a frame;
the first moving mechanism is arranged on the rack;
the second moving mechanism is arranged on the first moving mechanism and can move along a first preset direction under the driving of the first moving mechanism;
the third moving mechanism is arranged on the second moving mechanism and can move along a second preset direction under the driving of the second moving mechanism;
the honing main shaft is arranged on the third moving mechanism and can move along a third preset direction under the driving of the third moving mechanism, wherein any two of the first preset direction, the second preset direction and the third preset direction are mutually vertical;
wherein the honing machine comprises:
at least two first moving mechanisms, wherein each first moving mechanism is provided with at least one second moving mechanism, each second moving mechanism is provided with one third moving mechanism, and each third moving mechanism is provided with one honing main shaft;
the honing machine tool further comprises a feeding mechanism, and the feeding mechanism comprises:
the material rack is movably arranged on the rack;
the transverse driving part is arranged on the rack and used for driving the material rack to move along the second preset direction;
the lifting driving part is arranged on the rack and used for driving the material rack to move along the third preset direction;
wherein the transverse drive comprises:
the fourth driving source is arranged on the rack;
the fourth driving source is connected with the material rack through the fourth screw pair;
a nut of the fourth screw pair is provided with a limiting hole, the material rest is provided with a limiting column, and the limiting column penetrates through the limiting hole; the lifting driving piece can drive the limiting column to move between a first position and a second position relative to the limiting hole;
when the limiting column is located at the first position, the distance between the material rack and the rack in the third preset direction is smaller than the distance between the material rack and the rack in the third preset direction when the limiting column is located at the second position.
2. The honing machine of claim 1, wherein the first moving mechanism comprises:
the first sliding table is movably arranged on the rack, and the second moving mechanism is arranged on the first sliding table;
the first driving piece is arranged on the rack and used for driving the first sliding table to slide along a first preset direction so as to drive the honing main shaft to move along the first preset direction.
3. The honing machine of claim 1, wherein the second moving mechanism comprises:
the second sliding table is movably arranged on the first moving mechanism, and the third moving mechanism is arranged on the second sliding table;
and the second driving piece is arranged on the first moving mechanism and used for driving the second sliding table to slide along the second preset direction so as to drive the honing main shaft to move along the second preset direction.
4. The honing machine of claim 1, wherein the third moving mechanism comprises:
the third sliding table is movably arranged on the second moving mechanism, and the honing main shaft is arranged on the third sliding table;
and the third driving piece is arranged on the second moving mechanism and used for driving the third sliding table to slide along the third preset direction so as to drive the honing main shaft to move along the third preset direction.
5. A honing line, characterized by comprising a honing machine as claimed in any of claims 1 to 4.
6. The honing line of claim 5 further comprising a tumble drying apparatus comprising:
a load bearing support;
the clamping mechanism is arranged on the bearing bracket and is used for clamping the honed workpiece;
the turnover mechanism is arranged on the bearing support and used for driving the clamping mechanism to rotate;
and the blowing mechanism is arranged on the bearing bracket and used for blowing air to the honed workpiece.
7. The honing production line of claim 6, wherein the blowing mechanism comprises:
the fan is arranged on the bearing bracket;
and the first end of the air pipe is communicated with the air outlet of the fan, and the second end of the air pipe points to the clamping mechanism.
