an included angle adjusting mechanism (38) is arranged between the first polishing plate (27) and the second polishing plate (28); the included angle adjusting mechanism (38) comprises an adjusting cylinder (39) hinged between the second grinding plate (28) and the retaining plate (26), and the end part of the second grinding plate (28) is hinged with the end part of the first grinding plate (27).
