and 5: judging whether a loading condition is met, if so, scheduling the loading robot by the upper computer to load the car-blocking machine, and otherwise, continuing to execute the step 5;
the material loading condition in this embodiment includes:

the blanking conditions are as follows:

and when judging that the key pulling machine has a blanking request, the MES sends a specific processing parameter version length and a specific processing parameter version diameter to the double-head welding machine in a double-head welding data request, waits for a feeding request of the double-head welding machine, and informs the robot to take materials at the blanking position of the key pulling machine and feed materials at the feeding position of the double-head welding machine.
The embodiment also relates to a control device of the plate roller vehicle loading and blocking unit, which comprises an upper computer, wherein the upper computer is internally embedded with the automatic control method of the plate roller vehicle loading and blocking unit.
