2) hanging one rear leg of a big rabbit on a hook of a conveying line in a peeling room, removing a rabbit head and three other rabbit legs except the hanging part, cutting a circle of rabbit skin along the hung rabbit feet, cutting the rabbit skin from the circle downwards to the root of a thigh, and pulling the rabbit skin downwards to peel off the whole rabbit skin;
3) the rabbit carcasses enter a spraying room along a conveying line, and spray water sprayed by all spraying heads in the spraying room scours the ketone bodies of the rabbits from different angles, wherein the spray water is purified water subjected to filtration and ultraviolet irradiation sterilization;
4) the sprayed big rabbits enter the air shower room along with the conveying line, each air blowing port on the top of the inner side of the air shower room keeps a preset air speed to blow downwards, and water on the big rabbit bodies is dried, wherein the air blown out by the air blowing ports is clean air which is sequentially filtered by primary effect, intermediate effect and high efficiency;
5) the big rabbit carcass is sprayed and air-showered, then continuously enters the rabbit taking intermediate body along with the conveying line, the internal pressure of the rabbit taking intermediate body is absolute positive pressure, the big rabbit carcass is taken out and placed in a tray, and the big rabbit carcass is transmitted to the spleen showering collection room through a transmission window.
