Regarding the structure of the pen tip gripper, in the present embodiment, the pen tip gripper preferably includes a gripper base 222, a first gripper 223, a second gripper 224, and a second elastic member 225, and the gripper base 222 is fixedly attached to the second rotating shaft; the first clamping portion 223 is fixedly arranged on the clamping seat 222, the second clamping portion 224 is slidably arranged on the clamping seat 222 and can be close to or far away from the first clamping portion 223, the second elastic member 225 is arranged between the first clamping portion 223 and the second clamping portion 224, and the second elastic member 225 enables the second clamping portion 224 to be close to the first clamping portion 223. This arrangement allows first clamping portion 223 to be always close to second clamping portion 224 by second elastic member 225, and thus, maintains the clamped state of pen tip 200.
Optionally, the turntable clamping and positioning device further comprises a pen tip unlocking assembly, which is disposed on the mounting bracket 11 and enables the second clamping portion 224 to be away from the first clamping portion 223. This setting has improved the degree of automation of nib unblock, has improved production efficiency. the clamping assemblies are arranged in the circumferential direction of the rotating workbench (12) at intervals; the clamping assembly comprises a pen holder clamping assembly (21) and a pen point clamping assembly (22), the pen holder clamping assembly (21) has a first clamping state capable of clamping a pen holder (100) and a first loosening state capable of taking and placing the pen holder (100), and the pen point clamping assembly (22) has a second clamping state capable of clamping a pen point (200) and a second loosening state capable of taking and placing the pen point (200);
the second driving piece (23) is fixedly arranged on the mounting bracket (11) and can be in transmission connection with the penholder clamping component (21) and the pen point clamping component (22) so that the penholder clamping component (21) and the pen point clamping component (22) can rotate around the axes of the penholder clamping component and the pen point clamping component;
the pen holder clamping assembly (21) comprises a pen holder fixing piece (211), a first rotating shaft, a first rotating piece (212) and a pen holder clamping piece, wherein the pen holder fixing piece (211) is fixedly arranged on the rotating workbench (12), and the first rotating shaft penetrates through the pen holder fixing piece (211) and is rotatably connected with the pen holder fixing piece (211); the first rotating piece (212) is fixedly connected with one end of the first rotating shaft, and the penholder clamping piece is arranged on the first rotating piece (212); the other end of the first rotating shaft can be in transmission connection with the second driving piece (23);
the pen holder clamping piece comprises a second rotating piece (213), a clamping base (214) and a clamping block (215), wherein the second rotating piece (213) is rotatably connected with the first rotating piece (212); the clamping base (214) is fixedly arranged on the first rotating member (212), and at least two clamping blocks (215) are connected with the clamping base (214) in a sliding manner and can be close to or far away from the axis direction of the first rotating shaft; one of the second rotating part (213) and the clamping block (215) is provided with a sliding groove (2131), and the other one is provided with a sliding block which is in sliding fit with the sliding groove (2131); the extending direction of the sliding groove (2131) and the sliding direction of the clamping block (215) form an included angle; the first rotating shaft rotating process, the clamping block (215) moves towards the axle center of the first rotating shaft to clamp the penholder (100);
the pen point clamping assembly (22) comprises a pen point fixing piece (221), a second rotating shaft and a pen point clamping piece, the pen point fixing piece (221) is fixedly arranged on the rotating workbench (12), and the second rotating shaft penetrates through the pen point fixing piece (221) and is rotatably connected with the pen point fixing piece (221); the pen point clamping piece is arranged at one end of the second rotating shaft; the other end of the second rotating shaft can be in transmission connection with the second driving piece (23).
