Abstract

Disclosed is an intelligent reminding medicine dispensing box, comprising: the box, be equipped with in it: a conveyor belt; the medicine collecting hopper is positioned below the end of the advancing direction of the conveying belt; the medicine taking barrel is connected with the medicine collecting hopper; and a plurality of cartridges positioned above the conveyor belt. When the medicine is taken, the medicine boxes distribute the medicines to be taken to the conveying belt according to the dosage of one time, the conveying belt is started, and the medicines sequentially fall into the medicine collecting hopper and the medicine taking barrel when being conveyed to the end of the conveying belt. The automatic dispensing of the medicine on time and quantity is realized.

At present, the development of intelligent medicine box products belongs to a state of just starting, and some medicine box products in the market are mainly portable and electric control type. The research and the use condition of the intelligent medicine box products are still not perfect in general, and the device has many defects, and has many limitations in application, and a certain gap is remained from large-scale application.
Disclosure of Invention
The intelligent reminding medicine-distributing box provided by the invention realizes automatic distribution of medicines on time and in a quantitative manner.
According to a first aspect of embodiments of the present invention, there is provided a medicine box comprising:

a medicine delivery portion comprising: a gear; a driving part for driving the gear to rotate; the gear is wrapped in a shell of an inner disc structure, an outlet channel and an inlet channel opposite to the medicine discharge port extend out of the circumferential surface of the shell, the inlet channel and the outlet channel are vertically arranged and are on the same straight line, and detectors used for measuring the quantity of medicines are respectively arranged on the inlet channel and the outlet channel; and
the medicine storage part comprises a cylinder structure and a driver for driving the cylinder structure to rotate around the central axis of the cylinder structure, a plurality of medicine storage holes parallel to the central axis of the cylinder structure are uniformly distributed on the cylinder structure, the distances between the medicine storage holes and the central axis of the cylinder structure are equal, the outlet channel of the medicine delivery part and the medicine outlet of the shell are respectively positioned above and below the cylinder structure, and the outlet channel and the medicine outlet of the shell are opposite to the rotating path of the medicine storage holes;
the input unit is used for inputting the dosage and the taking time of each time of the medicines and selecting at least one of the plurality of medicine boxes to store the medicines; and
and a control system for controlling the operation of the conveyor belt, the driving part and the driver according to the information input by the input unit and the signal of the detector.
In some examples, the gear rotates to a position that aligns one empty tooth slot with the inlet channel every time the detector on the inlet channel detects that one medication has fallen.
In some examples, the detector on the outlet passage detects that the amount of the medicine falling into the medicine storage hole is one dose, and the cylinder structure is rotated about its central axis to a position where an empty medicine storage hole is aligned with the outlet passage.
In some examples, when the set administration time is up, the cylindrical structure is rotated about its central axis to a position where the drug storage hole filled with the drug to be administered is opposite to the drug outlet at the bottom of the drug cassette.
In some examples, the box body is provided with another detector for detecting whether the medicine taking barrel is connected to the medicine collecting hopper.
In some examples, the conveyor belt is activated to run for a set length of time when the set dosing time is up and the further detector detects that the cartridge is connected to the hopper.
In some examples, the top of the case has a first magnetically-attractable cover for covering the pill box.
In some examples, the side of the box body is provided with an opening for accessing the medicine box, and the opening is provided with a second magnetic-type cover plate.

Detailed Description
Fig. 1 shows a smart reminders dispensable kit comprising: a box body 4; a plurality of medicine boxes 2 placed in the box body 4; a conveyor belt 5 positioned below the plurality of medicine boxes 2 in the box 4; a medicine collecting hopper 7 positioned below the end of the advancing direction of the conveyor belt 5 in the box body 4; a medicine taking barrel 9 positioned below the medicine collecting hopper 7 in the shell. The top of the box body 4 is provided with a first opening for taking and placing the medicine box 2, and the first opening is provided with a first magnetic type cover plate 1. The side of the box body 4 is provided with a second opening for taking and placing the medicine box 2, and the second opening is provided with a second magnetic-type cover plate 6.
The conveyor belt 5 is made of butyl rubber. Conveyer belt 5 is driven by direct current motor 3, and the baffle is installed on 5 both sides of conveyer belt, prevents that the medicine from dropping, can be carried to collection medicine fill 7 by it after the medicine gets into conveyer belt 5. The installation positions of the medicine collecting hopper 7 and the medicine taking barrel 9 are shown in fig. 2, the medicine collecting hopper 7 is made of polypropylene materials, the upper part of the medicine collecting hopper is funnel-shaped, the lower part of the medicine collecting hopper is a threaded hole column, and medicines slide down from a funnel on the upper part and enter the medicine taking barrel 9 on the lower part through the hole. The medicine taking barrel 9 is made of polypropylene materials and is provided with a hole in threaded connection with the threaded hole column of the medicine collecting hopper 7. The outer wall of the medicine taking cylinder 9 is wrapped by rubber, and patterns are added at the same time. The detector 8 is arranged on the box body 4 and is positioned at the side of the medicine taking barrel 9 to detect whether the medicine taking barrel 9 is connected to the medicine collecting hopper 7.
Referring to fig. 2 and 3, the medicine cartridge 2 includes a housing 10 and a medicine feeding portion and a medicine storage portion provided in the housing 10. The top and bottom of the housing 10 are provided with a drug outlet and a drug outlet, respectively.
The medicine feeding portion includes a gear 11, a housing 12, and a driving portion that drives the rotation of the gear. The housing 12 is a disc structure that fits over the gear 11 to enclose it therein. An inlet channel opposite to the medicine discharge port of the shell 10 and an outlet channel opposite to the medicine storage part extend out of the circumferential surface of the shell 12. In order to make the medicine smoothly pass in and out of the medicine feeding part, the inlet channel and the outlet channel are vertically arranged and are on the same straight line. Detectors 16, 20, such as photoelectric switches, for measuring the amount of the drug are provided on the inlet channel and the outlet channel, respectively. The gear 11 and the housing 12 are made of polypropylene. The fastening bolt 17 fixes the housing 12 to the housing 10 of the cartridge 2. The driving part adopts a stepping motor 18, and the stepping motor 18 is connected with a gear through a rotating shaft 19. The medicine enters the tooth grooves of the gear 11 through the medicine discharge port and the inlet channel of the medicine feeding part, one tablet occupies one tooth groove of the gear 11, the gear 11 rotates by 180 degrees, and the medicine in the tooth groove falls from the outlet channel and enters the medicine storage part.
The medicine storage part comprises a cylinder structure 13, a protective shell 14 of the cylinder structure 13 and a driver 15 for driving the cylinder structure 13 to rotate. The cylinder structure 13 is made of I-type glass, and the protective shell 14 is made of polypropylene. The protective shell 14 is fixed at the bottom of the shell 10, and the cylindrical structure 13 is arranged in the protective shell 14. A plurality of medicine storage holes parallel to the central axis of the cylindrical structure 13 are uniformly distributed on the cylindrical structure. The drug storage hole is a through hole and extends from one end face of the cylindrical structure 13 to the other end face opposite to the cylindrical structure. One medicine storage hole stores the dosage of one time. The distance between the medicine storage holes and the central axis of the cylindrical structure 13 is equal, that is, the paths of all the medicine storage holes are the same when the cylindrical structure 13 rotates around the central axis. The outlet channel of the medicine feeding part is positioned above the cylindrical structure 13 and is opposite to the rotating path of the medicine storage hole. The medicine outlet at the bottom of the shell 10 is positioned below the cylinder structure 13 and is opposite to the rotation path of the medicine storage hole.
The intelligent reminding distributable medicine box further comprises an input unit, a display unit and a control system. The control system is connected to the dc motor 3, said drive, said driver, said input unit, said display unit and the detectors 8, 16, 20. The control system controls the operation of the dc motor 3, the drive unit, and the driver based on the signals from the detectors 8, 16, and 20 and the information input from the input unit.
The control system is controlled in the following way:
1. the dosage of each time, the administration time and the cartridge 2 storing it are inputted through the input unit.
2. One tablet of medicine is put into the medicine placing opening at the top of the selected medicine box 2, the medicine passes through the medicine placing opening and the inlet channel of the medicine feeding part and enters the empty tooth groove of the gear 11, one tablet occupies one tooth groove of the gear 11, and the detector 16 on the inlet channel rotates the gear 11 once after detecting that one tablet of medicine falls, and the next empty tooth groove is aligned with the inlet channel to receive the next tablet of medicine after a set time (ensuring that the medicine falls onto the empty tooth groove).
3. When the detector 16 detects that the amount of the stored medicines reaches the dosage of one time, the display unit sends out early warning information to remind a user to stop adding medicines.
4. When the tooth socket with the medicine rotates to the outlet channel aligned with the medicine conveying part, the medicine falls into one medicine storage hole of the cylindrical structure 13 of the medicine storage part through the outlet channel, one medicine storage hole stores the dosage once, and when the detector 20 on the outlet channel detects that the quantity of the medicine falling into the medicine storage hole is the dosage once, the driver 15 rotates the cylindrical structure 13 once around the central axis thereof, so that the next empty medicine storage hole is aligned with the outlet channel;
5. when the medicine taking time is up, the display unit sends out reminding information, meanwhile, the driver 15 enables the cylinder structure 13 to rotate around the central axis of the cylinder structure, the medicine storage hole filled with the medicine to be taken is aligned to the medicine outlet at the bottom of the medicine box 2, and the medicine falls into the conveying belt 5;
6. conveyer belt 5 operation, the medicine falls into collection medicine fill 7 when conveying 5 ends forward, collects the medicine that falls from collection medicine fill 7 through getting cartridge case 9. the input unit is used for inputting the dosage and the taking time of each time of the medicines and selecting at least one of the plurality of medicine boxes to store the medicines; and

4. A kit as claimed in claim 1, wherein at the set time of administration, the cylindrical structure is rotated about its central axis to a position in which the aperture filled with the product to be administered is directly opposite the outlet opening in the base of the kit.
5. A kit according to claim 1, wherein a further detector is mounted on the casing for detecting whether the dispensing cartridge is connected to the hopper.
6. A kit as claimed in claim 5, in which the conveyor belt is activated for a set length of time when the set time for taking the medication has expired and the further detector detects that the cartridge is connected to the hopper.
7. A kit as in claim 1, wherein the top of the box has a first magnetically-attractable cover for covering the medication box.
8. A kit as in claim 1, wherein the side of the box has an opening for accessing the cartridge, the opening having a second magnetically attractable cover plate mounted thereto.
9. A kit as claimed in claim 1, wherein the quantity of medicament stored in the medicament storage aperture of each said kit is displayed by a display unit.
