The cutter assembly 30 includes a cutter 31 and a mounting shaft 32, the cutter 31 including a rotation shaft 33, cutter blades 34. In some embodiments, replacement tool 31 may be removed without removing mounting shaft 32, and replacement tool assembly 30 may be removed entirely, as not intended to be limiting.
In this way, the household appliance 100 can realize the transition of two cooking states through the speed regulating member 21, and the functions of cutting and stirring are realized by the cutter blades 34. The food in the cup assembly 30 is cut with the first rotational speed and the food in the cup assembly 30 is stirred with the second rotational speed.
Referring to fig. 2, 3 and 8, in some embodiments, the cap assembly 20 includes a mounting member 23, the mounting member 23 is coupled to the driving member 22, the cutter assembly 30 includes a mounting shaft 32, the mounting shaft 32 is coupled to a rotational shaft 33 of the cutter 31, the mounting shaft 32 extends at least partially into the mounting member 23, and the mounting shaft 32 is detachably coupled to the mounting member 23.
Specifically, the mounting member 23 includes a connecting spline that in one example includes an internal spline and an external spline that are each a multi-tooth part. The connecting spline comprises a cylindrical shape, the cylindrical shape comprises an inner cylindrical surface and an outer cylindrical surface, the spline on the inner cylindrical surface is an inner spline, and the spline on the outer cylindrical surface is an outer spline. The connecting spline as shown in fig. 8 may be an internal spline, that is, the mounting member 23 may be an internal spline. The connecting spline has high centering precision requirement, uniform stress and large transmission torque, and is suitable for connection easy to slip. The driving member 22 includes a driving motor, and the driving member 22 can convert electric energy into mechanical energy, so as to drive the mounting shaft 32 to rotate to drive the cutter 31 to rotate. When the cutter assembly 30 is mounted to the cap assembly 20, the mounting shaft 32 extends at least partially into the mounting member 23 to further stabilize the connection. The mounting shaft 32 is engaged with the mounting member 23, and can be connected by an engagement manner. In some embodiments, the mounting shaft 32 and the mounting member 23 include a spring, the spring may be fixedly connected to the mounting member 23 by welding, bonding, or the like, and whether the accurate connection between the mounting shaft 32 and the mounting member 23 is successful may be determined by the elastic principle of the spring. It should be noted that the installation shaft 32 may drive the rotation shaft 33 to rotate, and the installation shaft 32 may drive the rotation shaft 33 to rotate synchronously, and the installation shaft 32 may also drive the rotation shaft 33 to rotate at a differential speed, which is not limited herein. In this way, the cutter assembly 30 can be detached from the mounting member 23 through the mounting shaft 32, so that the household appliance 100 can be cleaned after being used conveniently, no dead angle is generated during detachment and cleaning, and the use feeling of a user is improved.
In some embodiments, the cutter assembly 30 includes a rotational axis 33, the cutter 31 rotates about the rotational axis 33, and the cutter 31 includes a cutting edge that is at a predetermined angle to the rotational axis 33.
It should be noted that the preset included angle may be an included angle of 20 degrees, 25 degrees, 40 degrees, 50 degrees, etc., which is not limited herein. Because the cutting edge is a preset included angle with the rotating shaft 33, the cutter 31 can realize the effect of pushing food to rotate around the rotating shaft 33 when rotating at a low speed, and thus the dual functions of cutting and stirring are realized.
Referring again to fig. 3 and 4, the knife 31 further includes a knife blade 34, and the knife blade 34 may include a plurality of knife edges including various arrangements and configurations. The blade 34 of fig. 3 has sharp edges and staggered arrangement, so that the shearing and cutting effects are relatively good. The user can adjust the high speed rotational speed mode via the speed governor 21 so that the cutter assembly 30 performs the cutting function. The blades of the cutter blades 34 in fig. 4 are parallel to each other, so that shearing and cutting effects can be achieved, and meanwhile, the blades are not perpendicular to the rotating shaft 33, and when the speed regulating member 21 controls low-speed rotation, the cutter blades 34 can push food to rotate around the rotating shaft 33, so that stirring effects can be achieved. The blade edge of the cutter blade 34 comprises a blade opening 341, and the blade opening 341 can promote stirring effect and improve uniformity of stirring food.
Referring to fig. 8, in some embodiments, the driving member 22 includes an output shaft 24, and the output shaft 24 is connected to a mounting shaft 32 to rotate the mounting shaft 32 and thereby rotate the cutter 31.
The output shaft 24 may be understood as a power output shaft of the driving member 22, and the output shaft 24 may be detachably connected with the driving member 22 by means of assembling steps, assembling holes, assembling grooves or notches, or may be fixedly connected with the driving member 22 by means of welding.
In some embodiments, the output shaft 24 may be coupled directly to the driver 22 with high efficiency, or may be coupled via a coupling that protects the driver 22. The coupling has the characteristics of high rigidity and high torque, and is convenient to use, easy to install and time-saving. In the case that the top cover assembly 20 is connected with the cutter assembly 30, the output shaft 24 is located between the driving member 22 and the mounting shaft 32, and the output shaft 24 is connected with the mounting shaft 32 to drive the mounting shaft 32 to rotate so as to drive the cutter 31 to rotate, so that the cutter assembly 30 can realize the cutting and stirring functions.
Referring to fig. 8, in some embodiments, the speed regulating member 21 is configured to regulate the rotational speed of the cutter 31 using a pwm signal.
Specifically, the principle of the pwm signal to regulate the rotation speed is a Pulse width modulation technique (Pulse WidthModulation, PWM) that can equivalently obtain a desired waveform (including shape and amplitude) by modulating the width of a series of pulses. That is, the waveform can be understood as a pulse width modulated signal. Thus, the household appliance 100 according to the embodiment of the present application can perform stepless speed regulation by using the speed regulating member 21, and the stepless speed regulation can be smoothly and continuously changed, and can stably operate at any point in the regulating range of the entire rotation speed. Thus, the use feeling of the user can be improved.
In some embodiments, in the event that the speed regulating member 21 receives the first signal, the speed regulating member 21 is configured to control the driving member 22 to drive the cutter 31 to rotate at the first rotational speed; in the case that the speed regulating member 21 receives the second signal, the speed regulating member 21 is configured to control the driving member 22 to drive the cutter 31 to rotate at a second rotation speed, where the first rotation speed is greater than the second rotation speed.
Specifically, the pulse width modulation signal includes a first signal and a second signal, and the speed regulating member 21 may control the driving member 22 to drive the cutter 31 to rotate at a first rotational speed, in which case the cutter 31 can cut food at a high speed, which may be understood as a high speed. The speed regulating member 21 may control the driving member 22 to drive the cutter 31 to rotate at a second rotational speed, and in the case where the cutter 31 is driven to rotate at the second rotational speed, the cutter 31 may stir food at a low speed, which may be understood as a low speed. The cutter 31 is thus regulated by the regulating member 21 so that the cutter assembly 30 performs the cutting and stirring functions.
Referring now to fig. 8, in some embodiments, the roof assembly 20 further includes a handle 25, a roof top panel 26, an exhaust duct 27, a battery 28, and a roof bottom panel 29. The handle 25 may facilitate the taking of the home appliance 100. The top cover top plate 26 and the bottom cover plate 29 cooperate with each other to protect the components within the top cover assembly 20. The exhaust duct 27 may exhaust moisture-forming steam in the heated food or the concentrated food through the exhaust duct 27. In some embodiments, the head cover assembly 20 may include a plurality of exhaust pipes 27, and the plurality of exhaust pipes 27 form an exhaust pipe array to enhance the effect of exhausting the steam. The battery 28 may provide power to the governor 21. In one embodiment, the household appliance 100 may incorporate a power storage device such as a charger to power the driving member 22. In another embodiment, the household appliance 100 may be plugged directly into the power source through the port wire to power the driver 22, which is not limiting herein.
