The food processor 100 may be used for making soymilk, making rice paste, squeezing juice, etc. Referring to fig. 1 to 3, a food processor 100 is a direct-drive food processor. In other embodiments, the food processor 100 may also be a non-direct drive food processor.
The food processor 100 comprises a stirring cup assembly 10 and a stirring knife assembly 20, wherein the stirring cup assembly 10 comprises a cup body 11 and a heating plate 12 arranged at the bottom of the cup body 11. In the illustrated embodiment, the blender cup assembly 10 further includes a motor 13 disposed at the bottom of the cup body 11. The motor 13 is used for driving the stirring blade assembly 20 to rotate so as to stir and crush the food materials in the cup 11. The heating plate 12 is used for heating the food materials in the cup 11. The heating plate 12 and the cup 11 may be integrally formed or assembled together.
The stirring blade assembly 20 comprises a blade shaft 21, a first blade 22 and a second blade 23, wherein the first blade 22 and the second blade 23 are both arranged on the blade shaft 21, and the first blade 22 is arranged below the second blade 23. Wherein the first cutter 22 includes a first mounting portion 221 and a first blade 222 disposed on the first mounting portion 221, the first blade 222 is bent downward relative to the first mounting portion 221, and a distance between the first blade 222 and the heat generating plate 12 is between 0.5 mm and 5 mm.
According to the food processor 100 disclosed by the application, as the stirring cutter assembly 20 comprises the first cutter 22 and the second cutter 23, the first cutter 22 is positioned below the second cutter 23, the distance between the first cutter 222 of the first cutter 22 and the heating disc 12 is between 0.5 mm and 5 mm, and in the rotating process of the stirring cutter assembly 20, the first cutter 222 can stir food materials close to the heating disc 12, so that the food materials cannot be adhered to the heating disc 12 in the working process of the food processor 100, the bottom pasting can be effectively avoided, and the use experience of a user is good.
In some embodiments, the spacing between the first blade 222 and the hotplate 12 may be 0.5 millimeters, 1 millimeter, 2 millimeters, 3 millimeters, 4 millimeters, 5 millimeters, or some value between any adjacent two of the foregoing.
In the illustrated embodiment, the first blade 222 includes a first portion 2221 bent downward from the first mounting portion 221 and a second portion 2222 bent radially outward from the first portion 2221. In this manner, the second portion 2222 is able to thoroughly whip the food material proximate the heat-generating plate 12 to a greater extent, thereby better avoiding bottoming. The term "radially outwardly bent" as used herein refers to a projection of the second portion 2222 on a horizontal plane that is radially outwardly, including a case where the second portion 2222 is angled with respect to the radial direction in the up-down direction.
Preferably, the first portion 2221 is bent at an angle of between 90 degrees and 160 degrees with respect to the first mounting part 221; and/or, the second portion 2222 is bent at an angle between 90 degrees and 160 degrees with respect to the first portion 2221. In this manner, the angle of the second portion 2222 relative to the heat-generating plate 12 enables the second portion 2222 to more effectively whip food material proximate to the heat-generating plate 12 with a good anti-stick effect.
In some embodiments, the bending angle of the first portion 2221 relative to the first mounting part 221 may be 90 degrees, 100 degrees, 110 degrees, 120 degrees, 130 degrees, 140 degrees, 150 degrees, 160 degrees, or a value between any two of the foregoing. The bending angle of the second portion 2222 relative to the first portion 2221 may be 90 degrees, 100 degrees, 110 degrees, 120 degrees, 130 degrees, 140 degrees, 150 degrees, 160 degrees, or some value between any two of the foregoing.
Preferably, the second portion 2222 has a length of between 5 millimeters and 50 millimeters; and/or the second portion 2222 is spaced from the side wall of the cup 11 by a distance of between 1 mm and 15 mm. In this way, on the one hand, the second portion 2222 is enabled to whip the food material proximate to the heat-generating plate 12 over a wide range, and on the other hand, interference of the second portion 2222 with the side wall of the cup 11 is avoided.
In some embodiments, the length of the second portion 2222 may be 5 millimeters, 10 millimeters, 20 millimeters, 30 millimeters, 40 millimeters, 50 millimeters, or some value between any two adjacent ones of the foregoing. The spacing between the second portion 2222 and the sidewall of the cup 11 may be 1 mm, 3 mm, 5mm, 7 mm, 9 mm, 11 mm, 13 mm, 15mm, or some value between any adjacent two of the foregoing.
The second cutter 23 includes a second mounting portion 231, and a second blade 232 and a third blade 233 provided to the second mounting portion 231, and the second blade 232 and the third blade 233 are bent at different angles with respect to the second mounting portion 231. This is the case. In the working process of the food processor 100, the second blade 232 and the third blade 233 can stir food materials located at different heights in the cup 11 at the same time, so that the stirring efficiency is higher, and the crushing effect is good.
The second blade 232 is bent upward with respect to the second mounting portion 231 and has an angle of 5 degrees to 15 degrees; and/or, the third blade 233 is bent upward or downward with respect to the second mounting part 231, and the bent angle is between 1 degree and 10 degrees. Therefore, the food material can be better whipped, and the crushing effect is better.
In some embodiments, the second blade 232 may be bent upward at an angle of 5 degrees, 7 degrees, 9 degrees, 11 degrees, 13 degrees, 15 degrees, or some value between any two of the foregoing relative to the second mounting portion 231. The angle at which the third blade 233 is bent upward or downward with respect to the second mounting portion 231 may be 1 degree, 4 degrees, 7 degrees, 10 degrees, or some value between any two of the above.
The number of the first blades 222, the second blades 232, and the third blades 233 is not limited, and the first blades 222, the second blades 232, and the third blades 233 are staggered along the circumferential direction of the cutter shaft 21. This is the case. In the working process of the food processor 100, the first blade 222, the second blade 232 and the third blade 233 simultaneously whip food materials in different spaces in the cup 11, so that the whipping efficiency is higher, and the crushing effect is good. Preferably, the included angle between any adjacent one of the first blade 222, the second blade 232, and the third blade 233 is between 10-80 degrees.
In some embodiments, the first mounting portion 221 is integrally formed with the first blade 222 disposed on the first mounting portion 221, and the second mounting portion 231, the second blade 232 disposed on the second mounting portion 231, and the third blade 233 are integrally formed.
Specifically, the first cutter 22 includes 2 first blades 222, and the second cutter 23 includes 2 second blades 232 and 2 third blades 233. In some embodiments, the distance between the spoiler 111 and the heat generating plate 12 may be 5mm, 10mm, 15mm, 20mm, 25 mm, 30mm, or some value between any two of the foregoing. The distance between the second cutter 23 and the spoiler 111 may be 1mm, 5mm, 10mm, 15mm, 20mm or some value between any two adjacent thereto.
The radial dimension of the first cutter 22 is greater than the radial dimension of the second cutter 23. In this way, the first cutter 22 can stir up more food materials at the bottom of the cup 11, crush the food materials more sufficiently, and the effect of avoiding sticking to the bottom is also better.
The first cutter 22 and the second cutter 23 are fixed to the cutter shaft 21 by riveting, welding, or fastening. Thus, the assembly process is simple and reliable.

The stirring cup assembly (10) comprises a cup body (11) and a heating disc (12) arranged at the bottom of the cup body (11); and
The stirring cutter assembly (20) comprises a cutter shaft (21), a first cutter (22) and a second cutter (23), wherein the first cutter (22) and the second cutter (23) are both arranged on the cutter shaft (21), and the first cutter (22) is positioned below the second cutter (23);
The first cutter (22) comprises a first mounting part (221) and a first blade (222) arranged on the first mounting part (221), the first blade (222) is bent downwards relative to the first mounting part (221), and the distance between the first blade (222) and the heating disc (12) is between 0.5 mm and 5mm.
2. The food processor of claim 1, wherein: the first blade (222) includes a first portion (2221) bent downward from the first mounting portion (221) and a second portion (2222) bent radially outward from the first portion (2221).
3. The food processor of claim 2, wherein: -the first portion (2221) is bent at an angle between 90 degrees and 160 degrees with respect to the first mounting portion (221); and/or the bending angle of the second portion (2222) relative to the first portion (2221) is between 90 degrees and 160 degrees.
4. The food processor of claim 2, wherein: the second portion (2222) has a length of between 5 millimeters and 50 millimeters; and/or the spacing between the second portion (2222) and the side wall of the cup (11) is between 1 mm and 15 mm.

The food processor of claim 1, wherein: the second cutter (23) comprises a second mounting part (231), and a second blade (232) and a third blade (233) which are arranged on the second mounting part (231), wherein the second blade (232) and the third blade (233) are bent at different angles relative to the second mounting part (231).

The food processor of claim 5, wherein: the second blade (232) is bent upwards relative to the second mounting part (231) and the bending angle is between 5 degrees and 15 degrees; and/or, the third blade (233) is bent upward or downward with respect to the second mounting portion (231), and the angle of bending is between 1 degree and 10 degrees.
7. The food processor of claim 5, wherein: the first blade (222), the second blade (232) and the third blade (233) are staggered along the circumferential direction of the cutter shaft (21).

The food processor of claim 7, wherein: -said first cutter (22) comprises 2 said first blades (222), said second cutter (23) comprises 2 said second blades (232) and 2 said third blades (233); or the first cutter (22) comprises 2 first blades (222), and the second cutter (23) comprises 1 second blade (232) and 3 third blades (233).
9. The food processor of claim 1, wherein: the inner wall of the cup body (11) is provided with a turbulence rib (111), and the distance between the turbulence rib (111) and the heating plate (12) is between 5mm and 30 mm; and/or the distance between the second cutter (23) and the turbulence bar (111) is between 1mm and 20 mm.
10. The food processor of claim 1, wherein: the radial dimension of the first tool (22) is greater than the radial dimension of the second tool (23).
