In a first embodiment, referring to fig. 1-6, an electric pizza oven includes a housing 1, an electric heating assembly 2, an electric control device 3 and a pizza stone 4, a cooking cavity 50 is provided in the housing 1, the electric heating assembly 2 is provided at the side and top of the cooking cavity 50, the pizza stone 4 is provided in the cooking cavity 50, an access passage 10 for the pizza stone 4 to enter and exit is provided at one side of the housing 1, the electric control device 3 controls the electric heating assembly 2 to operate, and the electric heating assembly 2 operates to heat the cooking cavity 50 and the pizza stone 4.
The shell 1 comprises an upper cover plate 11, an outer surrounding plate 12, a supporting component 5 and a lower cover plate 13, wherein the upper cover plate 11 is fixed on the top surface of the lower cover plate 13 through the outer surrounding plate 12, the bottom surface of the lower cover plate 13 is provided with supporting legs 14, the supporting component 5 is fixed on the top surface of the lower cover plate 13 and is positioned in a cavity formed by the upper cover plate 11, the outer surrounding plate 12 and the lower cover plate 13, and one side of the outer surrounding plate 12 is provided with an opening 15.

The insulating space 16 is formed between the support bottom plate 53 and the lower cover plate 13, and the insulating space 16 prevents heat of the cooking chamber 50 from being transferred downward. Two parallel supporting bars 55 are arranged at the top of the supporting bottom plate 53, the pizza stone 4 is arranged on the two supporting bars 55 in a sliding way, and the bottom surface of the pizza stone 4 can also be heated by the electric heating component 2.
In this embodiment, the electric heating assembly 2 includes two sets of side heating tubes 21 and one set of top heating tube 22. When the temperature of the cooking cavity 50 exceeds the preset value of the temperature controller 32, the temperature controller 32 opens the circuit and the electric heating assembly 2 stops heating.
