A first aspect of the present invention relates to a showcase including: a shelf for placing commodities in the display chamber; and a commodity mounting member mounted on the upper surface of the shelf plate, wherein the commodity mounting member has a reinforcing member, and a weight sensor unit is attached to the reinforcing member.
Accordingly, since the weight sensor unit is provided in the second reinforcing member, even when a load is applied to the commodity placement member by placing a commodity thereon, the weight sensor unit can be appropriately loaded while preventing deformation of the commodity placement member, and as a result, the weight of the commodity can be accurately detected by the weight sensor unit.
In a second aspect of the invention, the commodity mounting member has a mounting plate and a support plate positioned below the mounting plate fixed thereto, and the reinforcing member is provided on the mounting plate.
In this way, by attaching the weight sensor unit to the second reinforcing member of the placement plate, even when a load is applied to the placement plate on which a commodity is placed, an appropriate load is applied to the weight sensor unit, and as a result, the weight of the commodity can be accurately detected by the weight sensor unit.
In a third aspect of the present invention, a leg member that abuts against the weight sensor unit is provided on the support plate, and the leg member is fixed to the shelf plate.
Accordingly, since the load applied to the weight sensor unit is received by the leg members fixed to the shelf, the weight of the commodity can be accurately detected by the weight sensor unit regardless of the fixed state of the support plate.
In a fourth aspect of the present invention, the weight sensor units are provided at both end portions of the reinforcing member provided at front and rear end portions of the commodity mounting member, respectively, and the weight sensor units are provided at four corners of the commodity mounting member.
Accordingly, since the weight sensor units are provided at the four corners of the commodity mounting member, when a load is applied to the commodity mounting member, the load is uniformly applied to the weight sensor units, and as a result, the weight of the commodity can be accurately detected by the weight sensor units.
In a fifth aspect of the present invention, the weight sensor unit includes: the weight sensor includes a weight sensor, a positioning member fixed to the reinforcing member to position the weight sensor, and a pressing member holding the weight sensor positioned by the positioning member.
Accordingly, the weight sensor can be appropriately positioned.
A sixth aspect of the present invention provides a showcase management system comprising: a showcase including a display chamber for storing a commodity, the weight sensor unit according to any one of the first to fifth aspects for measuring a change amount of a load of the commodity, an input unit for inputting information on the commodity, and a display unit for displaying the information on the commodity; a control unit for identifying the commodity to be taken out by comparing the amount of change in the load measured by the weight sensor unit with the input information on the commodity when the commodity is taken out from the display chamber, and causing the display unit to display the information on the commodity to be taken out; and a showcase management server which communicates with the showcase, wherein the control unit stores a predetermined amount of money, and stores an amount of money obtained by subtracting the amount of money of the commodity taken out of the display chamber from the predetermined amount of money, instead of the predetermined amount of money, when a signal indicating completion of the payment process of the amount of money of the commodity is received from a payment server which performs the payment process of the amount of money of the commodity taken out of the display chamber.
Accordingly, the amount of money corresponding to the stock of the showcase that has changed due to the purchase of the commodity by the user can be registered as a deposit (fixed amount). Therefore, the amount of money temporarily paid by the user can be suppressed as the deposit.

Further, a first reinforcing member 23 extending in the left-right direction is fixed to the lower surface of the mounting plate 21. In the present embodiment, the 3 first reinforcing members 23 are arranged at substantially equal intervals in the front-rear direction.
Each first reinforcing member 23 has a cross-sectional shape of approximately コ, and is provided with fixing flanges 24 on both side portions. The fixing flanges 24 are bonded to the lower surface of the mounting plate 21 by welding or the like, whereby the first reinforcing members 23 are fixed to the mounting plate 21.
A second reinforcing member 25 is fixed to the lower surface of the mounting plate 21, i.e., the front and rear ends of the mounting plate 21.
The second reinforcing member 25 has a smaller width and height in cross-sectional shape than the first reinforcing member 23. The second reinforcing member 25 has attachment notches 26 at both ends thereof, in which a weight sensor, which will be described later, is disposed.
The second reinforcing member 25 and the first reinforcing member 23 may be formed in the same shape.
Mounting pieces 27 extending in the front-rear direction of the mounting plate 21 are provided on the lower surface of the mounting plate 21, i.e., on both sides of the first reinforcing member 23. The attachment piece 27 is formed higher than the height dimension of the first reinforcing member 23.
The first reinforcing member 23 and the second reinforcing member 25 are reinforcing members for suppressing the warpage of the mounting plate 21 due to changes over time, the weight of the commodity to be mounted, and the like. In the present embodiment, the reinforcing member is divided into the first reinforcing member 23 and the second reinforcing member 25 for convenience of explanation, but the first reinforcing member 23 and the second reinforcing member 25 may be configured as one part, or a plurality of 3 or more reinforcing members may be used.
A standing wall 31 extending upward is formed around the support plate 30. The rising wall 31 has a notch portion 32 formed at a position in front of and behind the rising wall 31 on both sides.
A pair of slits 33 that are slit in the left-right direction are formed in the support plate 30 at positions corresponding to the slit portions 32. The portion sandwiched by the pair of slits 33 corresponds to the position of the second reinforcing member 25 in the front-rear direction of the support plate 30.
A weight sensor unit 40 is provided below the mounting plate 21. Four weight sensor units 40 are provided on both sides of each second reinforcing member 25, that is, at positions corresponding to four corners of the mounting plate 21.
The weight sensor unit 40 includes a weight sensor 41, a positioning member 42, and a pressing member 43.
The weight sensor 41 is formed in a substantially octagonal shape in plan view, and a recess 44 having a substantially octagonal shape that is the same as the outer shape of the weight sensor 41 is formed in the positioning member 42 to hold the weight sensor 41 inside. The pressing member 43 is fixed to the lower surface of the positioning member 42, and the pressing member 43 includes pressing pieces 45, and the pressing pieces 45 press both side portions of the weight sensor 41 provided in the recess 44 of the positioning member 42 in a state of being fixed to the positioning member 42.
The positioning member 42 is fixed to the second reinforcing member 25 by screws 46 screwed to both sides of the clip-mounting recessed groove portion 26. The weight sensor 41 is disposed in the recess 44 of the positioning member 42. At this time, the weight sensor 41 is positioned in the attachment notch portion 26.
In this state, the pressing member 43 is fixed to the positioning member 42 by the screw 47, and the weight sensor 41 is fixed by the pressing piece 45 of the pressing member 43.
The leg member 50 is inserted into the slit 33 of the support plate 30. The foot member 50 includes: a flat plate-shaped main body 51, side plate portions 52 extending substantially at right angles from both sides of the main body 51, and support portions 53 extending outward from both sides of the side plate portions 52.
The width of the main body 51 is formed substantially uniformly with the distance between the slits 33, and the leg member 50 can insert the side plate portion 52 into each slit 33.
The recessed portion 32 of the support plate 30 is provided with a fixing member 54 covering the recessed portion 32. The fixing member 54 is formed in a substantially L-shaped cross section.
The fixing member 54 is fixed by a screw 55 so as to abut against the standing wall 31 and the lower surface of the support plate 30 in a state where the leg member 50 is inserted into the slit 33. Thus, the leg member 50 is held by the support plate 30 without coming off the slit 33.
The mounting plate 21 is disposed above the support plate 30 to which the leg members 50 are attached, and the support plate 30 and the mounting plate 21 are fixed by screwing the mounting pieces 27 of the mounting plate 21 from the lower surface side of the support plate 30. In this state, the weight sensor 41 is held in contact with the main body 51 of the foot member 50.
Fig. 6 is a perspective view showing a state where the commodity mounting member 20 is fixed to the shelf 17.
As shown in fig. 6, the commodity-placing member 20 configured as described above is fixed to the shelf 17 provided in the display chamber 16 of the showcase 1.
As shown in fig. 6, the commodity mounting member 20 is fixed to the shelf plate 17 by screwing the leg member 50 to the shelf plate 17 via a fixing member (not shown).
Although not shown, each weight sensor 41 is electrically connected to a control unit including a microcomputer or the like. The control unit can acquire the weight of the commodity placed on the commodity placing member 20 based on the detection value of the weight sensor 41.
Next, the operation of the present embodiment will be described.
In the present embodiment, commodities are placed on the commodity placing member 20 of the showcase 1.
Then, the user can open the door 13 and take out the commodity placed on the commodity placing member 20.
The control unit obtains the weight of the commodity placed on the commodity placing member 20 based on the detection value of the weight sensor 41.
In this case, in the present embodiment, since the weight sensors 41 are provided at both end portions of the second reinforcing member 25 of the mounting plate 21, that is, at four corners of the mounting plate 21, even when a load is applied to the mounting plate 21, the load can be uniformly applied to the weight sensors 41 while preventing deformation of the mounting plate 21. As a result, the weight of the product can be accurately detected by the weight sensor 41.
Further, the control unit acquires weight data indicating the weight of the product placed on the product placing member 20 based on the detection value of the weight sensor 41.
Further, by monitoring the weight of the commodity obtained by the control unit, it is possible to grasp the decrease state of the commodity placed on the commodity placing member 20, and for example, the control unit may control the operation display unit 15 to notify that replenishment of the commodity is promoted.
In addition, the weight of one commodity placed on the commodity placing member 20 in advance may be set in the control unit.
By setting one commodity weight in this manner and monitoring the weight of the commodity obtained by the control unit, it is possible to grasp the number of commodities mounted on the commodity mounting member 20, and it is possible to detect which commodity is taken out from the commodity mounting member 20 by the control unit, for example.
In this case, for example, a door detection device that detects the opening and closing of the door 13 may be provided, and the weights of the respective commodities before the door 13 is detected to be opened and after the door 13 is detected to be closed may be compared.
This makes it possible to detect which product has been taken out based on the difference in product weight between before and after the door 13 is opened.
As described above, in the present embodiment, the shelf 17 on which commodities are placed is provided in the display chamber 16, the commodity placing member 20 is provided on the upper surface of the shelf 17, the commodity placing member 20 includes the second reinforcing member 25 (reinforcing member), and the weight sensor unit 40 is attached to the second reinforcing member 25.
Thus, since the weight sensor unit 40 is provided in the second reinforcing member 25, even when a load is applied to the commodity mounting member 20 by mounting a commodity thereon, the weight sensor unit 40 can be applied with an appropriate load while preventing deformation of the commodity mounting member 20, and as a result, the weight of the commodity can be accurately detected by the weight sensor unit 40.
In the present embodiment, the commodity mounting member 20 is configured by fixing the mounting plate 21 and the support plate 30 positioned below the mounting plate 21, and the second reinforcing member 25 (reinforcing member) is provided on the mounting plate 21.
Thus, by attaching the weight sensor unit 40 to the second reinforcing member 25 of the mounting plate 21, even when a load is applied to the mounting plate 21 by mounting a commodity thereon, an appropriate load is applied to the weight sensor unit 40, and as a result, the weight of the commodity can be accurately detected by the weight sensor unit 40.
In the present embodiment, the support plate 30 is provided with the leg member 50 that abuts against the weight sensor unit 40, and the leg member 50 is fixed to the shelf 17.
Accordingly, the load applied to the weight sensor unit 40 is received by the foot members 50 fixed to the shelf 17, and thus the weight of the commodity can be accurately detected by the weight sensor unit 40 regardless of the fixed state of the support plate 30.
In the present embodiment, the weight sensor units 40 are provided at both end portions of the second reinforcing member 25 (reinforcing member) provided at the front and rear end portions of the commodity mounting member 20, respectively, and the weight sensor units 40 are provided at four corners of the commodity mounting member 20.
Accordingly, since the weight sensor units 40 are provided at the four corners of the commodity mounting member 20, when a load is applied to the commodity mounting member 20, the load is uniformly applied to the weight sensor units 40, and as a result, the weight of the commodity can be accurately detected by the weight sensor units 40.
In the present embodiment, the weight sensor unit 40 includes: a weight sensor 41, a positioning member 42 for positioning the weight sensor 41 and fixing the weight sensor to the second reinforcing member 25 (reinforcing member), and a pressing member 43 for holding the weight sensor 41 positioned by the positioning member 42.
This enables the weight sensor 41 to be appropriately positioned.
Fig. 7 is a perspective view showing a modification of the present invention.
In this example, a showcase (none of which is shown) is used in which shelf supports extending in the vertical direction are provided at the rear of the display chamber, and a plurality of engaging holes are arranged at predetermined intervals in the vertical direction in front of the shelf supports.
In this example, the pair of brackets 60 function as shelves, and the height dimension of the rear end side of the brackets 60 is formed larger than that of the front end portion. A plurality of hooks 61 are formed at the rear end of the bracket 60. A support plate 62 functioning as a shelf is formed on the upper portion of the bracket 60.
The bracket 60 is fixed to the shelf support by engaging the hook 61 with the engaging hole of the shelf support.
The commodity mounting member 20 is mounted and fixed on the support plate 62. Since the structure of the commodity mounting member 20 is the same as that described above, the same components are denoted by the same reference numerals and the description thereof is omitted.
In the present modification, even when the commodity-placing member 20 is installed in the showcase 1 by using the bracket 60, an appropriate load is applied to the weight sensor unit 40 of the commodity-placing member 20, and the weight of the commodity can be accurately detected by the weight sensor unit 40.
The present invention is not limited to the embodiments described above, and various modifications and applications can be made without departing from the spirit and scope of the present invention.
For example, in the present embodiment, the weight sensor unit 40 is provided on the second reinforcing member 25, but may be provided on the first reinforcing member 23.
Further, the weight sensor units 40 are provided at the four corners of the commodity mounting member 20, but the present invention is not limited thereto, and one to three weight sensor units 40 may be provided, or 5 or more weight sensor units 40 may be provided. That is, if the load applied to the commodity-mounting member 20 can be detected by the weight sensor unit 40, the number thereof may be several.

Next, a process of registering products in the showcase 1 and the showcase management server 101 will be described.
The weight and the amount of money of commodities stored in advance in the showcase 1 are registered in the showcase 1 and the showcase management server 101.
In the case of performing a so-called warehousing operation in which various commodities are stored in the display chamber 16 of the showcase 1, the conservation management operator K first operates the operation display unit 15 of the showcase 1 to input information such as images of the commodities stored in the display chamber 16, the weights of the commodities, and the amounts of money of the commodities. Thereby, information such as an image, weight, and amount of the commodity stored in the display chamber 16 is registered in the storage unit 124 of the showcase 1. Similarly, the amount of deposit is registered in the showcase 1 by the conservation management operator K.
Similarly, in the showcase management server 101, information on the store facilities 103 where the showcases 1 are installed, information on the showcases 1, images of the respective commodities stored in the display chambers 16, the weights of the respective commodities, the amounts of money of the respective commodities, and the like are registered by the manager M.
Then, the control device 120 causes the operation display unit 15 to display a notification screen indicating the type of the product and the number of each product.
The clerk S visually checks the inside of the display room 16, compares the result of the check with the product identification result displayed on the notification screen, and operates the operation display unit 15 to authenticate the product identification result when the result of the check matches the product identification result displayed on the notification screen. If the product identification result does not match the product identification result, the clerk S operates the operation display unit 15 to input the number of each product and correct the product identification result, and then performs authentication. When these operations are finished, the authenticated product identification result is recorded in the storage unit 124 as the stock information of the showcase 1.
This completes the warehousing operation of the showcase 1.
Next, the operation of the showcase management system 100 when the user U purchases various kinds of commodities stored in the display chamber 16 of the showcase 1 will be described.
Fig. 10 is a sequence diagram of the showcase management system 100 when the user U purchases a commodity. In fig. 10, the payment gateway server 102 is described as a payment GW server.
In fig. 10, the operations of each apparatus and the operator are shown in order from the top for convenience, but the execution order of these operations is not limited to the order shown in fig. 10.
When the user U purchases a product, first, the user U presses a deposit button displayed on the operation display unit 15. The deposit button is a button that functions as an operation unit for the user U to start purchasing a commodity from the showcase 1.
When the deposit button is pressed, the two-dimensional code is displayed on the operation display unit 15, and when the two-dimensional code is read by the user holding terminal 110, information on the showcase 1 and the user holding terminal 110 is transmitted from the user holding terminal 110 to the payment gateway server 102, and the payment gateway server 102 requests payment of the amount of money displayed on the operation display unit 15 (step SK 10).
In the present embodiment, the user U pays the amount of money displayed on the operation display unit 15 as a deposit before taking out the commodity from the showcase 1.
When the payment is completed, the payment gateway server 102 transmits a signal indicating completion of the payment from the payment gateway server 102 to the payment control unit 127 of the control device 120 via the communication unit 140 (step SK 11).
When receiving the signal, the control device 120 displays a payment completion screen on the operation display unit 15, and notifies the user U of completion of payment.
When the payment completion screen is displayed, the control device 120 unlocks the electronic lock 130 (step SK 12).
Then, the user U opens the front door 34, takes out the desired product, and closes the front door 34 (step SK 13). When the front door 34 is closed, the control device 120 locks the electronic lock 130.
Then, the control device 120 executes the object recognition processing to recognize the amount of change in the weight of the commodity by the weight sensor 41 (step SK 14).
The control device 120 recognizes the information of the taken out product based on the weight change of the product.
The control device 120 causes the operation display unit 15 to display a purchase confirmation screen indicating the type, number, and total amount of the commodities taken out by the user U to the user U (step SK 15). In the present embodiment, the purchase confirmation screen displays a refund amount obtained by subtracting the total amount of the taken out commodities from the amount of the deposit.
The user U confirms the type, number, and total amount of the taken-out commodity, and presses a purchase decision button disposed on the purchase confirmation screen when the item matches the taken-out commodity (step SK 16).
When the purchase decision button is pressed, the control device 120 requests payment to the payment gateway server 102 via the communication network 104 (step SK 17). When the payment is completed, the payment gateway server 102 transmits a signal indicating completion of the payment from the payment gateway server 102 to the payment control unit 127 of the control device 120 via the communication network 104 (step SK 18).
In this case, the controller 120 can register the amount of the deposit again based on the total amount of the commodities stored in the showcase 1.
Specifically, the control device 120 of the present embodiment has a function of subtracting the total amount of the commodities purchased at the time of payment from the amount of the deposit stored in the storage unit 124 when the payment of the predetermined commodity taken out of the showcase 1 by the user U is completed.
The control device 120 has a function of storing, in the storage unit 124, an amount obtained by subtracting the total amount of the commodities purchased at the time of payment from the amount of the first deposit as the amount of the new deposit. That is, the control device 120 has a function of updating the amount of the deposit when the user U purchases a product from the showcase 1.
In the showcase management system 100, when the user U purchases a product from the showcase 1 next time, a new guarantee amount is paid as a guarantee fee.
Thus, in the showcase management system 100, when the user U purchases a product for the second time or later, the amount obtained by subtracting the amount of the product that has already been purchased is paid as the deposit. That is, in the showcase 1, the amount of money corresponding to the stock of the showcase 1 which varies due to the purchase of the commodity by the user U can be registered as the deposit.
Therefore, in the showcase management system 100, the amount of money temporarily paid by the user U can be suppressed as the deposit.
Then, the control device 120 displays a purchase completion screen on the operation display unit 15, and notifies the user U of the completion of the purchase of the product. This completes the purchase of the commodity from the showcase 1 by the user U.
On the other hand, for example, when the user U takes out a commodity having an amount equal to or larger than the amount of the deposit, the payment gateway server 102 does not execute the payment process. In this way, when the payment processing is not executed in the payment gateway server 102, a signal indicating that the payment is not executed is transmitted from the payment gateway server 102 to the payment control unit 127 of the control device 120 via the communication network 104 (step SK 19).
In this way, the showcase 1 includes a payment device for the commodities stored in the display chamber 16, and when selling the commodities stored in the display chamber 16, the showcase 1 can pay the commodities without the operation of a seller such as the clerk S.
For example, the showcase 1 and the showcase management server 101 may be provided integrally.
Further, the showcase 1 may have a part or all of the functions of the showcase management server 101. In this case, the showcase management server 101 may be omitted in the showcase management system 100.
For example, the showcase management server 101 may have a part of the functions of the showcase 1.
For example, in the above-described embodiment, the showcase 1 is installed in the store facility 103, but the showcase is not limited thereto, and may be disposed in a predetermined space of a public facility such as an airport and a station.
For example, in the above-described embodiment, the showcase 1 is provided with the communication unit 140 that transmits and receives information to and from each server or terminal included in the showcase management system 100 via the communication network 104. However, the present invention is not limited to this, and the control device 120 may have a function of transmitting and receiving information to and from each server or terminal provided in the showcase management system 100 via the communication network 104, for example. In this case, the communication unit 140 may be omitted from the showcase 1.
The components shown in fig. 9 are examples, and the specific mounting form is not particularly limited. That is, it is not always necessary to separately install corresponding hardware in each unit, and it is needless to say that the functions of each unit can be realized by executing a program by one processor. In the above-described embodiments, a part of the functions realized by software may be hardware, or a part of the functions realized by hardware may be realized by software. The specific fine-part structure of the other parts may be arbitrarily changed without departing from the scope of the present invention.
For example, the step units of the operations shown in fig. 10 are divided according to the main processing contents in order to facilitate understanding of the operations of the respective units of the control device 120, and the present invention is not limited by the method and name of dividing the processing units. The processing may be divided into more step units according to the processing content. In addition, one step unit may be divided to include more processes. In addition, the order of the steps may be appropriately changed within a range not to hinder the gist of the present invention.
Industrial applicability
As described above, the showcase of the present invention can be suitably used as a showcase in which the weight of commodities placed on a shelf can be accurately detected.
