Abstract

The invention provides a seed treatment agent containing prothioconazole, metalaxyl-M and clothianidin and application thereof, wherein the weight ratio of prothioconazole, metalaxyl-M and clothianidin is 1-5: 1-20; can be used for seed treatment and prevention of crop diseases and insect pests.

Description

Seed treatment agent containing prothioconazole, metalaxyl-M and clothianidin and application thereof
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the field of pesticides, and particularly relates to a seed treatment agent containing prothioconazole, metalaxyl-M and clothianidin and application thereof.
Background
Prothioconazole is a triazolethione bactericide, and belongs to sterol demethylation (ergosterol biosynthesis) inhibitors. Has the characteristics of selectivity, protectiveness, treatment, persistence and the like; can be used for preventing and treating various crop diseases. Metalaxyl-M (International name: Metaloxyl-M) can penetrate the seed coat and can be systemically transported to various parts of the plant as the seed germinates and grows. Can be used for seed treatment to prevent and treat various seed-borne and soil-borne diseases caused by lower fungi. Has better control effect on corn root rot and stem base rot. Clothianidin acts primarily by stimulating nicotinic acetylcholine receptors, affecting the nerve synapses in the insect central nervous system. Has systemic property, and can be absorbed and conducted by root. Is mainly used for controlling sucking insects and chewing insects. Has better control effect on grubs. No report related to the preparation of seed treatment agent by combining prothioconazole, metalaxyl-M and clothianidin exists in the prior art

Example 1 indoor bacteriostatic test of compound drug on root rot pathogen
Pathogenic bacteria to be tested: collecting root rot bacteria and corn field, separating, purifying, culturing, and storing
The test method comprises the following steps: the growth rate method was used for the test. On the basis of the pilot test, the drug stock solution was diluted with acetone to 5 concentrations in series. Sterilizing PDA culture medium, cooling, adding the prepared medicinal liquid, and shaking to obtain toxic culture medium containing test agents with series concentrations, with the addition of acetone of the same amount as control. Each treatment was set to 4 replicates. And (3) beating a 5mm bacterial cake with a puncher from pathogenic bacteria, inoculating the bacterial cake to PDA containing medicine, culturing at 25 ℃, measuring the diameter of a bacterial colony by a cross method after 96 hours, and calculating the bacteriostasis rate.
The inhibitory rate (%) - ((control colony diameter (mm))/(control colony diameter (mm) — (5 mm)). times.100%)
Regression analysis was performed based on the logarithm of drug concentration (abscissa) and the corresponding probability value of hyphal growth inhibition rate (ordinate), and the virulence regression equation y ═ a + bx was determined, and the drug inhibition concentration was calculated (EC 50). CTC values were used to evaluate the combination effect between agents.

Example 2 agent indoor toxicity test on maize grubs
The tested pests: grub larva of corn, breeding in the laboratory
The test method comprises the following steps: testing by adopting a bowl head filled with toxic soil; and configuring a series of concentration gradients for testing. Each treatment was set to 4 replicates. Mortality was checked at 48h, and corrected. Calculating inhibitory concentration of the drug (LC50)
