Abstract
A camera module comprises a lens assembly and a lens barrel assembly for accommodating the lens assembly, wherein the lens barrel assembly comprises a lens base, a lens barrel arranged on the lens base and a light passing hole penetrating through the lens base and the lens barrel, the lens assembly is accommodated in the light passing hole, and the center of the lens barrel deviates from the center of the lens base. According to the camera module provided by the invention, the center of the lens barrel deviates from the center of the lens base, so that the lens component accommodated in the lens barrel is favorably deviated to the corner area of the mobile phone screen, and the position of the hole digging on the screen is deviated to the corner area of the screen, so that the user experience feeling is improved. In addition, the invention also provides an electronic device with the camera module.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to a camera module and an electronic device thereof.
Background
With the increasing popularity of mobile portable devices, high-screen-ratio screens have become a future development trend of electronic devices such as mobile phones, tablet computers, smart watches, and the like, because of the better visual experience that users can give. However, for portable devices such as mobile phones, besides the display screen, some electronic components such as cameras, flash lamps, light sensors and the like need to be placed at the top of the front panel, and these components need to be lighted from the front of the panel, but the screen can form a shielding for the electronic components.
Electronic components such as cameras are arranged in a hole digging mode on a screen, so that a solution is provided for improving the screen duty ratio. In order to further improve user experience, electronic elements such as a camera module and the like are usually placed at the corner edges of a screen, and in the prior art, due to the requirements on the sizes and the strength of the electronic elements such as the camera module and the like, the camera cannot be arranged at the corner edges of the screen to the greatest extent, so that the problem of poor user experience is caused.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a camera module, which can be arranged at the corner edge of a screen to the greatest extent.
In addition, the invention also provides an electronic device with the camera module.
Further, the lens assembly comprises a lens assembly and a lens barrel assembly for accommodating the lens assembly, wherein the lens barrel assembly comprises a lens base, a lens barrel arranged on the lens base and a light passing hole penetrating through the lens base and the lens barrel, the lens assembly is accommodated in the light passing hole, and the center of the lens barrel deviates from the center of the lens base.
Further, the lens base comprises a lens base main body and a reinforcing plate, wherein the reinforcing plate is embedded into the lens base main body to strengthen the structural strength of the lens base.
Further, the lens seat main body is made of plastic, and the reinforcing plate is made of stainless steel.
Further, the lens base main body comprises a first surface close to the lens barrel, a second surface opposite to the first surface, a plurality of third surfaces connecting the first surface and the second surface and a plurality of fourth surfaces facing the light passing holes, the reinforcing plate comprises a first plate body arranged between the first surface and the second surface and a second plate body arranged between the third surface and the fourth surface, and the first plate body and the second plate body are connected.
Further, the first plate body and the second plate body are of an integrated structure.
Further, the light passing hole is formed in the second plate body, and a part of the second plate body adjacent to the tangent point is exposed out of the third surface and the fourth surface.
Further, the lens base and the lens barrel are of an integrated structure.
An electronic device comprises the camera module.
According to the camera module provided by the invention, the center of the lens barrel deviates from the center of the lens base, so that the lens component accommodated in the lens barrel is favorably deviated to the corner area of the mobile phone screen, and the position of the hole digging on the screen is deviated to the corner area of the screen, so that the user experience feeling is improved.

Detailed Description
The technical solutions of the present invention will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the accompanying drawings of specific embodiments. It will be apparent that the described embodiments are only some, but not all, of the embodiments of the invention. All other embodiments, which can be made by those skilled in the art based on the embodiments of the present invention without making any inventive effort, are intended to fall within the scope of the present invention. Unless defined otherwise, all technical and scientific terms used herein have the same meaning as commonly understood by one of ordinary skill in the art to which this invention belongs. The terminology used herein in the description of the invention is for the purpose of describing particular embodiments only and is not intended to be limiting of the invention.
Referring to fig. 1, 2 and 3, the present embodiment provides a camera module 100, which includes a lens assembly 10 and a lens barrel assembly 20 for accommodating the lens assembly 10, wherein the lens barrel assembly 20 includes a lens base 21, a lens barrel 22 disposed on the lens base 21, and a light-transmitting hole 23 penetrating the lens base 21 and the lens barrel 22, the lens assembly 10 is accommodated in the light-transmitting hole 23, and the center of the lens barrel 22 is deviated from the center of the lens base 21. By setting the center of the lens barrel 22 to deviate from the center of the lens base 21, the lens assembly 10 accommodated in the lens barrel 22 is advantageously deviated to a certain area (for example, a corner area of a mobile phone screen) without changing the installation position of the lens base 21, so that the position of a hole digging on the screen is deviated to the corner area of the screen, and the user experience feeling is improved.
In this embodiment, the lens base 21 and the lens barrel 22 are integrally formed.
In this embodiment, the lens base 21 includes a lens base body 211 and a reinforcing plate 212, and the reinforcing plate 212 is embedded in the lens base body 211 to enhance the structural strength of the lens base 21.
In this embodiment, the lens holder main body 211 includes a first surface 2111 adjacent to the lens barrel 22, a second surface 2112 opposite to the first surface 2111, a plurality of third surfaces 2113 connecting the first surface 2111 and the second surface 2112, and a plurality of fourth surfaces 2114 facing the light-passing hole 23, and the reinforcing plate 212 includes a first plate 2121 disposed between the first surface 2111 and the second surface 2112, and a second plate 2122 disposed between the third surface 2113 and the fourth surface 2114, and the first plate 2121 and the second plate 2122 are connected. By providing the first plate 2121 and the second plate 2122, the structural strength of the lens holder 21 can be increased, thereby reducing the size of the lens holder 21.
In this embodiment, the first plate 2121 and the second plate 2122 are integrally formed.
In this embodiment, the lens holder body 211 and the reinforcing plate 212 are formed by an injection molding process.
In this embodiment, the light-passing hole 23 is tangential to the second plate 2122 at two points A, B, and a portion of the second plate 2122 adjacent to the point a and the point B is exposed to the third surface 2113 and the fourth surface 2114, so that the size of the lens holder 21 is further reduced, and the lens assembly 10 is further biased towards the corner area of the mobile phone screen.
In this embodiment, the lens holder body 211 is made of plastic, and the reinforcing plate 212 is made of stainless steel.
The invention also provides an electronic device 200, the electronic device 200 comprises the camera module 100, and the electronic device 200 can be various devices with camera shooting functions such as a mobile phone, a computer, a video camera and the like.
According to the camera module provided by the invention, the center of the lens barrel deviates from the center of the lens base, so that the lens component accommodated in the lens barrel is favorably deviated to the corner area of the mobile phone screen, and the position of the hole digging on the screen is deviated to the corner area of the screen, so that the user experience feeling is improved.

Claims (6)
1. The camera module is characterized by comprising a lens assembly and a lens barrel assembly for accommodating the lens assembly, wherein the lens barrel assembly comprises a lens base, a lens barrel arranged on the lens base, a plurality of third surfaces penetrating through the lens base and a light passing hole of the lens barrel, the lens assembly is accommodated in the light passing hole, the center of the lens barrel deviates from the center of the lens base, the lens base comprises a lens base main body and a reinforcing plate, the reinforcing plate is embedded in the lens base main body, part of the reinforcing plate is exposed out of the lens base main body, the lens base main body comprises a first surface close to the lens barrel, a second surface opposite to the first surface, a plurality of third surfaces connecting the first surface and the second surface and a plurality of fourth surfaces facing the light passing hole, the reinforcing plate comprises a first plate body arranged between the first surface and the second surface and a second plate body arranged between the third surface and the fourth surface, a second plate body and a second plate body arranged between the third surface and a second plate body is exposed out of the second surface, and a second plate body is connected with the second plate body and the second plate body is exposed out of the second surface, and the second plate body is adjacent to the fourth plate body.
2. The camera module of claim 1, wherein the lens mount body is plastic and the stiffener is stainless steel.
3. The camera module of claim 1, wherein the lens mount body and the stiffener plate are connected by an injection molding process.
4. The camera module of claim 1, wherein the first plate and the second plate are of an integrally formed structure.
5. The camera module of claim 1, wherein the lens mount and the lens barrel are integrally formed.
6. An electronic device comprising a camera module according to any one of claims 1 to 5.
