and step 3: province clear of spot shipment (cross district)
The state dispatching firstly organizes inter-province spot shipment clearing (cross-district), iterates with the whole-network security check to obtain inter-province spot shipment clearing results meeting the power grid security, and issues the inter-province spot shipment clearing results to the branch center and the province dispatching;
and 4, step 4: regional assisted service market clearing
The sub-center adjusts 'power-electricity price' data of the market main body participating in the regional auxiliary service market according to the inter-provincial spot shipment clearing (cross-regional) result, iterates with regional security check to obtain a clearing result of the regional auxiliary service market meeting the power grid security, and issues the clearing result to provincial dispatching;
and 5: information distribution

Meanwhile, various market operation data can enter market evaluation analysis, market supervision support and market simulation deduction application; the market assessment analysis application develops post-hoc analysis based on market operation data, the market supervision support application develops market supervision based on market operation data, and the simulation deduction application develops post-hoc inversion calculation based on historical examples.
In addition, the market release information is output to systems such as a unified power trading platform after the data management and verification are declared and released.

1. An inter-provincial electric power spot market operating system supporting multi-market coordination, comprising:
the platform supporting layer is used for providing basic platform services with data storage and management, public services, a communication bus, man-machine interaction, system monitoring and management functions for the application service layer;
the application service layer is used as a middle layer and is used for providing a model, data management service and security check service for the application service layer;
and an application service layer: for serving spot market operations.

The inter-provincial electric power spot market operating system supporting multi-market coordination according to claim 1, wherein the security check service includes a ground state power flow analysis service, a sensitivity analysis service, an expected failure analysis service, and a plan topology generation analysis service.

The inter-provincial electric power spot market operating system supporting multi-market coordination according to claim 1, wherein the model and data management service specifically comprises: one or more of a day-ahead market, a day-in market, an auxiliary service market, a declaration release data management, a market model and data service, data exchange, risk management and control, operation evaluation, and simulation.
4. The system of claim 3, wherein the day-ahead market comprises day-ahead market clearing;
the daily market comprises the daily market clearance;
the auxiliary service market comprises market clearing;
the risk management and control comprises risk identification, risk alarm and risk management and control;
the operation evaluation comprises market evaluation analysis and market supervision support;
the simulation includes a market simulation deduction.

The inter-provincial electric power spot market operating system supporting multi-market coordination according to claim 4, wherein the declaration and release data management service is used for calling and managing spot market declaration information of a unified electric power market trading platform from an external system and providing management functions of market release information, including prior market information release management, spot market data declaration management and market clearing result release management functions;
the market clearing service in the day ahead is used for calculating market clearing results of bid power and electricity price and power transmission channel transaction power of buyers and sellers on the next day according to the electricity purchasing data and the power transmission channel information in the declaration release data management service, considering power transmission channel quota and climbing rate constraint and according to a set optimization target;
the in-day market clearing service is used for calculating market clearing results of bid price electricity, electricity price and power transmission channel transaction electricity of buyers and sellers at a set time in the future according to latest electricity purchasing and selling data and power transmission channel information in declaration release data management and considering latest power transmission channel quota and climbing rate constraint, and sending the market clearing results to the dispatching automation system for control and execution;
the market clearing service in the auxiliary service market is used for developing auxiliary service market clearing according to auxiliary service supply and demand price declaration data, available transmission capacity of a transmission channel and estimated planning information of a unit in declaration and release data management service and a clearing method determined according to market rules before and after the clearing of the spot market is finished in the day, so as to form market clearing results of bid-winning power, market clearing price and transmission channel bargain power of buyers and sellers in the auxiliary service market;
the market evaluation analysis service is used for analyzing and evaluating the whole process before, during and after the operation of the spot market;
the market simulation deduction service is used for simulating and deducting the whole process before, during and after the operation of the spot market.

The inter-provincial electric power spot market operating system supporting multi-market coordination according to claim 3, wherein the inter-provincial electric power spot market operating system is deployed with a day-ahead market application server, an intra-day market application server, an auxiliary service market application server, a market risk management and control server, a database server, a simulation deduction application server, a market assessment analysis server, a market supervision relation database server and a market supervision application server;
the day-ahead market service is deployed in a day-ahead market application server;
the intra-day market service is deployed in an intra-day market application server;
the auxiliary service market service is deployed in an auxiliary service market application server;
the risk management and control service is deployed in a market risk management and control server;
the area II relational database is deployed in a database server;
the simulation service is deployed in the simulation deduction application server;
the market assessment analysis service is deployed in the market assessment analysis server;
