Each round of trading of the market mode in the 'on-demand trading' day is divided into 6 stages which are respectively transaction waiting, transaction declaration, transaction operation, transaction result issuing, transaction waiting execution and transaction execution.

The technical scheme provided by the invention overcomes the defect that the prior art can not realize the consumption of clean energy in a cross-region range, the prior power system dispatching automation technology does not consider the technical support functions required for promoting the consumption of the clean energy through cross-region spot market transaction, such as system login, information announcement, transaction declaration, centralized bidding, allowance clearing, result release, statistical analysis and other functions, and the corresponding technology for realizing the cross-region renewable energy spot market technical support system by each market main body is lacked.
The invention provides a general scheme, a hardware deployment scheme, a data interaction scheme, a safety mechanism scheme, a national-tone-side day-ahead and day-in market function design scheme and a provincial-tone-side day-ahead and day-in market function design scheme of a cross-regional renewable energy spot market technical support system, so that the market rules and development targets of the cross-regional renewable energy spot market are met, the functional requirements of spot market operation are met, and the practicability and the applicability of the system are ensured.
The spot system provided by the invention flexibly expands the support function and the deployment mode, has maintainability, and meets the requirement of gradual development and perfection of the electric power spot market. The spot system establishes a complete safety mechanism scheme to ensure the transaction safety, data safety and network safety required by market operation. And a complete and unified data interaction management scheme is established, and the integrity, accuracy, reliability, timeliness and consistency of data are guaranteed.
As will be appreciated by one skilled in the art, embodiments of the present application may be provided as a method, system, or computer program product. Accordingly, the present application may take the form of an entirely hardware embodiment, an entirely software embodiment or an embodiment combining software and hardware aspects. The present invention is not limited to the above embodiments, and any modifications, equivalent replacements, improvements, etc. made within the spirit and principle of the present invention are included in the scope of the claims of the present invention which are filed as the application.

Claims (21)

1. A renewable energy trans-regional consumption system, comprising:
the national dispatching side transceiver module is used for receiving the intra-day spot market data, the current spot market data and the tie line information declared by the provincial dispatching side;
the national dispatching side matching module is used for matching based on the daily spot market data, the current spot market data and the tie line information to obtain the clearing result of the cross-provincial-region spot market;
the national dispatching side transceiver module is also used for sending the clearing result of the cross-provincial spot market to the provincial dispatching side.
2. The system of claim 1, wherein the national tone side matching module comprises:
the cross-provincial-region spot-goods market submodule is used for matching the sending and receiving ends of different provinces based on the day-ahead spot-goods market data and the tie line information to obtain the clearing result of the cross-provincial-region day-ahead spot-goods market;
and the intra-day spot market sub-module of the trans-provincial region is used for matching the sending and receiving ends of different provinces based on intra-day spot market data and tie line information to obtain the clearing result of the intra-day spot market of the trans-provincial region.
3. The system of claim 2, wherein the cross-provincial, day-ahead spot market submodule comprises:
the available capacity calculating unit is used for calculating the available capacity of the channel based on the surplus capacity data sent by the provincial dispatching side and sending the available capacity data of the channel;
the day-ahead matching unit is used for calculating to obtain day-ahead bidding clearing result and available capacity of the channel after bidding clearing based on bidding declaration data of the provincial dispatching side, and sending day-ahead bidding clearing result release data and available capacity release data of the channel after bidding clearing;
the system comprises a day-ahead clearing result unit, a price-sharing unit and a price-sharing unit, wherein the day-ahead clearing result unit is used for obtaining the residual electricity price based on the residual declaration data at the provincial dispatching side based on a set bidding mechanism and sending residual electricity price release data, day-ahead residual clearing result release data and day-ahead clearing total result release data;
and the flow message unit is used for publishing the flow message notification data in real time.
4. The system of claim 2, wherein the cross-provincial intra-day spot market submodule comprises:
the system comprises a daily electricity price issuing unit, a price setting unit and a price setting unit, wherein the daily electricity price issuing unit is used for issuing daily electricity price data based on a set bidding mechanism;
the release marketing notification unit is used for sending marketing notification data, stopping marketing notification data and cross-provincial regional tie available capacity data to the provincial dispatching side based on the marketing application data sent by the provincial dispatching side;
and the day matching unit is used for matching based on bidding declaration data sent by the provincial dispatching side to obtain a clearing result and sending clearing result releasing data.
5. The system according to claim 2, wherein the national-side transceiver module is installed on a national-side workstation, the cross-provincial-side cross-provincial-region in-day spot market sub-module is installed on a national-side cross-provincial-region in-day spot market main standby machine, and the cross-provincial-region in-day spot market sub-module is installed on a national-side cross-provincial-region in-day spot market main standby machine;
and the workstation respectively performs data interaction with the spot market main and standby machines in the cross-provincial region day-ahead and the spot market main and standby machines in the cross-provincial region day through the optical fiber switch.
6. The system of claim 1, wherein the system further comprises:
and the national tuning side model test module is arranged on the national tuning side model test server and is used for carrying out simulation test on the spot-shipment trading market in the national tuning side.
7. A method for trans-regional consumption of renewable energy sources, comprising:
acquiring spot market data in the day, spot market data before the day and tie line information declared by the provincial dispatching side;
matching is carried out on the basis of the daily spot market data, the current spot market data and the tie line information to obtain the clearing result of the cross-provincial-region spot market;
and sending the clearing result of the cross-provincial spot market to the provincial dispatching side.
8. The method of claim 7, wherein matching based on the intra-day spot market data, the pre-day spot market data, and tie-line information to arrive at a clearing result for a cross-provincial spot market comprises:
matching the sending and receiving ends of different provinces based on the current spot market data and the tie line information to obtain the clearing result of the current spot market in the cross-province region;
matching the sending and receiving ends of different provinces based on the in-day spot market data and the tie line information to obtain the clearing result of the spot market in the cross-provincial region day.
9. The method of claim 8, wherein matching the consignee terminals of different provinces based on the current spot market data and tie line information to obtain the shipment results of the current spot market across provinces comprises:
calculating available capacity of a channel based on surplus capacity data sent by a provincial dispatching side and sending the available capacity data of the channel;
calculating based on bidding declaration data of provincial dispatching sides to obtain day-ahead bidding output result and available capacity of a channel after bidding output, and sending day-ahead bidding output result release data and available capacity release data of the channel after bidding output;
obtaining the residual electricity price based on the residual declaration data of the provincial dispatching side based on a set bidding mechanism, and sending residual electricity price release data, day-ahead residual clearing result release data and day-ahead clearing total result release data;
wherein the current spot market data comprises bid declaration data and margin declaration data; the tie line information includes spare capacity data.
10. The method of claim 8, wherein matching the consignee terminals of different provinces based on intra-day spot market data and tie-line information to obtain the shipment results of the spot market in the inter-provincial region day comprises:
releasing day-to-day electricity price data based on a set bidding mechanism;
sending market starting notification data and market stopping notification data to a provincial dispatching side based on market starting application data sent by the provincial dispatching side, and sending cross-provincial junctor available capacity data to the provincial dispatching side based on junctor information;
matching is carried out on the basis of bidding declaration data sent by the provincial dispatching side to obtain a clearing result, and clearing result releasing data are sent;
the in-day spot market data includes application listing data and bid declaration data.
11. A renewable energy trans-regional consumption system, comprising:
the provincial dispatching side intra-provincial transceiving module is used for receiving electric power-electricity price declaration information of renewable energy power generation enterprises, power grid companies and users;
the provincial dispatching side transaction service module is used for checking and summarizing the electric power-electricity price declaration information based on spot commodity transaction checking data to obtain spot commodity market data in the day, spot commodity market data before the day and tie line information;
the provincial dispatching side transmits the current market data, the current market data and the tie line information to the national dispatching side, and transmits the dispatching data issued by the national dispatching side to the provincial dispatching side transaction service module;
the provincial dispatching side transaction service module is also used for carrying out spot market transaction based on dispatching data issued by the national dispatching side;
and the receiving and sending module of the provincial dispatching side to the national dispatching side is also used for receiving the clearing result of the spot market before the cross-provincial district day and the clearing result of the spot market in the cross-provincial district day.
12. The system of claim 11, wherein the provincial-side transaction service module comprises:
the scheduling plan submodule is used for sending spot transaction check data to the trans-provincial spot transaction service submodule;
and the cross-provincial spot-cargo transaction service submodule is used for checking and summarizing the electric power-electricity price declaration information based on spot-cargo transaction checking data to obtain daily spot-cargo market data, day-ahead spot-cargo market data and tie line information.
13. The system of claim 12, wherein the dispatch plan sub-module comprises:
the system comprises a day-ahead scheduling plan service unit, a cross-provincial region spot-cargo transaction service submodule and a cross-provincial region spot-cargo transaction service submodule, wherein the day-ahead scheduling plan service unit is used for sending day-ahead wind power prediction information, a day-ahead plan and day-ahead check data to the cross-provincial region spot-cargo transaction service submodule;
and the intra-day scheduling plan service unit is used for sending the wind power prediction information before the day, the intra-day plan and the intra-day check data to the cross-provincial spot-cargo transaction service submodule.
14. The system of claim 12, wherein the cross-provincial spot transaction service submodule,
the system comprises a daily application unit, a national dispatching side and a remote dispatching side, wherein the daily application unit is used for sending surplus capacity data to the national dispatching side;
the system comprises a day-ahead bidding declaration data unit, a channel capacity data sending unit and a bidding declaration data sending unit, wherein the day-ahead bidding declaration data unit is used for sending bidding declaration data based on channel available capacity data sent by a national dispatching side;
the system comprises a day-ahead margin declaration data unit, a margin declaration data sending unit and a margin declaration data sending unit, wherein the day-ahead margin declaration data unit is used for sending margin declaration data based on day-ahead bidding clearing result release data at the national dispatching side and available capacity release data of a channel after bidding clearing;
and the daily clearing result unit is used for obtaining provincial-level market power plant clearing data based on the surplus electricity price publishing data, the daily surplus clearing result publishing data and the daily clearing total result publishing data of the national side.
15. The system of claim 12, wherein the cross-provincial spot transaction service submodule further comprises:
the system comprises a domestic application unit, a domestic dispatching side and a domestic dispatching side, wherein the domestic application unit is used for determining whether to apply for opening the market or not based on domestic price data issued by the domestic dispatching side, and sending market opening application data to the domestic dispatching side when the market is opened;
and the participation in the intraday market opening unit is used for sending bidding declaration data to the national dispatching side based on the market opening notification data, the parking notification data and the cross-provincial tie available capacity data issued by the national dispatching side.
16. The system of claim 12, wherein the cross-provincial spot transaction service submodule further comprises:

17. The system of claim 13, wherein the day-ahead scheduling plan service unit is installed on a provincial-side day-ahead scheduling plan server, and the intra-day scheduling plan service unit is installed on an intra-day scheduling plan server;
the day-ahead scheduling plan server and the day-in scheduling plan server are deployed in a scheduling production local area network.

sending the in-date spot market data, the current spot market data and the tie line information to a national dispatching side, and carrying out spot market transaction based on dispatching data issued by the national dispatching side;
and acquiring the clearing result of the spot market before the cross-provincial region day and the clearing result of the spot market in the cross-provincial region day.
20. The method of claim 19, wherein performing spot market trading based on scheduling data issued by a national scheduling side comprises:
sending surplus capacity data to a national dispatching side;
sending bidding declaration data based on the channel available capacity data sent by the national dispatching side;
sending margin declaration data based on the current bidding result release data of the national dispatching side and the available capacity release data of the channel after bidding release;
and obtaining provincial-level market power plant clearing data based on the surplus electricity price release data, the day-ahead surplus clearing result release data and the day-ahead clearing total result release data of the national dispatching side.
21. The method of claim 19, wherein the spot market trading is performed based on scheduling data issued by a national scheduling side, further comprising:
whether to apply for listing is determined based on the daily price data issued by the national dispatching side, and when the listing is published, listing application data are sent to the national dispatching side;
and sending bidding declaration data to the national dispatching side based on the public offering notification data, the parking notification data and the cross-provincial junctor available capacity data issued by the national dispatching side.
