Abstract
The application discloses a village-level five-base information database system and an automatic data calling method. The method comprises the following steps: a village-level five-database information database system and an automatic data calling method are provided, wherein a village-level data administrator takes an administrative village as a unit to receive and record data of the village five-database (comprising a population database, a corporate department store, a spatial geographic database, a natural resource library and a macroscopic economy library) to form a village-level basic database. Background
At present, in village-level basic politics, one fact that workers must face is that basic data including five aspects of population, legal department, space geography, natural resources and macroscopic economy needs to be repeatedly collected and filled. The conventional filling method has the following three disadvantages: firstly, the repeated collection of data causes large workload of primary workers, which results in low administrative efficiency; secondly, the data is not effectively stored, and particularly after personnel change, a plurality of pre-collected data are collected again; thirdly, more data faults, logical incoherence among data and disordered data formats.

According to the data characteristics of the village five-database (including a population database, a corporate department database, a spatial geographic database, a natural resource database and a macroscopic economy database), a village five-database manager adds, deletes and changes the latest data to the village five-database base according to the requirements on schedule, but the addition, deletion and change of the village five-database base data can be effective only through the auditing of a superior administrative department.
The village-level five-base basic database has different authorities for different users. Each department administrator has the operation authority of checking, adding, modifying, deleting and exporting the data of the department, but the adding, modifying and deleting actions can be validated only after the approval of the upper level department, and each department administrator has the authority of applying to call the five-base basic database of the rest units, but the data call can be validated only after the corresponding approval. And the administrator of the upper administrative department of the five-base basic database has the request authority for auditing the addition, modification, deletion and export of the village five-base basic database administrator.

For the sake of clarity, the figures are simplified schematic drawings, which by way of example, but not of limitation, help to understand the details necessary for the invention, while omitting other details.

Embodiments and examples of the present invention will be described in further detail with reference to the accompanying drawings.
Before the method is used, a village-level five-database basic database system covering a population database, a legal department database, a spatial geographic database, a natural resource database and a macro economic database is established by taking a village as a unit, and whether the population database, the legal department database, the spatial geographic database, the natural resource database and the macro economic database contain common information or multiplexing information, such as names, identification numbers, sexes, family addresses and the like between the population database and the natural resource database is determined. Second, the data structure of the information contained in the five databases should be understood, and second, the information common to all systems is related.
In the implementation example, each level of department can register one or more administrator accounts, each level of administrator has the authority to view, add, modify, delete and export the data of the level, but the operations of adding, modifying, deleting and exporting can be validated only after the approval of the upper level of department, and each level of administrator has the authority to apply for invoking the five-base basic database of the rest units, but the data invocation can be validated only after the corresponding approval. In step S2, after receiving the call application, the village-level five-database basic database management department calls out the corresponding basic data as required and submits the basic data to the upper-level administrative department for auditing; if the village-level five-library basic database management department does not agree with the data calling application, the reason of disagreement should be explained and the application is returned.
In step S3, the higher authority of the village-level five-database basic database checks the data submitted by the village-level five-database basic database management department, and the data is automatically pushed to the application calling department after the data is checked. If the data calling application is not approved, the reason of the disapproval is explained and returned to the village-level five-base basic database management department, and the village-level five-base basic database management department revises the data and then submits the data to be checked or returned to the application.
In particular, while the foregoing has described the spirit and principles of the invention with some degree of particularity, it is to be understood that the invention is not limited to those precise embodiments, but may be otherwise embodied within the scope of the invention. Modifications and optimization of the technical route described in the present invention can be made by persons skilled in the art without departing from the technical scope of the present invention, but such modifications or improvements still fall within the scope of the claims of the present invention.
Claims (10)
1. A village-level five-library base database system and an automatic data calling method are characterized by comprising the following steps:
a village-level five-library basic database system and an automatic data calling method are provided, wherein a village-level data administrator takes an administrative village as a unit to receive and record data of a village five-library (comprising a population library, a corporate department store, a spatial geographic library, a natural resource library and a macroscopic economy library) to form a village-level five-library basic database.
2. A data automatic calling method, step 1, need to call data department and call the data content definitely, need to go on examining and verifying the data definitely by which departments, and initiate the request to the basic database management department of five storehouses of corresponding village level; step 3, after receiving the calling application, the village-level five-database basic database management department calls out corresponding basic data according to the requirements and submits the basic data to the upper-level administrative department for examination; and 4, the upper level administrative department of the village-level five-base basic database receives the data submitted by the village-level five-base basic database management department and audits the data, and the data is automatically pushed to the application calling department after the audit is passed.
3. The village-level five-base basic database is used for data entry, change, deletion and export by a village-level administrator.
4. The method of claim 1, further comprising:
a manager of the village five-base basic database system adds, deletes and changes the latest data to the village five-base basic database according to the data characteristics of the village five-base (including a population base, a corporate department base, a spatial geographic base, a natural resource base and a macro economic base) according to the requirements, but the addition, deletion and change of the data of the village five-base basic database system can be effective only after the data is audited and passed by a superordinate administrative department.
5. The data of the village-level five-library basic database can be stored in the local server or the cloud server.
6. The method of claim 1, further comprising:
the system responds to 1 or more department call requests, data is called according to law, and the data is submitted to a corresponding department to be audited and then is pushed to a submitting application calling department.
7. The method of claim 1, further comprising:
the application department shall explicitly call the data content, call the detailed requirements of the data and which departments need to audit the data in the call application.

the village-level five-base basic database has different authorities for different users.

Each department administrator has the operation authority of checking, adding, modifying, deleting and exporting the data of the department, but the adding, modifying and deleting actions can be validated only after the approval of the upper level department, and each department administrator has the authority of applying to call the five-base basic database of the rest units, but the data call can be validated only after the corresponding approval.
