If the data resources are the base table resources, after the application department completes subscription, the source providing department finds corresponding applications in the shared resource management-my audit, the source providing department clicks and pushes a resource application pushing page, and a base table resource pushing module in the page can perform pushing operation.
If the data resource is an interface resource, after the application department finishes subscription, the application department can click interface information and enter an interface calling page to carry out interface calling operation.
In connection with practical implementation, if the update cycle of the file resource application is daily/weekly/monthly/quarterly/yearly, the system periodically pushes the files under the folder specified for application on the front-end computer of the resource supply department to the front-end computer of the application department. Incremental updating of file resources is automatically completed through the system, so that the application department can obtain the latest file data.
If the updating period of the base table resource application is daily/weekly/monthly/quarterly/yearly, the system pushes the table data of the specified database on the front-end computer of the resource supply department to the front-end computer database of the application department periodically. In terms of actual operation, selecting a database type (Oracle/Mysql) of a pushed library table, filling in library table information to be created, wherein the information comprises: table name, table description, table field information (field name, field description, field type, field length, field precision, whether null, whether primary key). As shown in fig. 3, the method for implementing an application issuing process of information resources according to the present invention includes the following steps:
firstly, information resources are created by departments, and application and release are started after creation is completed.
And after receiving the system prompt message, the system administrator starts to check the content of the information resource, and after confirming that the information is filled without problems, the information is approved. And if the audit is not passed, the information resource is required to be modified by the providing department and then reapplied for release until the audit is passed.
And then, the platform audits the information resource to be released after passing, and other departments can retrieve the information resource on the platform.
EXAMPLE III
As shown in fig. 3, the method for implementing an application issuing process based on shared resources according to the present invention includes the following steps:
the department shares information resources at first, and starts to apply for release after the establishment is completed.
And after receiving the system prompt message, the system administrator starts to check the content of the shared resource, if the shared resource is an interface resource, the interface is required to be called to be normal, and finally, the system administrator is approved after confirming that no problem exists in information filling. And if the audit is not passed, the department is required to modify the shared resource and then reapply for release until the audit is passed.
And the shared resource becomes released after the platform audit is passed, and other departments can retrieve the shared resource on the platform.
Example four
As shown in fig. 4, the method for implementing a resource application flow based on shared resources according to the present invention includes the following steps:
firstly, an application department fills application information according to shared resources and applies for verification.
The system administrator firstly carries out platform verification and checks whether the information format applied for filling is correct or not and whether the information is perfect or not. If the verification is not passed, the application department needs to revise the application information again or supplement the uploaded electronic materials, and then reappears the verification.
After the system administrator passes the audit, the resource providing department audits the request, and the providing department needs to judge whether the request needs to be assisted by other departments to audit:
1) if so, the audit is handed over to other departments, and the audit is continued to the next department B after the audit of other department A is passed. If the audit of any one assisting department fails, the application department needs to modify the application information and reapply the audit.
2) And if the audit is not needed or is passed by other departments, the resource providing department carries out the audit, and if the audit is not passed, the application department needs to modify the application information and reapply the audit.
After the audit of the resource providing department is passed, the application department can click to subscribe, and print the electronic material submitted by the application into a paper material which is mailed to the resource providing department through the offline for archiving.
After the application department completes the subscription, whether data needs to be pushed is judged:
if the interface resource is the interface resource, the direct application is completed (the application department can directly call the interface).
If the file resources are file resources, data needs to be pushed, a providing department needs to establish a specified file directory on a front-end processor, upload files, and then click to push to start pushing the data.
If the resource is a base table resource, the data needs to be pushed, the providing department needs to build a table in the database of the front-end processor, the data is imported by using a tool, and then the data is ready to be pushed by clicking.
And after the data prepared by the department is provided, starting to push the data by the system data push service, and if the data is pushed, finishing the application.
The invention has the following advantages by the aid of the character expression and the accompanying drawings:
1. the office can carry out catalog making and management under the existing government affair information resource directory, and is convenient for the office to classify and manage the data resources.
2. The data resource supply bureau can know the requirements of other bureaus according to the application of the resources, thereby improving the data supply capacity, improving the effectiveness of the data and being convenient for data statistics.
3. The office with the requirement on the data resource can quickly locate and find the proper and desired data resource, know the detailed data field information, the data updating frequency, the data source department, the data acquisition mode and the document material required to be submitted for acquiring the data through the system.
4. For departments submitting data resource applications, after the providers are checked, the data can be acquired by the appointed front-end processor only by waiting for the data resource providing departments to push the data, so that a plurality of communication troubles are reduced, and the cooperation among the departments is facilitated.
5. When the department applies for the data resources of the file or the base table, the data can be acquired regularly, so that the timeliness of the data is guaranteed, and the department can acquire the latest data.
6. The data sharing open system enables office data resources to be transparent, facilitates searching and using of the data resources by each demand department, and facilitates management of the data resources by the data providing department.

the system also comprises a shared resource management component which is used for carrying out type classification on the actual sharable data resources according to files, base tables and interfaces, realizing registration and release of the resources, realizing auditing of resource application and pushing data;
the system also comprises a system setting module which is used for office to maintain the data of the personnel information and the information of the front-end processor.

The open system for data sharing based on government information resources according to claim 1, wherein: the creating of the own information resource catalog comprises one or more of catalog adding, catalog editing, catalog deleting and catalog migrating; the description of the added information resources comprises one or more of information resource addition, information resource editing, information resource publishing and information resource deletion.
3. The open system for data sharing based on government information resources according to claim 1, wherein: the shared resource management component includes at least one of,
the shared resource management module is used for registering and reporting the data resources according to files, base tables and interfaces by bureaus, and issuing the data resources to a platform for other bureaus to check, apply and use after system audit, so that the purposes of resource addition, resource editing, resource application issuing, resource deletion and resource revocation are realized;
the resource application auditing management module is used for processing resource applications issued by other offices and comprises the following steps: applying for auditing, pushing resources and applying for canceling;
the resource application management module is used for office handling, processing and checking resources which are handled by the office and applied for other offices, and comprises the following steps: applying for filling, applying for checking, subscribing resources and calling online; the application filling content comprises one or more of application unit information, application use range, use reasons, service life, contact information and related document materials.

The open system for data sharing based on government information resources according to claim 1, wherein: the system setting module comprises a personnel management module and is used for managing the operation personnel by office work, and the office work manages the operation personnel, and comprises: one or more of personnel addition, operation authorization, data authorization and role assignment;
the system also comprises a front-end processor management module which is used for office processing and maintaining the front-end processor information of the received data resource, wherein the front-end processor information comprises: one or more of interface key pair information, file front-end processor information and base table database information.
5. The data sharing and opening method based on the government affair information resources is characterized by comprising the following steps:

after the information resource is added, the application system issues and audits, and after the audit is passed, the information resource can be seen by other offices on the system platform, and the other offices can know the related information resource through the information resource.

if the updating period of the base table resource application is daily/weekly/monthly/quarterly/yearly, the system pushes the table data of the appointed database on the front-end processor of the resource providing department to the database of the front-end processor of the application department periodically, and the incremental updating of the base table resources is automatically completed through the system, so that the application department obtains the latest data.
