Detailed Description
The following description of the embodiments of the present application will be made clearly and completely with reference to the accompanying drawings, in which it is apparent that the embodiments described are only some embodiments of the present application, but not all embodiments. All other embodiments, which can be made by those skilled in the art based on the embodiments of the application without making any inventive effort, are intended to be within the scope of the application.
Referring to fig. 1, fig. 1 is a flow chart of an embodiment of a method for managing a storage device according to the present application, where the method includes:
s101, the medical instrument determines whether the external storage device is recognized.
Specifically, the medical instrument includes any medical device that can store medical data on an external storage device (such as a usb disk), such as a monitor, a fetal monitor, or the like, that has a large amount of output data. In this embodiment, management software of the external storage device may be installed on the medical apparatus, and when the external storage device is inserted into the medical apparatus, the management software reports an insertion event of the external storage device, and further reports a ready event of the external storage device, and the medical apparatus determines that the external storage device is identified by the management software. The number of external interfaces on the medical instrument is not limited, that is, one or more external storage devices can be inserted into the medical instrument at the same time, and the medical instrument office identifies the external storage devices when the external storage devices are inserted each time. In other embodiments, the medical device may not be provided with management software for the external storage device, and the medical device may determine whether or not the external storage device is identified by its own identification function.
According to the embodiment, whether the medical instrument identifies the external storage device is judged before further operation, so that the step of using the medical instrument is clearer, and the safety of medical data on the medical instrument is improved.
S102, if the medical instrument is identified, judging whether the medical instrument is matched with an external storage device.
Specifically, determining whether the medical instrument matches an external storage device includes:
judging whether the medical instrument is matched with the external storage device according to whether the first characteristic value of the medical instrument is equal to the second characteristic value of the external storage device; the first characteristic value is automatically generated and stored in the medical instrument when the medical instrument is successfully matched with the storage device last time; and automatically generating and storing the second characteristic value in the external storage device when the external storage device is successfully matched with the medical device last time.
The medical instrument may be matched with a plurality of storage devices before, each time the matching is successful, the medical instrument automatically stores a first file under a local first catalogue, wherein the first file contains a first characteristic value, and meanwhile, the storage device matched with the medical instrument automatically stores a second file under a second catalogue, wherein the second file contains a second characteristic value, and the first characteristic value and the second characteristic value are equal. Similarly, the external storage device currently identified by the medical instrument may be matched with a plurality of medical devices, each time the matching is successful, the external storage device automatically stores a second file under a second catalog of the external storage device, wherein the second file contains a second characteristic value, and the medical device matched with the external storage device automatically stores a first file under a local first catalog of the external storage device, wherein the first file contains a first characteristic value, and the first characteristic value and the second characteristic value are equal.
Under the premise that the medical instrument identifies the external storage device, the medical instrument can firstly judge whether a first file exists in the first catalog of the medical instrument, and if so, the medical instrument can call a first characteristic value in the first file; judging whether a second file exists in a second catalog of the external storage device, and if so, calling a second characteristic value in the second file; further judging whether the first characteristic value is equal to the second characteristic value; if the medical instruments are equal, judging that the medical instruments are matched with the external storage equipment; if the first file or the second file cannot be found or the first characteristic value and the second characteristic value are not equal, the medical instrument is not matched with the external storage device. According to the above matching process of the medical device and the storage device, when the medical device is matched with the external storage device for the last time, the medical device and the storage device respectively store the first characteristic value and the second characteristic value, after that, if the medical device is not matched with the other storage device, the first characteristic value will not change, and similarly, if the external storage device is not matched with the other medical device, the second characteristic value will not change. Thus, when the medical instrument recognizes the external storage device again, it will be determined that the first characteristic value is equal to the second characteristic value, that is, the medical instrument is still matched with the external storage device.
In this embodiment, the specific address of the local first directory where the medical instrument stores the first feature value may be set in advance by the user, and the format and the filename of the corresponding first file may also be set in advance by the user, for example, monitor_key.cfg, although in other embodiments, other formats and filenames may also be adopted, and the setting may be changed at any time, and the first feature value may be any character string freely set by the user, may be an expression capable of calculating a unique result, or may be other forms. Similarly, the specific address of the second directory where the external storage device stores the second characteristic value may be set in advance by the user, and the format and the file name of the corresponding second file may also be set in advance by the user, for example, disc_key.cfg may of course also be adopted, other formats and file names may also be adopted, and the setting may be changed at any time, and the second characteristic value may be any character string freely set by the user, may be an arithmetic formula capable of calculating the unique result, or may be other forms of course. Correspondingly, whether the first characteristic value and the second characteristic value are equal or not may be determined by determining whether the character string of the first characteristic value is identical to the character string of the second characteristic value in a one-to-one correspondence manner, or may be determined by determining whether the result of the formula of the first characteristic value is identical to the result of the formula of the second characteristic value, if so, it is determined that the first characteristic value and the second characteristic value are equal, and further it is determined that the medical instrument is matched with the external storage device. The method described by the embodiment judges whether the medical instrument is matched with the external storage device or not, and the method is automatically completed after the medical instrument identifies the newly inserted external storage device, so that the method is simple, convenient and quick, and the time for a user to store medical data by using the medical instrument is saved.
S103, if the data storage switch is matched, the external storage device is switched to the current storage device of the medical instrument, and the data storage switch is opened.
When the medical instrument is judged to be matched with the external storage device, the external storage device is directly switched to the current storage device of the medical instrument, and the data storage switch is opened, so that no other verification steps such as password input are performed. In an application scenario, medical staff uses the B-ultrasonic machine to perform B-ultrasonic inspection on a patient, after the inspection is finished, the B-ultrasonic machine recognizes a newly inserted external storage device, after verification is performed, the B-ultrasonic inspection data starts to be stored, at the moment, due to misoperation of the medical staff, the B-ultrasonic machine recognizes the external storage device again, at the moment, the B-ultrasonic machine searches a first file under a local first catalog of the B-ultrasonic machine, extracts a first characteristic value, searches a second file under a second catalog of the external storage device, extracts a second characteristic value, compares the first characteristic value with the second characteristic value, and when the judgment conclusion that the two are identical is obtained, the external storage device is directly switched to the current storage device of the B-ultrasonic machine, a data storage switch is opened, the B-ultrasonic inspection data continues to be stored, and no additional verification steps exist. According to the embodiment, when the medical instrument is matched with the external storage device, the external storage device is directly switched to the current storage device, and the operation steps of storing data by using the medical instrument are optimized on the premise of confirming safety, so that the complexity of the steps is reduced.
And S104, if the current storage equipment and the data storage switch of the medical instrument are not matched, the current storage equipment and the data storage switch of the medical instrument are kept as they are.
In this embodiment, when it is determined that the medical apparatus does not match with the external storage device, it may be that the first file is not found under the first directory of the medical apparatus, or the second file is not found under the second directory of the external storage device, for example, the medical apparatus has not been previously matched with any storage device, and the first file is not found, for example, the external storage device has not been previously matched with any medical device, and the second file is not found. Of course, in other embodiments, the first file and the second file may be found, but the first feature value included in the first file and the second feature value included in the second file are not equal, for example, the medical device is matched with the external storage device before, but is matched with another storage device after, when the medical device recognizes the external storage device again, the first file and the second file can be found, but the first feature value and the second feature value are not equal. The above-mentioned various cases can be judged that the medical instrument is not matched with the external storage device, at this time, the external storage device cannot be used for storing medical data, but the current storage device and the data storage switch of the medical instrument are kept as they are, and further instructions of a user are waited for so as to ensure the safety of the data storage operation of the medical instrument.
Referring to fig. 2, fig. 2 is a flowchart of another embodiment of a method for managing a storage device according to the present application, after the medical apparatus identifies an external storage device in step S201, step S202, before determining whether the medical apparatus matches with the external storage device, the method further includes: s205, judging whether the current storage mode of the medical instrument is an off-board storage mode; if the medical instrument is in the off-board storage mode, executing step S202, and judging whether the medical instrument is matched with the external storage device or not; if the memory mode is not the off-board memory mode, the step S204 is executed to keep the current memory device and the data memory switch of the medical instrument as they are. After step S202, if it is determined that the medical instrument is matched with the external storage device, step S203 is performed to switch the external storage device to the current storage device of the medical instrument, and the data storage switch is turned on, and if it is determined that the medical instrument is not matched with the external storage device, step S204 is also performed to keep the current storage device of the medical instrument and the data storage switch as they are.
In this embodiment, the current storage mode of the medical apparatus may be two types, i.e., an in-machine storage mode and an out-machine storage mode, and when the medical apparatus recognizes an external storage device, it is necessary to determine the current storage mode first, and only in the out-machine storage mode, it is possible to store data in the external storage device, and if the medical apparatus is in the in-machine storage mode, it is necessary to keep the current storage device and the data storage switch of the medical apparatus as they are, and wait for further instructions from the user. The embodiment can ensure the safety of the data storage operation of the medical instrument.
When an operator needs to manually switch a current storage device, referring to fig. 3, fig. 3 provides a flowchart of another embodiment of a storage device management method according to the present application, where the embodiment includes the following steps:
s301, the medical instrument identifies an external storage device.
S302, a switching instruction for switching the current storage device is received.
S303, judging whether the current storage mode of the medical instrument is an off-board storage mode.
When the current storage mode of the medical instrument is the off-board storage mode, step S304 is executed to determine whether the external storage device needs to be switched for verification.
If so, step S305 is performed to pop up the verification information input box.
If not, step S306 is performed to switch the external storage device to the current storage device of the medical instrument according to the switching instruction and to open the data storage switch.
When the current storage mode of the medical instrument is not the off-board storage mode but the on-board storage mode, step S307 is executed to switch the current storage mode of the medical instrument to the off-board storage mode.
Further, after the verification information input box is popped up in step S305, the present embodiment further includes:
s308, the verification information input by the user is verified successfully.
S309, switching the external storage device to the current storage device of the medical instrument, and opening the data storage switch.
And S310, generating a first characteristic value and a second characteristic value which are equal to each other, and respectively storing the first characteristic value and the second characteristic value in a medical instrument and an external storage device.
Specifically, after receiving the switching instruction of the current storage device, if it is determined that switching verification is required, the present embodiment pops up a verification information input box, and further determines whether the verification information input by the user is correct. The authentication information input by the user can be a password or a permission certificate number of the medical instrument used by the user, and can be in other forms. When the verification information input by the user is correct, switching the external storage device to the current storage device of the medical instrument, opening a data storage switch, and then generating a first file containing a first characteristic value and a second file containing a second characteristic value, wherein the formats and the file names of the first file and the second file can be freely set by the user, the first file is stored under a first catalog of the medical instrument, the second file is stored under a second catalog of the external storage device, and the addresses of the first catalog and the second catalog can be freely set by the user; the first characteristic value and the second characteristic value are equal, and the first characteristic value and the second characteristic value can be character strings with arbitrary digits, can be arithmetic formulas capable of rapidly calculating results, and can be in other forms; thereafter, a job of storing the data on the medical instrument on the external storage device can be performed.
In this embodiment, the first characteristic value and the second characteristic value are stored in the medical instrument and the external storage device, respectively, which is equivalent to leaving a record for the verification process of the medical instrument on the external storage device, when the external storage device is used next time, the process of inputting the verification information may be performed first, but the operation of judging whether the first characteristic value and the second characteristic value are equal or not may be performed, and if it is judged that the first characteristic value and the second characteristic value are equal, the verification information is not required to be input again, but the external storage device is directly switched to the current storage device of the medical instrument, and the data storage switch is turned on to perform the data storage operation.
In an application scenario, a medical staff uses a monitor to monitor electrocardio of a patient, after monitoring is finished, the medical staff needs to store electrocardiograph data acquired by the monitor on a U disk A which is successfully matched with the monitor, after the electrocardiograph data is stored on the U disk A, the medical staff needs to store the electrocardiograph data on the U disk B, then the U disk B is inserted into the monitor, at the moment, the monitor recognizes a newly inserted U disk B, because the monitor is successfully matched with the U disk A, the matching is not successful with the U disk B naturally, at the moment, the medical staff sends an instruction for switching the current storage device, because the current storage mode of the monitor is an off-board storage mode and is not matched with the U disk B, the monitor pops up a password input frame, and verifies that the password input by the medical staff is correct, the U disk B is switched to the current storage device of the monitor, a data storage switch is opened, then a first file containing a first characteristic value and a second file containing a second characteristic value are respectively stored under the first local catalog of the monitor and the first characteristic value of the U disk B, and the first characteristic value of the U disk B can be switched, and the characteristic value of the first characteristic value of the U disk B can be switched, and the operation of the data can be verified. At this time, due to misoperation of medical staff, the U disk B is unplugged and plugged again, the monitor again recognizes the newly plugged U disk B, at this time, the first file under the first catalog of the monitor and the second file under the second catalog of the U disk B are found, then the first characteristic value and the second characteristic value are extracted and compared, the conclusion that the first characteristic value and the second characteristic value are equal to each other is affirmatively obtained, because the two files are stored when the U disk B is verified last time by the monitor, the middle monitor does not undergo the step of matching with other storage equipment, the U disk B is not plugged into other medical instruments again, namely, the first file and the second file are not changed, the first characteristic value and the second characteristic value are equal, the U disk B is not required to be verified again, the verification information input frame is not required to be popped up again, the current storage equipment of the monitor is directly switched into, and the data storage switch is opened, so that data storage work is carried out.
The embodiment can avoid the operation of inputting verification information for many times on the premise of ensuring the data safety, and reduces the complexity of the operation of storing data by using the medical instrument by a user.
Wherein, save the first file under the first directory of the medical instrument, save the second file under the second directory of the external storage device, before this embodiment further includes:
judging whether a first file exists in a first catalog of the medical instrument, and if so, covering the newly generated first file with the existing first file; if not, directly storing the newly generated first file; judging whether a second file exists in a second directory of the external storage device, and if so, covering the newly generated second file with the existing second file; if not, the newly generated second file is directly saved.
In this embodiment, after determining that the verification information input by the user is correct, a first file including a first feature value and a second file including a second feature value are generated, the first file is stored in a first directory of the medical apparatus, and the second file is stored in a second directory of the external storage device; before storing the first file, judging whether the first file exists in the first catalog of the medical instrument, and if so, generating the first file to be stored in the first catalog as long as the medical instrument verifies the other external storage device before, judging whether the first file exists in the first catalog before storing the newly generated first file, if so, covering the newly generated first file with the existing first file to ensure that only one first file exists and is up to date and matched with the current external storage device, and if not, namely, the medical instrument does not verify the other external storage device before, directly storing the newly generated first file, and also ensuring that only one first file exists and is up to date and matched with the current external storage device; before the second file is saved, whether the second file exists in the second catalog of the external storage device is judged, if the second file is verified by any medical instrument before the external storage device is saved, the second file is saved in the second catalog, at the moment, whether the second file exists in the second catalog is judged before the newly generated second file is saved, if the newly generated second file exists, the newly generated second file covers the already existing second file, only one second file is ensured, and the newly generated second file is up-to-date and is matched with the current medical instrument, and if the newly generated second file does not exist, only one second file is ensured to be up-to-date and is matched with the current medical instrument.
The embodiment can ensure that only one first file and only one second file exist in the first catalog of the medical instrument and the second catalog of the external storage device respectively, keep records for the next matching process and ensure the safety of the data storage process.
Referring to fig. 4, the method for managing a storage device according to the present application further provides a threshold detection function, and fig. 4 provides a flowchart of an embodiment of the threshold detection function. In this embodiment, the method for managing a storage device according to the present application includes the steps of:
s401, judging whether a threshold detection function of the medical instrument is started.
If so, step S402 is performed to determine whether the storage space of the current storage device is less than or equal to a preset threshold.
If not, step S404 is performed to directly store data to the current storage device.
If the storage space of the current storage device is less than or equal to the preset threshold, step S403 is executed to pop up the reminder and close the data storage switch.
If the storage space of the current storage device is greater than the preset threshold, step S404 is also executed to directly store data in the current storage device.
In this embodiment, the medical apparatus supports two schemes of stopping storage and cyclic storage, when the cyclic storage scheme is selected, when the storage space of the external storage device is insufficient, the data stored in the storage space of the external storage device at this time is deleted, and the data which is not stored yet is continuously stored, so that the data is kept incompletely; when the storage stopping scheme is selected, judging whether the residual storage space is enough to store the data to be stored or not before storing the data, and if the residual storage space is insufficient, suspending the data storage, and also causing incomplete data storage; preferably, the medical instrument in this embodiment is set to select a stop-storage scheme by default. Both of these schemes may cause inconvenience to the data storage effort, resulting in incomplete data storage. At this time, the present embodiment firstly determines whether the storage space of the current storage device is smaller than or equal to the preset threshold under the premise that the current storage device exists in the medical apparatus, the preset threshold can be set by the user according to experience, if the storage space is smaller than or equal to the preset threshold, the reminder is popped up, and the data storage switch is closed, i.e. the current remaining space may cause the data storage work to be unable to be completed, so that the user is required to manually release the storage space, and when the remaining storage space is larger than the preset threshold, the data storage switch is opened, so that the data storage work can be performed, the deletion of important historical data on the external storage device is avoided, the repeated work when the data is stored is reduced, and the work efficiency of the user is improved.
Further, referring to fig. 4, before determining whether the threshold detection function of the medical apparatus is on in step S401, the present embodiment further includes the following steps:
