Description

Washing machine and control method thereof
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of washing equipment, in particular to a washing machine and a control method thereof.
Background
A washing machine is designed as a device for washing laundry by using electricity, and generally, the washing machine includes: a tub for accommodating washing water; a rotary tub rotatably installed inside the tub; the impeller is rotatably arranged at the bottom of the rotary barrel; a motor and a clutch configured to rotate the rotary tub and the pulsator. When the rotary tub and the pulsator are rotated in a state in which laundry and detergent are introduced into the rotary tub, the pulsator agitates wash water together with the laundry introduced into the rotary tub, thereby removing stains from the laundry.
In order to realize the dewatering function of clothes, dewatering holes are distributed on the wall of the inner barrel, so that when clothes are washed, washing water flows between the inner barrel and the outer barrel through the dewatering holes, and the washing water cannot be fully utilized, so that water resources are wasted. In addition, due to the problem of water storage between the inner barrel and the outer barrel, dirt can be generated on the outer wall of the inner barrel, the inner wall of the outer barrel and the area between the inner barrel and the outer barrel, clothes of users are polluted, and washing experience of the users is seriously affected.
In order to solve the problems, the prior washing machine has the main structural characteristics that the wall of the inner barrel is pore-free, so that only water exists in the inner barrel during washing, no water exists between the inner barrel and the outer barrel, the water consumption of washing is saved, the breeding of dirt between the inner barrel and the outer barrel is avoided, the pollution of clothes is avoided, the washing effect is improved, and the user experience is improved. The principle of the anhydrous washing machine between the inner barrel and the outer barrel is that whether the inner barrel and the outer barrel are communicated or not in the washing process is realized by controlling the opening and closing of the water outlet at the bottom of the inner barrel. In the washing and rinsing processes, a normally closed sealing valve is arranged on the water outlet at the bottom of the inner barrel to keep the water outlet closed, and the inner barrel is in a closed state and can independently hold washing water; in the drainage process, the motor drives the ejector rod to ascend to jack up the sealing valve, and the water outlet is opened to drain water. Because the inner barrel water outlet needs to be positioned accurately relative to the position of the ejector rod fixed on the outer barrel to ensure the sealing effect, a positioning pin driving mechanism for positioning the inner barrel in the circumferential direction is added, when the water outlet needs to be opened, the positioning pin stretches out, the inner barrel slowly rotates until the positioning pin is clamped into a unique positioning hole at the bottom of the inner barrel, at the moment, the position is the position of the inner barrel bottom water outlet aligned with the ejector rod, and the ejector rod stretches out and jacks up the water outlet.
However, the above washing machine has the following technical problems: after the locating pin locks the inner barrel, because the inertial inner barrel presses the locating pin, the ejector rod is easy to push and deviate, or is clamped at the bottom of the inner barrel, so that drainage faults are caused, an alarm is caused, and normal washing and experience of a user are affected.
In view of this, the present invention has been made.
