The current full-automatic pulsator washing machine generally uses a speed reducing clutch, and the structure of the speed reducing clutch mainly comprises a pulsator shaft, a dehydration shaft, elastic members such as torsion springs, a brake disc, a shifting fork, a clutch shifting lever, a ratchet wheel, a pawl, a clutch sleeve, an outer sleeve shaft, a gear shaft and the like. The washing barrel and the pulsator are respectively connected with a ratchet wheel, and the shifting fork is used for being abutted with the ratchet wheel so as to control the working state of the corresponding ratchet wheel. Specifically, when the washing barrel or the pulsator rotates, and the shifting fork is in a matched state with the ratchet wheel, the shifting fork limits the rotation of the ratchet wheel, so that the washing barrel or the pulsator cannot synchronously rotate. When the shifting fork and the ratchet wheel are in a disengaged state, the shifting fork can not limit the rotation of the ratchet wheel, so that the washing barrel and the pulsator synchronously rotate. The fork abuts against the clutch lever 42 to enable the fork to be driven to swing. The brake disc is connected with the clutch deflector rod 42 and is used for controlling the movement of the washing barrel; the elastic member 43 abuts against the clutch lever 42, so that the clutch lever 42 and the fork can be elastically restored. Thus, when the pull rod 13 is pulled to move by the tractor 2, the clutch deflector rod 42 is forced to swing, so that the brake disc moves to release the locked washing barrel. And the clutch shifting lever 42 swings to push the shifting fork to swing, so that the shifting fork can be separated from the ratchet wheel along with the increase of the swinging range of the shifting fork, the shifting fork does not limit the rotation of the ratchet wheel any more, and the washing barrel and the pulsator synchronously rotate. Meanwhile, in the process of swinging the shifting fork and the clutch shifting lever 42, the elastic piece 43 is driven to elastically deform, so that after the acting force generated by the tractor 2 is removed, the shifting fork and the clutch shifting lever 42 can be reset to the initial state under the acting force generated when the elastic piece 43 resets itself, and the state of being matched with the ratchet wheel is restored after the shifting fork resets.
As shown in fig. 1, 4 and 5, when the retractor 2 is operated, the pull rope 21 is contracted inward and pulls the pull rod 13, and the clutch assembly 4 is moved with the pull rod 13 to switch the operation modes of the laundry treating apparatus, which include a washing mode and a dehydrating mode. In the washing mode, the driving devices such as a motor and the like operate and drive the clutch assembly 4 to rotate through the transmission belt, the tractor 2 does not act, and the pull rope 21 is in a loose state, so that the brake disc and the clutch assembly 4 do not act, the pawl is always in a state of being inserted into a ratchet wheel, and the impeller shaft of the clutch assembly 4 drives the impeller to rotate, so that a washing function is realized; in the drain valve assembly 1, when the retractor 2 is not activated, the seal chamber 11 is closed, and no drain is performed. In the dehydrating mode, the pull rope 21 of the tractor 2 is tensioned, so that the brake disc and the clutch lever are driven to act, and the pawl and the ratchet wheel are separated. The impeller shaft and the dewatering barrel of the clutch assembly 4 are simultaneously in a working state, so that a dewatering function is realized; with the drain valve assembly 1, the retractor 2 is activated and the seal chamber 11 is in an open state, enabling drainage.
The clothes treatment equipment provided by the embodiment of the utility model further comprises the clutch assembly, the clutch assembly is moved along with the pull rod to switch the working mode of the clothes treatment equipment, the tractor does not act in a washing mode, the pull rope is in a loose state, and at the moment, the clutch assembly only drives the impeller to rotate, so that the washing function is realized; the sealing cavity is in a closed state, and no water is discharged. The opening and closing of the sealing cavity and the working mode of the clothes treatment equipment are synchronously controlled through the pull rope, so that the storage of water flow during washing and the smooth discharge of water flow during dehydration are ensured.
As shown in fig. 1, 4 and 5, the clutch assembly 4 includes a clutch body 41, a clutch lever 42, and an elastic member 43. The clutch body 41 is used for switching an operation mode, for example, a washing mode or a dehydrating mode. The clutch deflector rod 42 is connected between the pull rod 13 and the clutch body 41, so that the pull rod 13 drives the clutch body 41 to move to switch the working mode, when the tractor 2 acts, the pull rope 21 is tensioned and drives the pull rod 13 to move, the movement of the pull rod 13 simultaneously drives the clutch deflector rod 42 to rotate, and the clutch deflector rod 42 can drive a brake disc in the clutch body 41 to act in the process of swinging under the stress, so that the movement lock of the washing barrel is released, and the washing barrel can rotate. At the same time, the oscillating clutch lever 42 is pressed against the elastic member 43, so that the elastic member 43 can be elastically deformed, so that the clutch lever 42 and the tie rod 13 can be returned to the original state by the urging force generated by the elastic member 43 after the urging force generated by the retractor 2 is canceled.
The clutch assembly comprises a clutch body, a clutch deflector rod and an elastic piece, wherein the clutch deflector rod can swing under the pulling force of a pull rope of a tractor, so that the clutch body is driven to act, and further the corresponding control can be carried out to change the working states of a washing barrel and a pulsator. After the traction device does not generate driving force any more, the clutch deflector rod can automatically reset to an initial state under the action of the reset force of the elastic piece, and meanwhile, the pull rod can be pushed to reset, so that the opening and closing of the drain valve can be changed along with the working mode of the clothes treatment equipment; and can satisfy the control demand of next time after the reset, design benefit is good.
In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 1, 4 and 5, the clutch assembly 4 is located at one side of the pull rod 13, the side surface of the pull rod 13 is provided with a second through hole 131 penetrating therethrough, the extending direction of the second through hole 131 is perpendicular to the first direction, the extending direction of the second through hole 131 is L3 direction as shown in fig. 2, the L3 direction is L3 direction as shown in fig. 2, the clutch lever 42 extends into the second through hole 131 from the side surface of the pull rod 13 to abut against the inner wall surface of the pull rod 13, and in the first direction, the inner wall surface is located at the end closest to the body 12 in the second through hole 131, that is, the right end surface of the second through hole 131 as shown in fig. 1; when the tractor 2 acts, the pull rope 21 pulls the pull rod 13 to move along the second direction, the pull rod 13 moves from the body 12 towards the tractor 2, and as the clutch deflector 42 is abutted with one end of the pull rod 13 nearest to the body 12 in the second through hole 131, when the pull rod 13 just starts to move, the clutch deflector 42 can be driven to swing at the same time, so that when the sealing cavity 11 is opened and closed under the driving of the pull rod 13, the working mode of the clothes treatment equipment can be changed along with the swinging of the clutch deflector 42.
As shown in fig. 1, 4 and 5, the extending direction of the clutch lever 42 is in the same plane as the second direction, that is, the extending direction of the clutch lever 42 does not have a height difference from the second direction, so when the pull rod 13 is pulled by the pull cord 21 in the second direction, the clutch lever 42 contacts with the pull rod 13 and moves together with the pull rod 13 in the second direction, and the force of the clutch lever 42 is not lost due to the height difference, so that the force loss is small, and the pulling force of the pull cord 21 can be used to pull the clutch lever 42 more.
The clutch deflector rod of the embodiment of the utility model stretches into the second through hole to be abutted against the inner wall surface of the pull rod, and the inner wall surface is positioned at one end of the second through hole closest to the body in the first direction, so that when the tractor acts, the consistency of the movement of the drain valve component and the clutch component pulled by the pull rope can be ensured more accurately, the opening and closing of the drain valve can be ensured to be changed along with the working mode of the clothes treatment equipment, thereby ensuring the storage of water flow during washing and the smooth discharge of the water flow during dewatering.

In this way, by means of the different control modes performed by the clutch assembly 4, the washing tub and the pulsator can be rotated in different manners, so that different washing modes can be realized.
