Materials to be sewn are conveyed to the sewing unit 8 from the upper discharging conveying belt 11 through the upper conveying belt 21 and the upper feeding mechanism 4, and the sewn materials are conveyed to the lower discharging conveying belt 12 through the lifting mechanism 5 and the lower feeding mechanism 6.
Two sides of the feeding unit 1 are respectively provided with a feeding and discharging station. The loading and unloading station is provided with a loading workbench 13 and a discharging roller assembly 14 positioned below the loading workbench 13.
The discharging roller assembly 14 comprises a discharging base 14a, the discharging base 14a is provided with an inclined surface, and a roller 14b is installed on the inclined surface.
A material blocking block 15 capable of lifting and a material blocking cylinder 16 for driving the material blocking block 15 are arranged above the lower discharging conveyer belt 12.
After clamping the material of the loading workbench 13 into the template, an operator places the material on the upper feeding conveyer belt 11, and the material is conveyed to the corresponding sewing unit 8 through the upper feeding conveyer belt 11 and the upper conveyer belts 21 of the conveying units 2. The materials which are sewn are conveyed to the lower discharging conveying belt 12 through the lower conveying belt 22, are blocked by the blocking block 15, are conveyed to the discharging roller component 14 on one side through the lower discharging conveying belt 12, and are finally received by an operator.
The material stopping mechanism 3 comprises material stopping blocks 31 arranged on two sides of the upper conveying belt 21 and a material stopping driving cylinder 32 used for driving. In this embodiment, the material stopping driving cylinder 32 directly drives the material stopping block 31 to extend upwards out of the upper conveying belt 21, so that the material on the upper conveying belt 21 can be stopped.
The upper feeding mechanism 4 includes an upper clamping device 41 movable between the upper conveying belt 21 and the sewing area, and an upper conveying cylinder 42 for driving the upper clamping device 41 to move. The upper material clamping device 41 may be a clamping mechanism driven by an air cylinder, or may be a mechanical structure connected with a material template. After the material is connected by the upper material clamping device 41, the material is driven to a sewing area by the upper conveying air cylinder 42. The sewing unit 8 is provided with a feeding presser foot, can be connected with the material template and is fed to the needle for sewing.
The lower feeding mechanism 6 comprises a lower clamping device 61 capable of moving between the lifting mechanism 5 and the lower conveying belt 22, and a lower conveying cylinder 62 for driving the lower clamping device 61 to move. The lower material clamping device 61 can also be a cylinder-driven material clamping mechanism or a mechanical structure connected with a material template.
The lifting mechanism 5 comprises a lifting platform 51, the lifting platform 51 is slidably mounted on a lifting base 53 through a lifting guide rod 52, and the lifting base 53 is provided with a lifting cylinder 54 for driving the lifting platform 51 to move up and down.
The material conveying unit 2 is provided with a material pressing plate 7 for moving the material from the sewing area to the lifting platform 51, a material pressing cylinder 71 for driving the material pressing plate 7 to move up and down, and a material moving cylinder 72 for driving the material pressing plate 7 to move. In a preferred embodiment, the material moving cylinder 72 can drive the material pressing plate 7 to move the material template to the lifting platform 51; the material template can also be moved to the lifting platform 51 by the feeding presser foot of the sewing unit 8.
A stop block 23 and a stop cylinder 24 for driving the stop block 23 are provided above the lower conveyor belt 22. The material stopping block 23 is rotatably arranged on the material stopping bracket, and the material stopping cylinder 24 can drive the material stopping block 23 to descend onto the lower conveying belt 22, so that the material stops moving on the lower conveying belt 22, and new material is conveniently conveyed onto the lower conveying belt 22.
The upper conveyor belt 21 is provided at both sides thereof with a lifting cylinder 25, and a lifting plate 26 driven by the lifting cylinder 25 for lifting the material. The material lifting plate 26 can lift the materials stopped by the material stopping block 31 in time, and when the upper feeding mechanism 4 works, the upper conveying belt 21 can still convey the following materials, so that the material conveying efficiency is improved.
In this embodiment, the sewing unit 8 is provided on one side of the feeding unit 2. Two sides of the material conveying unit 2 can be respectively provided with a set of sewing unit 8.
In the present invention, a plurality of feeding units 2 and a corresponding number of sewing units 8 may be connected in series to one feeding unit 1, and the number of feeding units 2 and sewing units 8 is preferably 3 to 8. The feeding unit 1 and the material conveying unit 2 adopt a mode of feeding materials at the upper layer and receiving materials at the lower layer, so that the feeding efficiency is greatly improved, and the occupied area is reduced.

Automatic material loading assembly line of sewing machine, characterized by: comprises a feeding unit (1) and at least two material conveying units (2) which are combined in series; the feeding unit (1) is provided with an upper discharging conveying belt (11) and a lower discharging conveying belt (12); each material conveying unit (2) is provided with an upper conveying belt (21), a lower conveying belt (22), a material stopping mechanism (3) for stopping the material of the upper conveying belt (21), an upper feeding mechanism (4) for conveying the stopped material to the sewing unit (8) on one side, a lifting mechanism (5) for lowering the material of the sewing unit (8) to the plane of the lower conveying belt (22), and a lower feeding mechanism (6) for moving the material from the lifting mechanism (5) to the lower conveying belt (22); materials to be sewn are conveyed to the sewing unit (8) through the upper conveying belt (21) and the upper feeding mechanism (4) by the upper discharging conveying belt (11), and the sewn materials are conveyed to the lower discharging conveying belt (12) through the lifting mechanism (5) and the lower feeding mechanism (6).

The automatic feeding assembly line of the sewing machine according to claim 1, characterized in that: two sides of the feeding unit (1) are respectively provided with a feeding and discharging station; the feeding and discharging station is provided with a charging workbench (13) and a discharging roller component (14) positioned below the charging workbench (13).
