Simultaneously, assemble to the section bar and the stamping workpiece of the same specification, size repeatability is better, can assemble the section bar and the stamping workpiece of the same specification repeatedly.
The part discharging mechanism 7 further comprises a marking device 7-3 for carrying out laser marking on the assembled section bar in the part discharging process of the assembled section bar. fourthly, the stamping part grabbing mechanism 4 grabs the stamping part from the stamping part feeding mechanism 3, the stamping part is conveyed to the gluing mechanism 5 for gluing, the glued stamping part is pasted on the corresponding position of the section bar on the assembling mechanism 6, and the stamping part is clamped or fixed by the fourth clamping part 6-2;
the third step and the fourth step can be synchronously carried out with the first step and the second step, as long as the final section and the stamped part after being coated with glue can be timely or synchronously sent to the assembling mechanism 6;
fifthly, the screw tightening devices 2-4 of the section grabbing mechanism 2 automatically discharge screws and tighten the screws to realize connection and fixation between the sections and the stamping parts, namely, automatic assembly operation between the sections and the stamping parts is completed;
sixthly, the third clamping part 6-1 loosens the section bar, the fourth clamping part 6-2 loosens the stamping part, the section bar grabbing mechanism 2 moves the assembled section bar (including the stamping part) to the placing seat 7-1 of the lower part mechanism 7, the lifting seat 7-4 drives the assembled section bar to move step by step, in the moving process, the assembled section bar is subjected to laser marking through the marking equipment 7-3, and then when the assembled section bar is moved to the last placing seat 7-1, the section bar is manually taken out and placed.
