Referring to fig. 5A, a schematic diagram of a landscape state of the display apparatus in fig. 1 according to some embodiments of the present application is provided. The operation mode of the display in the horizontal screen state may be a horizontal screen media view mode, and the operation mode of the display in the vertical screen state may be a vertical screen media view mode, in fig. 5A, the display 275 in the display device 200 can be intuitively seen, and the controller 250 (not shown in fig. 5) in the display device 200 is further in communication connection with the server 300, and is used for calling the interface of the server 300 to obtain corresponding data. The display 275 in the display device 200 can be rotated by the stationary self test 276 and the control assembly can rotate the plane of the display screen and be used to display the user interface. In practical applications, the user may control the play mode, play content, etc. of the display device 200 through the control apparatus 100, where the play mode includes a horizontal screen media asset viewing mode and a vertical screen media asset viewing mode.
In one implementation, the display device 200 includes a securing assembly 276, the securing assembly 276 being capable of securing the display device 200 and controlling rotation of the display 275 to place the display 275 in either a landscape or portrait state under the control of the controller 250. In some embodiments, the fixing assembly 276 is fixed to the back of the display 275, the fixing assembly 276 is used for fixing to the wall surface, and the fixing assembly 276 receives control of the controller 250 to enable the display 275 to rotate in a flat plane, so that the display 275 is in a horizontal screen state and a vertical screen state, wherein the horizontal screen state refers to a state that the length of the display 275 in the horizontal direction is greater than the length in the vertical direction when the display 275 is seen from the front, and the vertical screen state refers to a state that the length of the display 275 in the horizontal direction is less than the length in the vertical direction when the display 275 is seen from the front. Wherein, the vertical refers to the approximately vertical in the application, and the vertical screen direction refers to the approximately horizontal.
In the embodiment of the present application, the display 275 can rotate according to the user's requirement, the user can send an operation instruction for triggering rotation to the controller 250 according to the viewing requirement, the controller 250 receives and responds to the operation instruction for triggering rotation sent by the user, and the rotation state of the display 275 is converted, where the rotation state may include a horizontal screen state or a vertical screen state, the horizontal screen state corresponds to the horizontal screen media viewing mode, and the vertical screen state corresponds to the vertical screen media viewing mode.
In one implementation, during the startup of the display device, it is detected that the current display is in a landscape state, and a request is made to invoke an interface of the server 300, and a request for acquiring landscape homepage data is sent to the server 300. The server 300 responds to the acquisition request and issues the cross-screen homepage data to the controller 250. The controller 250 recognizes the cross-screen homepage data and controls the display 275 to display the cross-screen homepage according to the cross-screen homepage data. The display effect of the cross-screen home page may be as shown in fig. 5B in some embodiments.
In one implementation, while the display 275 is in the portrait state, the fixed component is controlled to rotate in response to an operation instruction to transition the display 275 from the current portrait state to the landscape state and to request invocation of an interface of the server 300, sending a request for acquisition of landscape homepage data to the server 300. The server 300 responds to the acquisition request and issues the cross-screen homepage data to the controller 250. The controller 250 recognizes the cross-screen homepage data and controls the display 275 to display the cross-screen homepage according to the cross-screen homepage data.
For example, when the user enters the vertical screen media viewing mode and browses short videos through the vertical screen homepage, the user wants to end the viewing of the short videos and want to view a television show, at which time the user may send an operation instruction to trigger rotation (e.g., trigger the viewing feature control in fig. 7A) to the controller 250, the controller 250 controls the display 275 to rotate and controls the display 275 to display a horizontal screen homepage under which the user displays or searches for a television show that is desired to be viewed.
In one implementation, after the display device is started, it detects that the display is in a portrait state, requests to call an interface of the server 300, and sends a request for acquiring portrait homepage data to the server 300. The server 300 responds to the data request and issues vertical screen homepage data to the controller 250. The controller 250 controls the display 275 to display a vertical screen homepage according to the received vertical screen homepage data. In some embodiments, the vertical screen home page may be as shown in FIG. 7B.
In one implementation, while the display 275 is in the landscape state, in response to an operation instruction, the fixed component is utilized to rotate to transition the display 275 from the current landscape state to the portrait state and to request invocation of an interface of the server 300, sending a request for acquisition of portrait homepage data to the server 300. The server 300 responds to the data request and issues vertical screen homepage data to the controller 250. The controller 250 controls the display 275 to display a vertical screen homepage according to the received vertical screen homepage data.
It should be noted that the horizontal screen homepage and the vertical screen homepage are different. In some embodiments, the horizontal screen homepage is mainly used for displaying horizontal media such as television dramas and movies, and the vertical screen homepage is mainly used for displaying vertical media such as short videos and cartoon.
In an embodiment of the present application, the controller 250 may also detect the current rotation state of the display 275, i.e., whether the current display 275 is in a landscape state or a portrait state.
Generally, the user will watch the cross screen media for a longer time, so the initial state of the display 275 will be taken as an example. After the display device is turned on, the controller 250 detects the state of the current display 275, that is, determines whether the state of the current display 275 is a landscape screen state, and after responding to the display 275 being in the landscape screen state, the controller 250 invokes an interface of the server 300 to send an acquisition request of the landscape screen homepage data to the server 300. The server 300 issues the cross-screen homepage data, and the controller 250 recognizes the cross-screen homepage data and controls the display 275 to display the cross-screen homepage.
Similarly, if the controller 250 determines that the current state of the display 275 is the portrait state, the interface of the server 300 is requested to be invoked in response to the display 275 being in the portrait state, and an acquisition request of the portrait homepage data is sent to the server 300. The server 300 issues the data of the vertical screen homepage, and the controller 250 controls the display 275 to display the horizontal screen homepage.
In some embodiments, the operation of triggering the acquisition of the horizontal screen homepage and the vertical screen homepage may also be an operation of returning to the homepage input by the user, where the processing manner of the display device is consistent with the processing manner after the television is started, and will not be described again.
For example, the acquired cross-screen homepage data may be home page navigation data. Referring to fig. 5A and 5B, a status bar (Top bar) 201 may be provided with weather and time information, and a channel bar (Tab bar) 202 includes various viewing channels, such as: my, select, drama, movie, etc., and the current focus in the figure is the movie channel. The home navigation data may include the individual channels in the channel bar 202 as well as the media asset data for the currently focused channel. The display device 200 displays the channel bar 202 and the asset data in the current fixed focus channel, such as the current page in the movie channel, in the landscape asset viewing mode.
Here, in order to optimize the above technical solution, the display apparatus 200 stores a vertical screen navigation ID (identification number, identity document) in advance. Among the data issued by the server 300, it can be considered as a specific navigation type for the vertical screen navigation ID, which is a unique identification of the vertical screen homepage. For example, the data organized for the home page may be different for different display devices, different models, or different regions, each having a unique identification, i.e., a home navigation ID. That is, the corresponding vertical screen navigation ID is different for different display devices in different regions.
In one implementation, after the server 300 receives the cross-screen homepage data request sent by the controller 250, the vertical screen navigation ID of the vertical screen homepage may be issued to the controller 250 as a specific navigation data type in addition to feeding back the corresponding cross-screen homepage data to the controller. After the controller 250 controls the display 275 to normally display the home page navigation data of the horizontal screen, the received vertical screen navigation ID is cached to the local, and when the subsequent needs to be converted into the vertical screen media resource viewing mode are performed, the controller 250 can directly use the received home page navigation data, so that the controller 250 can obtain the vertical screen navigation ID specially from the server 300, and the conversion efficiency of the subsequent vertical screen media resource viewing mode can be improved.
Of course, the controller 250 may also separately request to invoke the interface of the server 300 and send an acquisition request of the vertical screen navigation ID, and the server 300 responds to the acquisition request and issues the vertical screen navigation ID to the controller 250. The controller 250 buffers the response-to-vertical screen navigation ID to the local.
In some embodiments, the display device also stores a landscape screen navigation ID for requesting a landscape screen homepage, and the use manners of the landscape screen navigation ID and the portrait screen navigation ID are similar and will not be described herein again
The description of the cross-screen media viewing mode is entered normally after the display device 200 is started. When a user has a need for a portrait media viewing mode, the display device 200 needs to be rotated by a stationary assembly.
In one implementation, a user may input an operation instruction to trigger rotation to the display device 200, so that the display device 200 is converted from a horizontal state to a vertical state, that is, from a horizontal view mode to a vertical view mode.
For example, in the horizontal screen media view mode, a corresponding vertical screen media section may be configured on the recommended site in the "select" channel in the channel bar 202, and when the user selects the vertical screen media section through the control device 100, the display 275 may be triggered to rotate. Alternatively, the user inputs an operation instruction to rotate the television by a voice instruction or the like, and triggers the display 275 to perform a rotation operation.
The above-mentioned issuing process of the rotation command may be understood as an active input, after which the controller 250 triggers the display 275 to rotate by controlling the fixed component. During rotation of the display 275, the controller 250 invokes the navigation details interface of the server 300 according to the locally pre-stored vertical screen navigation ID, and sends a vertical screen homepage data acquisition request to the server 300, which may include the individual channels in the channel bar 204 under the vertical screen homepage, and the corresponding media asset data in each channel. Data for status bar 203 may also be included.
The vertical screen homepage data and the vertical screen navigation ID are in one-to-one correspondence. In some implementations, based on other factors such as copyrights of media assets, a "short video" channel and a "cartoon" channel may be online in Shandong province, and a "short video" channel and an "application" channel may be online in Jiangsu province, and the vertical screen homepage data corresponding to each vertical screen navigation ID is different.
The server 300 issues vertical screen homepage data to the controller 250 in response to the vertical screen homepage data acquisition request of the controller 250, and displays it on the display 200. In one implementation, any channel in the channel bar 204 in the portrait home page data is designated as the default focus. When the display 275 rotates to a preset angle, the user is fixed focus on the home page of the vertical screen under the default focus, and loads the media data under the channel corresponding to the default focus. Referring to fig. 6, an interface diagram of the display device in fig. 1 when rotated to a predetermined angle is provided according to some embodiments of the present application. As shown in fig. 6, in the portrait home page data, the "short video" channel is designated as the default focus, and the display 275 is pinned to the first video in the "short video" channel. The preset angle is larger than 0 degrees and smaller than 90 degrees, and can be selected and set according to practical application conditions.
In some embodiments, the switching of the horizontal screen homepage and the vertical screen homepage may occur after the display rotates to a preset angle, for example, the preset angle is 45 °, during the rotation, the display is not switched to the homepage corresponding to the rotated rotation state before 45 °, and the display is switched again at 45 °.
When the display 275 rotates to the portrait state, the media data corresponding to the channel at the default focus in the portrait page is automatically played in sequence. In some embodiments, the optimal state for the portrait media viewing mode may be the state that is presented after display 275 is rotated 90 ° from the landscape state. When the display 275 is rotated to 90 deg., the first video in the "short video" channel is automatically played, the second video can be automatically played after the first video is played, and so on.
In addition, the second channel column in the vertical screen homepage data is independently configured arrangement data compared with the first channel column in the horizontal screen homepage data, and the two displayed data are different. Because the categories of vertical and horizontal media are still different, e.g., movies, dramas, etc. are typically horizontal media, short videos, etc. are typically vertical media, the channel types are also different. According to the application, aiming at the vertical media assets, the data in the channel column 204 are rearranged, so that a user can find the corresponding vertical media assets in a vertical screen media asset viewing mode more conveniently, different media asset contents can be better represented, and the user experience is improved.
Besides the above-mentioned active input rotation instruction triggering the display to rotate, the embodiment of the application also provides another mode for triggering the display to switch the playing mode, namely, the controller passively receives the rotation instruction.
In one implementation, when the user browses the media asset data in the cross-screen homepage, if any one of the vertical media assets in the cross-screen homepage is selected, the display 275 may be triggered to rotate.
The above process can be regarded as passive triggering of the display device 200, when the user clicks any vertical media asset, the controller 250 controls the fixed component to switch the display 275 from the horizontal state to the vertical state, and in the rotating process, the controller 250 loads the vertical media asset selected by the user, and after the loading is completed, the vertical media asset waits for playing. In response to the display 275 rotating to the portrait state, the controller 250 controls the display 275 to play the portrait media when the display 275 is loaded to the portrait state, such as after a 90 rotation.
So far, the display 275 has been converted to the portrait state, and the controller 250 transmits a portrait homepage data acquisition request to the server 300 according to a trigger action (e.g., an operation to return to the homepage) input by the user and according to a previously stored portrait navigation ID, in the process of the display 275 playing the portrait media asset selected by the user.
The above-mentioned triggering action of the user may be, for example, that the user clicks the "back" button on the control device 100, and the trigger controller reads the local vertical screen navigation ID, and sends the vertical screen homepage data acquisition request to the server 300 based on the vertical screen navigation ID.
Similarly, the server 300 responds to the request for obtaining the home page data of the home page of the vertical screen of the controller 250, issues the home page data of the vertical screen to the controller 250, designates any channel as a default focus, and the display 275 is focused on the default focus, loads the media data of the channel corresponding to the default focus, and sequentially and automatically plays the media data of the channel corresponding to the default focus.
Further, referring to fig. 7A, a schematic diagram of a vertical screen media view mode when the display device in fig. 6 is rotated to a vertical screen state according to some embodiments of the present application is provided. In contrast to fig. 6 and 7A, after the display 200 is rotated to the portrait state, a delay operation is set in order to enhance the user experience. The channel bar is displayed for a preset time after the display 275 is rotated to the portrait state, and the channel bar 204 is automatically hidden after the preset time has elapsed.
In the horizontal screen media viewing mode, the channel bar 202 is not automatically hidden when the homepage is displayed, and the user needs to frequently change channels by using the channel bar 202 because the user actively searches for the video content to be watched in the horizontal screen state. However, when the user enters the vertical screen media asset viewing mode, the user needs to automatically view the vertical screen media asset, for example, when brushing short videos, the user only needs to automatically play the videos, or when viewing the cartoon, the user only needs to automatically play the cartoon of each frame. At this time, once the user enters the desired channel, the user does not need to frequently change the channel, so that the channel bar 204 can be hidden after a period of time, and the experience of the user in the vertical screen media viewing mode is improved. The preset time may be 2 seconds, and of course, the preset time may also be adjusted according to the actual application situation.
It should be noted that, when the user has a need to change channels, the control device 100 may operate, for example, click an "up" button on the control device 100 to display the channel bar 204. In addition, the user may also switch channels by "left" and "right" buttons on the control device 100, for example, by "short video" to "cartoon" or "application".
In order to further optimize the technical scheme, in the transverse screen media resource viewing mode, a first status bar is arranged at the top of a transverse screen homepage, the first status bar comprises a plurality of first status controls, and the first status controls are configured to be capable of acquiring focuses. In the portrait media asset viewing mode, a second status bar is provided at the top of the portrait home page, the second status bar including a plurality of second status controls configured to not obtain focus. In some embodiments, the focal point is not available in the portrait state, and when a user needs to switch the signal source or set the network, the user needs to control the display to enter the landscape state, and in the landscape state, the control in the first status bar is selected, or in the landscape state, the switching of the signal source or the setting of the network is completed through other operations. The reason that the second state control is configured to be unavailable to the focus in the vertical screen state is to enable the display device and the mobile terminal to keep consistency in use habit, and the focus is prevented from moving to the second state column by mistake when a user operates the display device through the remote controller. In some embodiments, the judicial status bar and the second status bar are both located uppermost in the interface.
In one implementation, the number of second state controls is less than the number of first state controls, both including a time control for showing time, and/or a weather control for showing weather, etc. The method is characterized in that the transverse length of the screen is smaller than that of the screen, and the number of the controls is reduced to ensure the friendliness of the interactive interface, so that only the controls for displaying the necessary states can be reserved.
In the horizontal screen media viewing mode, the user mainly uses the display function of the display 275, and the next media content is played in the state of automatically playing the media instead of the user switching one by one. Therefore, in the vertical screen media view mode, the present application should minimize the user's interaction with the display 275, and reduce the number of additional operations performed by the user while viewing the vertical screen media. Furthermore, the status bar displays information such as weather, time, etc., and the user selects the information, and only wants to do some operations of setting, for example, the weather display is "weather symbol+text+temperature+celsius", the display form of the weather can be changed by setting, or the time is set, etc. The application sets the status bar 201 in the vertical screen media view mode as an unavailable focus, and the user does not need to do the setting operation any more in the vertical screen state, if necessary, the status bar 201 can be operated in the horizontal screen media view mode.
In one implementation, the first state control in the landscape screen homepage includes a search control for calling up the search interface, and the second state control in the portrait screen homepage does not include a search control for calling up the search interface. Of course, in the portrait state, the search interface is only called up in response to received voice input.
Similarly, when the user automatically browses the vertical screen media asset in the vertical screen media asset viewing mode, in general, the program of each channel is refreshed in a bottomless line manner, that is, the user can watch the program of the channel by turning down the page, and the user can control the focus to move on the channel bar control through the left-right key without performing the operation of the search interface, so that when the display 275 is switched from the horizontal screen state to the vertical screen state, the search control in the status bar is not displayed in the vertical screen homepage any more. Of course, when the user is browsing vertical media, the user needs to use a search control, and the user can control the search control through operations such as voice instructions, and the controller 250 in the display device 200 can respond to the received voice input to call out the search interface.
According to the application, the user can rotate the display according to the type of the media asset to be watched, so that the conversion from the horizontal screen media asset watching mode to the vertical screen media asset watching mode is realized. And when the vertical media asset is watched in the vertical screen media asset watching mode, the aspect ratio of the vertical media asset is consistent with the screen proportion, so that the vertical media asset is full of the whole screen, and cannot be deformed due to amplification, and the user experience is greatly improved.
FIG. 7B is a schematic illustration of a home interface in a portrait state, in some embodiments.
Fig. 8 is a flowchart illustrating a control method of a user interface of a display device according to some embodiments of the present application. As shown in fig. 8, the method mainly comprises the following steps:
s801: and receiving an operation instruction which is input by a user and triggers rotation.
The user can set the display to be in a horizontal screen state or a vertical screen state according to the different types of the media materials watched by the user. In one implementation, when a user needs to debug the display state, an operating instruction that can trigger the display to rotate may be sent to the controller.
S802: and if the display is in the vertical screen state, the controller responds to the operation instruction, so that the fixed component rotates the display, sends a request for acquiring the transverse screen homepage data to the server, and controls the display to display the transverse screen homepage according to the received transverse screen homepage data.
In one implementation, when the display is in the portrait state, the fixed component is controlled to rotate in response to the operation instruction so as to enable the display to be converted into the landscape state from the current portrait state, and an acquisition request of the landscape homepage data is sent to the server. The server transmits the data of the horizontal screen homepage to the controller. The controller controls the display to display the transverse screen homepage according to the received transverse screen homepage data.
S803: and if the display is in a horizontal screen state, responding to the operation instruction, enabling the fixed component to rotate the display, sending a request for acquiring the vertical screen homepage data to the server, and controlling the display to display the vertical screen homepage according to the received vertical screen homepage data.
In one implementation, when the display is in a landscape state, the fixed component is utilized to rotate in response to an operation instruction to convert the display from a current landscape state to a portrait state, and an acquisition request of portrait homepage data is sent to the server. The server transmits the vertical screen homepage data to the controller. The controller controls the display to display the vertical screen homepage according to the received vertical screen homepage data. The user plays the transverse media assets on the transverse screen homepage, and the vertical screen homepage is used for playing the vertical media assets, which are different.
In the control method provided by the embodiment of the application, the controller can also detect the current state of the display. Even if the instruction of the user is not received when the display device is started, a homepage needs to be presented to the user, and fig. 9 is a flow chart of a control method of a user interface of the display device according to some embodiments of the present application, as shown in fig. 9:
S901: the controller responds to the starting of the display equipment end to detect the current rotation state of the display, wherein the rotation state comprises a horizontal screen state or a vertical screen state;
in the application, the display device comprises a horizontal screen state and a vertical screen state, and the two states respectively correspond to the horizontal screen homepage and the vertical screen homepage and are different. In one implementation, after a user initiates a display device side, the controller can detect which state the display is currently in.
S902: if the display is in a horizontal screen state, the controller sends a request for acquiring horizontal screen homepage data to the server, and controls the display to display a horizontal screen homepage according to the received horizontal screen homepage data;
the controller is in communication connection with the server, and in one implementation, when the controller detects that the display is currently in a horizontal screen state, the controller responds to the display being in the horizontal screen state, and requests to call a corresponding interface on the server to acquire horizontal screen homepage data. After the server responds to the request and issues the cross-screen page data, the controller controls the user interface to display a cross-screen homepage, and at this time, the user enters a cross-screen media resource viewing mode.
S903: and if the display is in the vertical screen state, the controller requests the server for vertical screen homepage data, and controls the display to display the vertical screen homepage according to the received vertical screen homepage data.
In one implementation, when the controller detects that the display is currently in the portrait state, the controller responds to the display being in the portrait state and requests to invoke a corresponding interface on the server to perform a request for acquiring the portrait homepage data. After the server responds to the request and transmits the vertical screen page data, the controller controls the user interface to display a vertical screen homepage, and at the moment, the user enters a vertical screen media resource viewing mode, namely, the user browses corresponding media resource data through the vertical screen homepage.
In this way, the display device sends requests to the server, respectively, depending on the data used. That is, when the horizontal screen media asset viewing mode is required to be entered, horizontal screen homepage data is requested to the server, and when the vertical screen media asset viewing mode is required to be entered, vertical screen homepage data is requested to the server. In one implementation, when the mobile terminal is started in a horizontal screen state, first, horizontal screen homepage data are requested to a server, and after the server responds, the horizontal screen homepage and corresponding media data are displayed. Along with the change of the user demand, when the user needs to watch the vertical media asset, the display equipment requests the vertical screen homepage data, and after the server responds, the vertical screen homepage and the corresponding media asset data are displayed.
Furthermore, considering that the display device may be in a horizontal screen state or in a vertical screen state when being powered on, some embodiments of the present application further provide another control method for a user interface of the display device.
Fig. 10 is a flowchart illustrating another control method of a user interface of a display device according to some embodiments of the present application. As shown in fig. 10, the method mainly includes the steps of:
s1001: the controller sends a homepage data request to the server;
s1002: the controller caches the received homepage data to the local;
in some embodiments, after the display device is powered on, a request for data is made by the controller requesting to invoke a corresponding interface on the server. After receiving the homepage data request, the server issues homepage data to the controller. Wherein the homepage data includes horizontal screen homepage data and vertical screen homepage data. The controller stores both types of data locally.
S1003: the controller responds to the display in a horizontal screen state, and invokes horizontal screen homepage data in the homepage data, and displays a horizontal screen homepage on a user interface;
s1004: and the controller is used for calling the vertical screen homepage data in the homepage data and displaying the vertical screen homepage on a user interface in response to the display being in the vertical screen state.
Thus, after the display device is started, the homepage data is acquired from the server, and the homepage data comprises the horizontal screen homepage data and the vertical screen homepage data. According to different requirements of a user, when the user needs to enter a transverse screen media resource viewing mode, the controller responds to the display in a transverse screen state, invokes transverse screen homepage data, and controls the display to display. When a user needs to enter a vertical screen media information watching mode, the display is converted into a vertical screen state from a horizontal screen state, and the controller responds to the display being in the vertical screen state, retrieves vertical screen homepage data and controls the display to display.
In some embodiments, during operation of the display device, the user enters the historical behavior interface through a preset voice command (e.g., view My favorites) or by clicking on a preset control (e.g., my) in the channel bar.
A schematic diagram of a home page interface in the display device 200 according to an exemplary embodiment is illustrated in fig. 11. As shown in fig. 11, the user interface includes a plurality of view display areas, illustratively including a first view display area 1101 and a second view display area 1102, in each of which one or more different items are laid out. And a selector for indicating any item is selected, and the selector can be input by a user to change the selection of different items.
The plurality of view display areas may be visible or invisible. Such as: different view display areas can be marked by different background colors of the view display areas, visual marks such as boundary lines and invisible boundaries can be also arranged. There may also be no visible or non-visible boundaries, but only the associated items in a range of areas displayed on the screen, with the same changing properties of size and/or arrangement, which range of areas is looked at as the presence of boundaries of the same view partition, such as: the items in the first view display region 1101 are simultaneously zoomed out or zoomed in, while the second view display region 1102 is differently changed.
In some embodiments, one or more of the view display regions may be a scalable view display. "scalable" may mean that the view display area is scalable in size or duty cycle on the screen, or that the items in the view display are scalable in size or duty cycle on the screen.
"item" refers to a visual object displayed in each view display area of the user interface in the display device 200 to represent corresponding content such as an icon, a thumbnail, a video clip, and the like. For example: the items may represent movies, image content or video clips of a television show, audio content of music, applications, or other user access content history information.
In some embodiments, an "item" may display an image thumbnail. Such as: when the item is a movie or a television show, the item may be displayed as a poster of the movie or television show. If the item is music, a poster of the music album may be displayed. If the item is an application, an icon may be displayed as the application, or a screenshot of the content of the application may be captured when the application was executed most recently. If the item is a user access history, the item can be displayed as a content screenshot in the latest execution process. The "item" may be displayed as a video clip. Such as: video clip dynamic pictures of a trailer of a television or television show.
Further, the item may represent an interface or an interface set display in which the display device 200 is connected to an external device, or may represent an external device name or the like connected to the display device. Such as: a signal source input interface set, an HDMI interface, a USB interface, a PC terminal interface, and the like.
By way of example, as in fig. 12A, text and/or icons for some common applications are in the first view display region 1101, wherein each item may include text content and/or an image for displaying a thumbnail associated with the text content, or a video clip associated with the text, or the like. In the second view display area 202 for displaying some systems, system-related text and/or icons.
The "selector" is used to indicate that any item therein has been selected, such as a cursor or an object of focus. The cursor movement on the display device 200 is controlled to select or control items according to user input through the control apparatus 100. The control item may be selected according to a user input through the control apparatus 100, movement of the display focus object in the display device 200 may be caused, one or more of which may be selected or controlled. Such as: the user can select and control items by controlling movement of the focus object between the items by means of the directional key on the control device 100.
The focus object refers to an object that moves between items according to user input. Illustratively, the focus object position is achieved or identified by drawing a bold line through the item edges as in FIG. 7 a. In other embodiments, the focus form is not limited to examples, and may be a form in which a cursor or the like is tangible or intangible to a user, such as a form in which a 3D deformation of an item is possible, and may also change the mark of a border line, size, color, transparency, outline, and/or font of a text or image of the focused item.
In some embodiments, different contents or links are respectively associated with each item in each view display area. It should be noted that, in this embodiment, the view display areas are arranged horizontally in the screen, and may be arranged longitudinally or arranged at any other angle in the practical application process.
In other embodiments, the user interface may include one or more view display regions, and in particular, the number of view display regions on the display screen may be laid out according to the different amounts of category content to be displayed.
Based on the fact that a plurality of items are displayed in the first view area 1101, and the content of the items recommended to the user by default by the system may not be preferred by the user or the items ranked first are not commonly used by the user, the embodiment also provides a function that the user can edit the order of the items installed in the first view area 1101 and delete some of the items according to personal preference.
An operation diagram of moving the order of items in the home interface of the display device 200 by the control apparatus 100 is exemplarily shown in fig. 12A to 12F. Within the view display area, there is displayed a row of items, which in this embodiment is called a mainTile row, and this row is designed to have a total of 3 state modes: normal mode (Normal), move mode (Move), and delete mode (Remove). Specifically, the user presses the UP key to enter the Move mode from Normal, and in the mode, the user performs the LEFT or RIGHT key operation to Move the selected target item, and then presses the BACK key to restore to Normal mode; meanwhile, in the Move mode, the user continuously presses the UP key to ENTER the Remove mode from Move, and in the Move mode, the user performs the UP key or ENTER key operation to delete the selected target item and then returns to the Normal mode, and in addition, presses the BACK key twice or the EXIT key, returns to the Normal mode directly. It should be noted that, the above key operation may also be performed by other control modes such as a key or voice, and this embodiment is only for describing a switching procedure between a Normal mode (Normal), a moving mode (Move) and a delete mode (Remove), and an operation that can be performed in each mode.
As shown in fig. 12A, a total of 7 items are presented in the first view display region 1101, and the current focus is on the second item, i.e., item 2 in the drawing. After the user presses the RIGHT key on the control device 100, the focus will be switched from the second item to the third item, and it should be noted that in this embodiment, the items in the main line are displayed in a fixed focus manner (i.e. the manner in which the focus is fixed in the user interface), and in a specific implementation process, the items may also be displayed in a non-fixed focus manner.
Further, under the user interface in fig. 12B, if the user presses the UP button, the display mode of the mainTile line will enter the Move mode from Normal, in which the selected target item, i.e., item 3, is fixedly displayed in the middle position of the screen in the focus pattern, while the rest of the items (referred to as the sub mainTile line in this embodiment) are changed in terms of the translateY (longitudinal offset) and translateX, and are displayed in the non-focus pattern in cooperation with the focus position (i.e., the display position of item 3), i.e., the user interface as shown in fig. 12C. At this time, the user presses the RIGHT key twice on the control device 100, which represents the position of the two items to be moved RIGHT on the focus, so that the sub-mainTile line is moved left by the width of the two items, and thus the item 3 is moved to the position between the items 5 and 6, i.e., the user interface as shown in fig. 12D. The user continues the RIGHT key on control device 100 and item 3 is moved to the tail of the item queue of the mainTile line, i.e., the user interface shown in fig. 12E. In the user interface in fig. 12E, when the user presses the BACK key on the control device 100, the Normal mode is directly restored, and the page display is updated according to the data array mainTileData after the item is moved, so as to obtain the user interface shown in fig. 12F, and realize that the item 3 is moved to the tail of the queue.
An operation diagram of deleting an item in the home interface of the display apparatus 200 by the control device 100 is exemplarily shown in fig. 13A and 13B. Under the user interface shown in fig. 12C, when the user presses the UP key on the control device 100, the Remove mode is entered, in which the user interface shown in fig. 13A is obtained by changing the translotey value of the target item (i.e., item 3) to be moved upward while changing the display style thereof. On this basis, if the user presses the UP key or the ENTER key on the control device 100, the target item (i.e., item 3) is deleted and then returns to Normal mode, and the setting focus of the embodiment is automatically attached to one item after the target item, i.e., item 4, but may also be other items, so as to obtain the user interface shown in fig. 13B; if the user presses the BACK key twice or the EXIT key after entering the Remove mode, the Normal mode is directly restored, i.e., returned to the user interface shown in fig. 13B. It should be noted that, in this embodiment, only the item 3 in the main line is taken as an example, and in the implementation process, any other item in the line may also be used.
The present embodiment shows in a first aspect a display device 200, which display device 200 may be a rotary television, i.e. the display 275 may be rotated clockwise or counter-clockwise in a vertical plane to place the display in a portrait or landscape state, so that it may operate in two rotated states, one being the landscape state illustrated in fig. 1 and the other being the portrait state illustrated in fig. 1 by the mobile terminal 100B.
The rotary television can be set to be turned on by default to enter a horizontal screen state, a user can send a rotation instruction to the rotary television through the mobile terminal 100B, the remote controller 100A or a rotation control on the rotary television, and the controller 250 rotates the display 275 to be in a vertical screen state according to the rotation instruction; or the rotary television is started up by default to enter a vertical screen state, a user can send a rotation instruction to the rotary television, and the controller 250 rotates the display 275 to be in a horizontal screen state according to the rotation instruction; the rotary television can also be set to a default state of rotation after power-on and before power-on. After the rotary television is turned on, the user may rotate the display 275 to another rotation state according to the rotation instruction by issuing the rotation instruction to the rotary television by the controller 250. The rotation state identifier of the display 275 is stored in the controller 250 or the memory 260 of the display device, for example, the rotation state identifier may be 0 or 1, where 0 indicates that the display 275 is in a landscape state and 1 indicates that the display 275 is in a portrait state, and when the rotation state of the display 275 changes, the controller 250 updates the rotation state identifier stored in the controller 250 or the memory 260.
The rotary television can acquire horizontal screen media assets and vertical screen media assets from media asset providers such as a glowing server, a cool server and an aide server. The horizontal screen media assets refer to media assets suitable for horizontal screen playing, such as movies, television drama feature films and the like, and the vertical screen media assets refer to media assets suitable for vertical screen playing, such as vertical short videos and the like, shot and uploaded through the mobile terminal 100B. In order to obtain a good viewing effect, a user can view or collect a transverse screen media asset when the rotating electricity is in a transverse screen state; when the rotating electricity is regarded as a vertical screen state, the system can record the historical watching behavior and/or collecting behavior of the user in different screen states when watching or collecting the vertical screen media asset. After a user views the horizontal screen media asset or the vertical screen media asset and collects the horizontal screen media asset or the vertical screen media asset on the rotary television, the rotary television can display the historical collection of the user on the user interface, wherein the historical collection comprises the view media asset and the collection media asset.
In the portrait state, a primary interface and a secondary interface may be drawn by the controller 250 to expose the user's historical collection.
The controller 250 may set the display 275 to display a portrait home page when the rotary television is turned on and then in a portrait state, which may be a primary interface for showing a user's history collection in the portrait state. When the rotary television is turned on, the controller 250 needs to draw an interface on the home page of the vertical screen, so that the display 275 can display the drawn interface.
When entering the home page, the controller 250 in the display device 200 may read the identity information of the display device 200 and the rotation state identifier of the display 275, and then generate a device request including the above information and the history collection request information, where the device request may be referred to as a user history collection acquisition request, where the identity information may be information such as a member account number, a MAC address, or a device code corresponding to the display device 200, and in this embodiment, the identity information is selected as a member account number, so that after logging in different member account numbers on the display device 200, the history collection corresponding to the member account numbers can be acquired.
In some embodiments, the user history collection acquisition request may be triggered by a control (e.g., the "my" control in fig. 5A or 7B) on a primary interface (e.g., the home page shown in fig. 5A or 7B).
The controller 250 sends the device request to the television vendor's server through the gateway. As shown in fig. 14, the television manufacturer's server is provided with an online subsystem, a member subsystem, and other subsystems. The online subsystem is arranged at the front end of the server, can interact with the display device 200 and the subsystem at the rear end of the server, and the member subsystem and other subsystems are all subsystems arranged at the rear end of the server. The member subsystem stores the historical collection of the user in the horizontal screen mode, the historical collection of the user in the vertical screen mode and some other member data such as member grades, member login records and the like, wherein the watching medium resource and the collection medium resource in the historical collection record the medium resource type and the watching time. The other subsystems may include multiple subsystems, and subsystems other than the online subsystem and the member subsystem in the television manufacturer's server may be collectively referred to as other subsystems.
The online subsystem is provided with a home page interface, the home page interface is connected with a database of the online subsystem, and vertical screen home page arrangement data and horizontal screen home page arrangement data of the display equipment 200 are stored in the database of the online subsystem. The vertical screen home page arrangement data comprises column types set by the vertical screen home page, the number of recommended bits set by each column and the media type supported by the recommended bits, the preset ID of the vertical screen, the horizontal screen home page arrangement data comprises column types set by the horizontal screen home page, the number of recommended bits set by each column and the media type supported by the recommended bits, and the preset ID of the horizontal screen. The online subsystem may be communicatively coupled to a plurality of display devices 200 in response to device requests from the plurality of display devices 200. The online subsystem obtains the identity information of the display device 200 and the rotation state of the display device 200 as a vertical screen or a horizontal screen according to the device request, and then obtains the history collection of the identity information in the vertical screen or the horizontal screen state from the member subsystem.
In one embodiment, taking the vertical screen state as an example, when the online subsystem acquires the history collection in the vertical screen state from the member subsystem, the recommended bit number, the recommended bit type and the media resource type of the supported display of the recommended bit of the vertical screen home page can be obtained according to the vertical screen home page arrangement data. If the recommendation position supports displaying the media assets of the plurality of media asset types, viewing media assets or collecting media assets under the plurality of media asset types are required to be acquired respectively.
For example, according to the recommendation bit type of the vertical screen home page comprising a historical viewing recommendation bit and a historical collection recommendation bit, wherein the number of the recommendation bits is 5, the media resource types supported by the recommendation bit comprise A products and N products, and the latest collection media resource and the latest viewing media resource of the A products with the size (number) of 5 can be obtained, namely, the collection media resource and the viewing media resource of 5A products; and acquiring the collection media assets and the viewing media assets of N products with the size (quantity) of 5, namely, the collection media assets or the viewing media assets of 5N products, wherein the A products and the N products can be different types of media assets, such as short videos and cartoon pictures. When collecting media assets and watching media assets from the member subsystem, the latest media assets are obtained according to the time sequence.
Taking the online subsystem as an example of acquiring the collection media resources from the member subsystem, since there may be cases that the collection media resources of the product a and the collection media resources of the product N are all less than 5, the size when acquiring the collection media resources may be set to be greater than the number of recommended positions, so that the display 275 can display more collection records. The acquisition quantity can also be determined according to the mode of acquiring the collection media asset from the member subsystem when acquiring the watching media asset.
After the online subsystem acquires the collected media assets of the display device 200 from the member subsystem, the collected media assets of all acquired media asset types can be combined and ordered according to the time sequence, and the collected media assets with the latest time and the number of recommended positions are extracted. The method for acquiring and extracting the viewing media resources from the member subsystem by the online subsystem may refer to the method for acquiring and collecting the media resources, which is not described herein.
After the online subsystem finishes extracting the collected media resources and the watched media resources, generating a first user history collection according to the extracted collected media resources and the watched media resources, and transmitting the first user history collection to the rotary television.
The rotary television controller 250 draws the portrait home page based on the first user history collection and the portrait home page layout data.

The first preset weight comprises a weight of a horizontal screen history behavior and a weight of a vertical screen history behavior, wherein the weight of the horizontal screen history behavior refers to a horizontal screen history behavior duty ratio in the user history behavior to be subjected to content analysis, and the weight of the vertical screen history behavior refers to a vertical screen history behavior duty ratio in the user history behavior to be subjected to content analysis.
The recommendation subsystem may set two first preset weights, which correspond to two rotation states of the rotation television respectively, wherein when the current rotation state of the rotation television is a vertical screen state, the first preset weights may be set such that the weight of the horizontal screen historical behavior is lower than the weight of the vertical screen historical behavior, for example, the weight of the vertical screen historical behavior is 80%, and the weight of the horizontal screen historical behavior is 20%; when the current rotation state of the rotary television is a horizontal screen state, the first preset weight may be set to be higher than the weight of the horizontal screen history behavior, for example, the weight of the horizontal screen history behavior is 80% and the weight of the vertical screen history behavior is 20%.
In some embodiments, the historical behavior weight for the current rotation state is 100% and the historical behavior weight for the other rotation state is 0.
For example, when a rotary television, such as a television a, sends a media asset recommendation request including that the current rotation state of the television a is a vertical screen state to a server of the rotary television, a recommendation subsystem obtains user history behaviors corresponding to the television a from a member subsystem, the obtained user history behaviors include horizontal screen history behaviors and vertical screen history behaviors, the total number of horizontal screen history media asset data watched and collected by a user is m according to the horizontal screen history behaviors, and the total number of vertical screen history media asset data watched and collected by the user is n according to the user vertical screen history behaviors. The recommendation subsystem weights 20% according to the horizontal screen history behavior in the vertical screen state, 80% according to 20%: and extracting horizontal screen historical media data and vertical screen historical media data according to the proportion of 80% to obtain a first quantity x of horizontal screen historical media data and a second quantity y of vertical screen historical media data, wherein y=x (80%/20%), and x=n (20%/80%).
And carrying out content analysis on the horizontal screen history media asset data and the vertical screen history media asset data to obtain media asset content labels, such as education, pets, funneling and the like. In one embodiment, the resource provider may set a content tag in the media asset data when providing the media asset data, and the recommendation subsystem may extract the content tag during content analysis; in another embodiment, the media data provided by the resource provider does not include a content tag, the recommendation subsystem may analyze the horizontal screen media data and the vertical screen media data according to a preset content analysis algorithm to obtain the content tag, and the content analysis algorithm may be implemented based on the prior art, which is not described in detail in the present application.
And the recommendation subsystem aggregates the content labels of the horizontal screen media asset data and the content labels of the vertical screen media asset data to obtain user behavior labels.
Step S23022: and screening user recommendation data which is suitable for the rotation state from the media resource library according to the user behavior label.
When the media resource recommendation request is a vertical screen home page request, each vertical screen media resource list set with the content labels in the media resource library consistent with the user behavior labels is used as the user recommendation media resource data.
When the media asset recommendation request is a horizontal screen home page request, each horizontal screen media asset subset with the content label consistent with the user behavior label in the media resource library is used as the user recommendation media asset data.
Step S23023: and obtaining collaborative recommendation data through a collaborative filtering algorithm.
In some embodiments, the recommended data obtained in step S23022 may be recommended to the user, and step S23023 may be performed continuously to achieve more refined recommendation.
The recommendation subsystem can acquire user history behaviors of different users from the member subsystem, obtain other users with the similarity of the user history behaviors and the user of the television A exceeding a preset threshold value, record the other users as collaborative users, acquire historical media data of the collaborative users, filter out the historical media data which are the same as the user of the television A from the historical media data of the users, and obtain collaborative recommendation data. The preset threshold may be set to 80%, and may be dynamically adjusted according to the number of users of the member subsystem and the similarity of the user history behaviors, for example, the preset threshold may be adjusted to be higher according to the number of users and the similarity of the user history behaviors, so as to provide more accurate collaborative recommendation media for the user of the television a, or the preset threshold may be adjusted to be lower according to the number of users and the similarity of the user history behaviors, so as to provide more diversified collaborative recommendation media for the user of the television a, and the preset threshold may also be adjusted according to other practical situations.
Step S23024: and screening the media asset data to be recommended from the candidate media asset data, wherein the candidate media asset data comprises user recommended media asset data and collaborative recommended media asset data, and the weight between the user recommended media asset data and the collaborative recommended media asset data is a second preset weight.
And sequencing the user recommended media asset data and the collaborative recommended media asset data according to the time sequence respectively, and selecting a certain amount of latest user recommended media asset data and latest collaborative media asset data according to the second preset weight to serve as media asset data to be recommended. The recommendation subsystem may set the second preset weight to be higher than the collaborative recommendation media data in the ratio of the user recommendation media data, for example, the user recommendation media data is 80%, and the second preset weight may also be adjusted according to the actual situation.
Furthermore, if the number of media asset data to be recommended, which is screened out according to the user recommended media asset data and the collaborative recommended media asset data, is smaller, the media asset data which has the total play amount in the media asset library meeting the preset play amount threshold and is suitable for the rotation state can be added into the media asset data to be recommended, wherein the play amount threshold can be set according to the actual situation.
Step S23025: and generating media asset recommendation data according to the media asset data to be recommended.
When determining the recommendation sequence of the media data to be recommended, the recommendation subsystem can sort the media data to be recommended according to the total play amount and the historical behavior of the user associated with the media data to be recommended, for example, by setting a priority. Priority from high to low can be divided into: the method comprises the steps of selecting to-be-recommended media data of a first priority from among the to-be-recommended media data, wherein the to-be-recommended media data of the first priority can be user-recommended media data and collaborative recommendation media data which are obtained according to historical behaviors of a user and are not watched by the user, the rest of the to-be-recommended media data of the second priority and the rest of the collaborative recommendation media data, and the to-be-recommended media data of a third priority is media data except the user-recommended media data and the collaborative recommendation media data in the to-be-recommended media data. And sequencing the media asset data to be recommended according to the priority from top to bottom, wherein the media asset data with the same priority can be arranged in reverse order according to the total play quantity.
And arranging the media asset data to be recommended according to the sorting mode to obtain the media asset recommendation data. The recommendation subsystem sends the media asset recommendation data to the vertical screen television terminal APP.
In addition to the media recommendation data calculation method shown in fig. 23B, the media recommendation data may be calculated by other methods. Taking the current rotation state as a vertical screen state as an example, the media resource recommendation data can be obtained only according to the media resource recommendation data of the user; or when calculating the user recommendation data, obtaining a user behavior tag according to the vertical screen history behavior of the user, and further obtaining the user recommendation data; in addition, there may be other methods, and this embodiment is not listed one by one. Step S2303: and controlling the display to display the media asset recommendation data.
When the rotation state of the rotary television is a vertical screen state, the vertical screen television terminal APP draws a vertical screen home page according to the media resource recommendation data and the home page arrangement data to obtain vertical screen home page data, and the display 275 presents the vertical screen home page on the rotary television according to the vertical screen home page data.
When the rotation state of the rotary television is a horizontal screen state, the vertical screen television terminal APP draws a horizontal screen home page according to the media resource recommendation data and the home page arrangement data to obtain horizontal screen home page data, and the display 275 presents the horizontal screen home page on the rotary television according to the horizontal screen home page data.
Furthermore, the user can acquire the media resource recommendation data on the horizontal screen home page and the vertical screen home page, and can enter a secondary page of the media resource recommendation data after selecting one media resource recommendation data, and the secondary page can display some media resource recommendation data, such as related media resource data of the media resource recommendation data selected by the user, wherein the related media resource data can be displayed after being triggered in response to a positive watching control or more watching controls arranged on the secondary page. The asset status may not correspond to the current rotation status of the rotating television. Therefore, for a media recommendation data, when a user selects the media recommendation data or controls the media recommendation data to play, it needs to be determined whether the rotating television needs to be rotated, which specifically comprises the following operations:
After receiving the selection operation of the media asset recommendation data, the controller controls the display to display a detail page of the selected media asset recommendation data, wherein the detail page comprises a play window and a play control; responding to the fact that the playing control is triggered, and the media resource state of the media resource recommendation data corresponding to the played control does not correspond to the current rotation state, and controlling the fixed component to rotate the display device; and responding to the triggering of the playing control, wherein the media resource state of the media resource recommendation data corresponding to the playing control corresponds to the current rotation state, and the rotation display of the fixed component is not controlled.
Or after receiving the selected operation of the media asset recommended data, the controller responds to the selected operation, and the media asset state of the media asset recommended data corresponding to the played control is not corresponding to the current rotation state, and the fixed component rotation display device is controlled; responding to the selected operation, and enabling the media resource state of the media resource recommendation data corresponding to the playing control to correspond to the current rotation state, and not controlling the rotation display of the fixed component.
