Detailed Description
In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present invention clearer and clearer, the present invention is further described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings and examples. It should be understood that the specific embodiments described herein are merely illustrative of the invention and do not limit the invention.
Because the smart phone has too many functions, some people can be overwhelmed and unsuitable. Especially for old people, many of the old people do not contact the computer, let alone the mobile touch screen operation equipment appearing later, and the change of the operation mode causes the old people not to adapt; and the existing remote control scheme, which initially creates a connection, needs to transmit key information by means of a server, and is complex to maintain.
The solution of the current products on the market is mainly devised from two aspects, one is the guidance operation aspect, and the text/picture/audio and video teaching is combined as far as possible; another aspect is that the interface interaction is as simplified as possible. However, if the user is not, the person who can provide the support is not at hand, and the problem is still unsolved.
Therefore, in order to solve the above-mentioned drawbacks of the prior art, the remote control method for a device according to the preferred embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 1, includes the following steps:
and step S10, when the controlled terminal needs operation help, the controlled terminal receives a preset trigger instruction and then starts networking, and sends a short message to the main control terminal.
Please refer to fig. 2, which is a flowchart of step S10 in the method for remotely controlling a device according to the present invention.
As shown in fig. 2, the step S10 includes:
s11, when the controlled terminal needs operation assistance, the controlled terminal receives any one of a plurality of preset trigger instructions which are preset;
s12, after receiving any one of the preset trigger instructions, the controlled terminal starts networking to be in a state of connecting the Internet, and sends the short message to the main control terminal according to an agreed format.
Specifically, the method further includes, before the step S10: the controlled terminal (the intelligent device a which needs to be remotely controlled for help, for example, the user at this end is a parent which often needs help) presets one or more main control terminals of a help object (i.e., the intelligent device B which can remotely operate to help the controlled terminal to perform relevant operations, for example, the user at this end is a child which can provide help) (e.g., a plurality of mobile phone numbers can be set according to the user's needs, one of the set numbers is selected to send a short message when actually seeking help, or a commonly used number is directly set, and the number is directly defaulted to receive the short message when actually seeking help is requested), or the mobile phone number of the main control terminal (the intelligent terminal B) is temporarily input (i.e., the number of the main control terminal is not set in advance, and the number which needs to send the short message is input in real time when actually seeking help is requested), which can be arbitrarily selected by the user at the controlled terminal, and is used for sending the short message to the main control terminal (the intelligent terminal B) after the controlled terminal (the intelligent terminal a preset trigger instruction is received.
The short message comprises key information necessary for establishing network connection between the controlled terminal and the main control terminal according to an agreed format (for example, the agreed format is a user name + an IP address); for example, the key information includes a user name and an IP address of the controlled terminal.
The preset trigger instruction comprises the following steps: setting the bright screen of the mobile phone to stay on a certain interface for a period of time without any operation, voice triggering, character triggering, indication diagram triggering, user click triggering, fingerprint triggering, symbol starting, entity key triggering and multi-touch screen mode triggering.
That is, any interface in the screen-lighting state, the real-time help mode is various, and help seeking initiation can be realized by:
(1) Setting the bright screen of the mobile phone to stay on a certain interface for a period of time without any operation, and then triggering when the bright screen of the mobile phone is met;
(2) Automatic voice triggering, for example, triggering after a controlled terminal (intelligent terminal a) receives a voice triggering instruction sent by a user;
(3) Triggering by characters or indication graphs, prompting that help is needed, please click XXX (such as a semitransparent floating ball), and triggering by clicking of a user;
(4) A certain set fingerprint trigger, such as a middle finger fingerprint, is triggered when the fingerprint identification of the controlled terminal (intelligent terminal A) detects the middle finger fingerprint of a user of the controlled terminal (intelligent terminal A);
(5) Triggering certain symbol operation on a set touch screen;
(6) Triggering a set operation mode of a certain entity key, for example, pressing the volume key for 3 seconds;
(7) And triggering in a set multi-touch screen mode.
That is to say, the above provides various ways of triggering the controlled terminal (intelligent terminal a) to ask for help from the main control terminal (intelligent terminal B) for remote connection control, and the forms are various, so that the controlled terminal (intelligent terminal a) can select any one of the triggering ways according to the preference and habit of the controlled terminal.
The controlled terminal (intelligent terminal A) and the main control terminal (intelligent terminal B) in the invention both have intelligent mutual-aid function, or the intelligent mutual-aid function is added in advance.
When the controlled terminal (intelligent terminal A) needs operation assistance, the controlled terminal (intelligent terminal A) receives any one (any one of the plurality of trigger modes) of a plurality of preset trigger instructions which are preset; and when the controlled terminal (intelligent terminal A) receives any one of the preset trigger instructions, starting networking to be in a state of connecting the Internet, and sending the short message to the main control terminal (intelligent terminal B) according to an agreed format (user name + IP address).
For example, after a controlled terminal (intelligent terminal a) triggers for help, the controlled terminal (intelligent terminal a) is set to be in a state of being connected with the internet, and a short message is sent to a set help object number (a main control terminal, namely, an intelligent terminal B), wherein the content of the short message contains key information (such as a user name and an IP address of the intelligent terminal a) necessary for establishing network connection according to an agreed format. Optionally, the user can choose whether to dial the number for calling, so that the help object can quickly know the situation and provide help.
And step S20, after the main control terminal receives the short message, the main control terminal automatically extracts and analyzes the short message through an intelligent mutual aid function, and initiates a request for controlling the controlled terminal to the controlled terminal.
Please refer to fig. 3, which is a flowchart of step S20 in the method for remotely controlling a device according to the present invention.
As shown in fig. 3, the step S20 includes:
s21, the main control terminal receives the short message sent by the controlled terminal, and the main control terminal automatically extracts and identifies the key information in the short message through an intelligent mutual aid function;
and S22, the master control terminal initiates a request for controlling the controlled terminal to the controlled terminal through an intelligent mutual-aid function according to the key information.
Specifically, the main control terminal (intelligent terminal B) receives the short message sent by the controlled terminal (intelligent terminal a), and the main control terminal (intelligent terminal B) automatically extracts and identifies the key information in the short message through an intelligent mutual aid function; and the main control terminal (intelligent terminal B) initiates a request for controlling the controlled terminal (intelligent terminal A) to the controlled terminal (intelligent terminal A) through an intelligent mutual aid function according to the key information. After receiving the help seeking short message, the intelligent terminal B automatically extracts and identifies the key information, and accordingly a control request is sent to the intelligent terminal A through a remote mutual help function.
And S30, after the controlled terminal receives the controlled request sent by the main control terminal, the controlled terminal projects the current interface mirror image to the main control terminal.
Please refer to fig. 4, which is a flowchart of step S30 in the method for remotely controlling a device according to the present invention.
As shown in fig. 4, the step S30 includes:
s31, the controlled terminal receives a control request sent by the main control terminal, and pops up a frame on a controlled terminal interface to prompt whether to accept remote control of the main control terminal;
and S32, after the controlled terminal clicks on an interface to receive the control request sent by the main control terminal, the controlled terminal projects the current interface mirror image to the main control terminal so as to realize the remote control of the main control terminal on the controlled terminal.
Specifically, after the controlled terminal (intelligent terminal a) receives the controlled request sent by the main control terminal (intelligent terminal B), a popup frame prompt (a text popup frame or a picture popup frame) is provided on the controlled terminal (intelligent terminal a) interface to prompt whether to accept remote control of the main control terminal (intelligent terminal B); after the controlled terminal (intelligent terminal A) clicks and receives the controlled request sent by the main control terminal (intelligent terminal B) on the interface, the controlled terminal (intelligent terminal A) projects the current interface mirror image to the main control terminal (intelligent terminal B) so as to realize the remote control of the main control terminal (intelligent terminal B) on the controlled terminal (intelligent terminal A).
Namely, whether the intelligent terminal A receives remote control of the intelligent terminal B is prompted by a popup box of the intelligent terminal A, and if the user of the intelligent terminal A clicks 'accept', the intelligent terminal B can remotely control the intelligent terminal A and interactively process contents.
And S40, the master control terminal sends the touch operation within the mirror image screen projection range to the controlled terminal, and the controlled terminal responds to the touch operation.
Please refer to fig. 5, which is a flowchart of step S40 in the method for remotely controlling a device according to the present invention.
As shown in fig. 5, the step S40 includes:
s41, when a mirror image screen projection range of the controlled terminal is displayed on an interface of the main control terminal, touch control operation of the main control terminal in the mirror image screen projection range is all sent to the controlled terminal through event control flows;
and S42, the controlled terminal receives an event control flow of touch operation of the main control terminal in a mirror image screen projection range, and executes response according to the event control flow.
Specifically, when a mirror image screen projection range of the controlled terminal (intelligent terminal a) is displayed on an interface of the master control terminal (intelligent terminal B), touch operation of the master control terminal (intelligent terminal B) in the mirror image screen projection range is all sent to the controlled terminal (intelligent terminal a) through event control flow; and the controlled terminal (intelligent terminal A) receives an event control flow of touch operation of the main control terminal (intelligent terminal B) in a mirror image screen projection range, and executes response according to the event control flow.
For example, the interface of the intelligent terminal A displays content data streams and transmits the content data streams to the intelligent terminal B at an acceptable frame rate, and the interface of the intelligent terminal A is displayed on the intelligent terminal B in a mirror image mode; the intelligent terminal B displays operation event control flow data in the interface area of the intelligent terminal A in a mirror image mode, the operation event control flow data are transmitted to the intelligent terminal A, and the intelligent terminal A analyzes the control flow data and executes the operation event control flow data; the intelligent terminal A and the intelligent terminal B learn the states of each other (such as whether the network is normal) through the state flow data.
As shown in fig. 6, a "remote mutual assistance" function item is newly added to the intelligent terminal a and the intelligent terminal B, and the function can be set to be turned on or turned off; setting a help-seeking triggering mode (if the fingerprint triggering mode is fingerprint triggering, recording fingerprints capable of triggering a help-seeking request together); setting a mobile phone number of a help seeking object (a plurality of numbers can be set according to needs, one of the numbers is selected when the help is actually sought, and if the number is left empty, a user inputs a specific mobile phone number of the help seeking object when the help is sought); in normal times, the remote mutual assistance function runs in the background, and the conventional operation of a user is not influenced. When the help is required, the intelligent terminal A triggers a help request according to a set mode and sends a short message to the mobile phone number of the help object. After receiving the short message, the intelligent terminal B sends an operation request for controlling the intelligent terminal A to the intelligent terminal A through a remote mutual assistance function. After the intelligent terminal A receives the control of the intelligent terminal B, the interface of the intelligent terminal A is displayed on the intelligent terminal B in a mirror mode, and the intelligent terminal B operates the mirror image display area through touch control to control the intelligent terminal A. And when the problem is clarified or solved, the intelligent terminal A or the intelligent terminal B can terminate the remote control process.
In the invention, when the intelligent terminal A needs help in operation, the equipment is quickly triggered (for example, after a certain user-defined fingerprint is pressed down), the equipment is networked, and a short message is sent to the intelligent terminal B, wherein the content of the short message comprises key information (such as a user name, an IP address and the like of the intelligent terminal A) required for establishing network connection between the intelligent terminal A and the intelligent terminal B. After receiving the information, the intelligent terminal B automatically extracts the short message for analysis by the intelligent mutual aid function, and then sends a request for controlling the intelligent terminal A to the intelligent terminal A. After the intelligent terminal A receives the image, the interface of the intelligent terminal A is subjected to screen projection to the intelligent terminal B, touch operation within a screen projection range on the intelligent terminal B is sent to the intelligent terminal A, and the intelligent terminal A responds to the operation, so that the effect of remotely controlling the intelligent terminal A through the intelligent terminal B is achieved. And ending the remote control until the problem is solved.
The invention is a software solution, does not need to increase the hardware cost, users can choose the function to turn on or off according to the need; compared with the existing remote control scheme, the method has the advantages that the connection is initially established, the key information needs to be transmitted by the aid of the server, the maintenance is complex, and the key information required by the initial establishment of the connection is transmitted only by the aid of the existing short message function; easy operation, the mode of seeking help is convenient and various optional, solves the daily life pain point, makes things convenient for the old person to use intelligent terminal.
