In one embodiment, the target terminal comprises a smart television.
According to the technical scheme, when an instruction for starting remote assistance sent by an assistance terminal is received, the method establishes communication connection with the assistance terminal and enters a remote assistance mode; acquiring current display content of the terminal, and encoding the current display content by using an encoder to generate a data stream of the current display content; sending the data stream of the current display content to the assistant terminal, and acquiring a user event obtained by the assistant terminal according to user operation; and converting the user event of the assistant terminal into a corresponding system event of the target terminal, and controlling the assistant terminal by utilizing the corresponding system event. Therefore, the problem that the user cannot smoothly use the intelligent terminal due to the fact that the user cannot know how to operate is effectively solved, remote operation of the intelligent terminal under the assistance of other intelligent terminals is achieved, and use experience of the user is improved.
For better understanding of the above technical solutions, the following detailed descriptions will be provided in conjunction with the drawings and the detailed description of the embodiments.
Referring to fig. 2, in a first embodiment of the present application, a remote assistance method based on an intelligent terminal is applied to a target terminal, and specifically includes the following steps:
step S110, when receiving an instruction to start remote assistance sent by an assistance terminal, establishing a communication connection with the assistance terminal and entering a remote assistance mode.
In this embodiment, the target terminal is an intelligent terminal that needs to be remotely assisted, and may be an intelligent terminal such as an intelligent television, an intelligent mobile phone, a tablet computer, and a personal computer; the assistance terminal is an intelligent terminal capable of providing remote assistance, and can also be an intelligent terminal such as an intelligent television, an intelligent mobile phone, a tablet computer and a personal computer. It can be understood that the technical solution of the present application can be implemented between different types of target terminals and assisting terminals. For example, the technical scheme of the application can be implemented between the smart television and the smart phone, that is, the smart phone can be used for remotely assisting the smart television.
The remote assistance mode is a special state of the target terminal which is set according to actual needs when receiving remote assistance. For example, if it is necessary to avoid the influence of the remote assistance due to the misoperation of the user of the target terminal during the process of receiving the remote assistance, the remote assistance mode may be set to a state in which the user of the target terminal is not allowed to perform the operation.
Generally, if remote assistance is initiated by a target terminal, the user of the target terminal needs to do at least the following two operations: finding and starting the remote assistance function, and selecting a corresponding object for sending the remote assistance request. However, these two operations still have a certain complexity for some users, and they are likely to not complete the operations smoothly. Even if the user completes the operation of initiating the remote assistance and sends the remote assistance request to the assistance terminal, the user of the assistance terminal may not accept the remote assistance request because the user is busy or the assistance terminal is not nearby. Therefore, in order to reduce the operation difficulty of the user of the target terminal when using the remote assistance and avoid the situation that the remote assistance request sent by the user of the target terminal is not answered by people, the technical scheme of the application adopts a technical means that the remote assistance is initiated by the assistance terminal, namely the user of the assistance terminal initiates the remote assistance.
If the target terminal receives the instruction for starting the remote assistance sent by the assistance terminal, it means that the assistance terminal starts the remote assistance to the target terminal, and at this time, the target terminal may establish a communication connection with the assistance terminal and enter a remote assistance mode. In an embodiment, in order to enable a user of an assistance terminal to initiate remote assistance in time when the user of a target terminal needs to obtain the remote assistance, a message that the user needs to obtain the remote assistance may be selected to be sent to a plurality of preset assistance terminals through the target terminal when the user of the target terminal needs to obtain the remote assistance. And after the communication connection is established with the assistant terminal, the target terminal can also send the message of establishing the connection of the existing assistant terminal to other assistant terminals which send the message needing remote assistance but do not establish the connection, thereby avoiding the other assistant terminals from repeatedly sending the instruction of starting remote assistance.
According to the technical scheme, when the instruction for starting the remote assistance sent by the assistance terminal is received, the technical means that the communication connection is established with the assistance terminal and the remote assistance mode is entered is adopted, but if the connection is established for any assistance terminal sending the instruction for starting the remote assistance, malicious control of other people on the target terminal is possibly caused. Therefore, when the target terminal establishes the communication connection with the assistant terminal, a method of firstly verifying the assistant terminal and then establishing the communication connection may be adopted. For example, the target terminal may acquire information of the assistance terminal to display confirmation information to the user upon receiving an instruction to turn on remote assistance transmitted by the assistance terminal, and establish a communication connection with the assistance terminal only in a case where the user selects to accept remote assistance. In an embodiment, the step of establishing a communication connection with the assistance terminal and entering the remote assistance mode when receiving the instruction to start remote assistance sent by the assistance terminal may further include: when an instruction for starting remote assistance sent by an assistance terminal is received, acquiring unique identity information of the assistance terminal, and judging whether the assistance terminal is an authorized terminal or not by comparing the unique identity information in an authorized terminal list; and if the assistant terminal is an authorized terminal, establishing communication connection with the assistant terminal and entering a remote assistant mode. In addition, if the assisting terminal is not an authorized terminal, the assisting terminal refuses to establish communication connection with the assisting terminal.
Step S120, obtaining the current display content of the user, and encoding the current display content by using an encoder to generate a data stream of the current display content.
In this embodiment, the currently displayed content is a content currently output by the intelligent terminal through components such as an image display module and an audio playing module of the intelligent terminal, and may include image content and audio content. For example, if the intelligent terminal is playing a movie in full screen, the currently displayed content is the current video frame and the current audio of the movie. In order to convert the current display content into data capable of being transmitted so as to be sent to the assisting terminal, after the target terminal obtains its own current display content, the target terminal needs to encode the current display content by using an encoder to generate a data stream of the current display content. In an embodiment, the target terminal may obtain current display content of the target terminal itself, and encode the current display content by using an encoder to generate a data stream of the current display content, and may also obtain current voice data of the user, and encode the current voice data by using the encoder to generate the data stream of the voice data. By acquiring the current voice data of the user and sending the voice data to the assisting terminal, the user of the target terminal can more conveniently convey the information related to the content needing to be assisted to the user of the assisting terminal.
Step S130, sending the data stream of the current display content to the assistant terminal, and acquiring a user event obtained by the assistant terminal according to a user operation.
In this embodiment, after the target terminal sends the data stream of the current display content to the assistant terminal, the assistant terminal may decode the data stream of the current display content by using a decoder, so as to obtain the current display content of the target terminal and play the current display content of the target terminal in the assistant terminal. Therefore, the assisting terminal realizes synchronous display of the content displayed by the target terminal. And when the assisting terminal synchronously displays the content displayed by the target terminal, the user of the assisting terminal can perform corresponding operation according to the displayed content. In this process, the assistant terminal needs to send the user event obtained according to the user operation to the target terminal in real time, or the target terminal needs to obtain the user event obtained by the assistant terminal according to the user operation in real time. In an embodiment, the target terminal may obtain the current voice data of the user of the assistance terminal and play the voice data while obtaining the user event obtained by the assistance terminal according to the user operation. By acquiring the current voice data of the user of the assistance terminal and playing the voice data, the user of the assistance terminal can explain and guide the user of the target terminal while providing remote assistance, thereby further improving the effect of the remote assistance.
Step S140, converting the user event of the assistant terminal into a corresponding system event of the target terminal, and controlling itself by using the corresponding system event.
In this embodiment, the user event is an event triggered by a user, and may be a click event, a touch event, or the like of the user. For example, the user clicks a button to open a setup menu. And a system event is an event fired by the system. For example, the system automatically opens a setup menu. And the event is used for driving a control of the intelligent terminal to execute a certain function. The user event of the assistant terminal is converted into the system event corresponding to the target terminal, and the user event can be converted into the system event which can be identified by the corresponding target terminal, so that the target terminal can automatically execute the same operation as the assistant terminal by using the corresponding system event without depending on the user operation, namely, the synchronization of the target terminal and the assistant terminal in operation is realized.
The method has the advantages that when the instruction of starting remote assistance sent by the assistance terminal is received, the method establishes communication connection with the assistance terminal and enters a remote assistance mode; acquiring current display content of the terminal, and encoding the current display content by using an encoder to generate a data stream of the current display content; sending the data stream of the current display content to the assistant terminal, and acquiring a user event obtained by the assistant terminal according to user operation; and converting the user event of the assistant terminal into a corresponding system event of the target terminal, and controlling the assistant terminal by using the corresponding system event. Therefore, the problem that the user cannot smoothly use the intelligent terminal due to the fact that the user cannot know how to operate is effectively solved, remote operation of the intelligent terminal under the assistance of other intelligent terminals is achieved, and use experience of the user is improved.
Referring to fig. 3, in a second embodiment of the present application, the remote assistance method based on an intelligent terminal is applied to a target terminal, and specifically includes the following steps:
step S210, an authorized terminal list is constructed by using an authorized terminal, and the unique identity information of the authorized terminal is recorded in the authorized terminal list.
In this embodiment, the authorized terminal is a preset intelligent terminal capable of providing secure remote assistance. For example, the intelligent terminal of the relatives and friends may be set as an authorized terminal in advance. And the unique identity information of the authorized terminal is information capable of playing a role of unique identification for the authorized terminal. For example, for a smart phone, the unique Identity information may be its phone serial number, i.e. its International Mobile Equipment Identity (IMEI). After the authorized terminal is preset, the target terminal can use the authorized terminal to construct an authorized terminal list, and the unique identity information of the authorized terminal is recorded in the authorized terminal list. Wherein, the authorized terminal list at least stores the name information of the authorized terminal.
Step S221, when receiving the instruction for starting remote assistance sent by the assistance terminal, acquiring the unique identity information of the assistance terminal, and judging whether the assistance terminal is an authorized terminal by comparing the unique identity information in the authorized terminal list.
In this embodiment, when receiving an instruction to start remote assistance sent by an assistance terminal, the security of the assistance terminal needs to be verified before establishing a communication connection with the assistance terminal. Since the authorized terminal is preset, it can be determined whether the assisting terminal is safe only by comparing the assisting terminal with the authorized terminals in the authorized terminal list. Firstly, acquiring unique identity information of the assisting terminal, then comparing the unique identity information with the unique identity information in the authorized terminal list one by one, and if the same unique identity information is found in the authorized terminal list, indicating that the assisting terminal is an authorized terminal; and if the same unique identity information is not found in the authorized terminal list, indicating that the assisting terminal is not an authorized terminal.
Step S222, if the assistant terminal is an authorized terminal, establishing a communication connection with the assistant terminal and entering a remote assistant mode.
In this embodiment, if the assistant terminal is an authorized terminal, it means that the assistant terminal is a preset intelligent terminal capable of providing secure remote assistance, and at this time, the target terminal may establish a communication connection with the assistant terminal and enter a remote assistance mode.
Step S223, if the assistant terminal is not an authorized terminal, refusing to establish a communication connection with the assistant terminal.
In this embodiment, if the assistant terminal is not an authorized terminal, it means that the assistant terminal is not a preset intelligent terminal capable of providing secure remote assistance, and it cannot be determined whether the remote assistance provided by the assistant terminal is secure at this time, so that the assistant terminal needs to reject the remote assistance provided by the assistant terminal and reject establishing a communication connection with the assistant terminal. In an embodiment, after the communication connection with the assistant terminal is rejected, the name information and the unique identity information of the assistant terminal may be recorded, and then further identified and judged by a certain method, so as to determine whether the assistant terminal needs to be added to a blacklist or whether the assistant terminal needs to be supplemented to an authorized terminal list.
Step S230, obtaining the current display content of the user, and encoding the current display content by using an encoder to generate a data stream of the current display content.
Step S240, sending the data stream of the current display content to the assistant terminal, and acquiring a user event obtained by the assistant terminal according to a user operation.
And step S250, converting the user event of the assistant terminal into a corresponding system event of the target terminal, and controlling the assistant terminal by using the corresponding system event.
The method has the advantage that the step of verifying the assistant terminal is added on the basis of the first embodiment. Therefore, the problem that the user cannot smoothly use the intelligent terminal due to the fact that the user cannot know how to operate is effectively solved, remote operation of the intelligent terminal under the assistance of other intelligent terminals is achieved, user experience is improved, and safety of the intelligent terminal is improved.
Referring to fig. 4, in a third embodiment of the present application, the remote assistance method based on an intelligent terminal is applied to a target terminal, and specifically includes the following steps:
step S310, when receiving an instruction to start remote assistance sent by an assistance terminal, establishes a communication connection with the assistance terminal and enters a remote assistance mode.
Step S320, obtaining the current display content of the user, and encoding the current display content by using an encoder to generate a data stream of the current display content.
Step S330, sending the data stream of the current display content to the assistant terminal, and acquiring a user event obtained by the assistant terminal according to user operation.
Step S340, converting the user event of the assistant terminal into a corresponding system event of the target terminal, and controlling itself by using the corresponding system event.
Step S350, when receiving the instruction for ending the remote assistance sent by the assistance terminal, disconnecting the communication connection with the assistance terminal and exiting the remote assistance mode.
In this embodiment, if the target terminal receives the instruction for ending the remote assistance sent by the assistance terminal, it means that the assistance terminal has completed the remote assistance on the target terminal, and at this time, the target terminal may disconnect the communication connection with the assistance terminal and exit the remote assistance mode. If the remote assistance mode is set to a state in which the user of the target terminal is not allowed to perform the operation, the user of the target terminal may resume the operation of the target terminal after the target terminal exits the remote assistance mode. In an embodiment, the target terminal may also end the remote assistance by detecting that a preset end operation is performed by the user. Wherein the preset ending operation may be pressing a power button of the target terminal.
The method has the advantage that the step of ending the remote assistance is added on the basis of the first embodiment. Therefore, the problem that the user cannot smoothly use the intelligent terminal due to the fact that the user cannot know how to operate is further effectively solved, remote operation of the intelligent terminal under the assistance of other intelligent terminals is achieved, and use experience of the user is improved.
