the cloud platform 2 is used for receiving rehabilitation assessment information of the patient uploaded by the doctor terminal 1, wherein the rehabilitation assessment information comprises assessment data of a rehabilitation stage, a rehabilitation part and a rehabilitation rating scale;
the cloud platform 2 acquires corresponding rehabilitation training video course information from the rehabilitation training video library according to the rehabilitation evaluation information and returns the corresponding rehabilitation training video course information to the doctor terminal;
the cloud platform 2 receives a rehabilitation training prescription uploaded by the doctor terminal 1, wherein the rehabilitation training prescription comprises rehabilitation training video course list confirmation information and a training plan; and generating a rehabilitation training report according to the rehabilitation training prescription, storing the rehabilitation training report into a rehabilitation training scheme library corresponding to the patient, so that the patient terminal 3 can acquire the corresponding rehabilitation training report after logging in, check the corresponding rehabilitation training prescription and watch the corresponding rehabilitation training video course.
It should be noted that, the cloud platform is used for implementing the above-mentioned internet rehabilitation training method based on rehabilitation medical digitization shown in fig. 1, and the description is not repeated here.
In one embodiment, the patient terminal and/or the doctor terminal are/is an intelligent terminal with a camera function, and the intelligent terminal comprises an intelligent device such as a personal computer, a tablet computer or a smart phone.
It should be noted that, the steps in the method of the present application may be sequentially adjusted, combined, and deleted according to actual needs.
It will be understood by those skilled in the art that all or part of the steps in the methods of the embodiments described above may be implemented by hardware instructions of a program, and the program may be stored in a computer-readable storage medium, where the storage medium includes Read-Only Memory (ROM), Random Access Memory (RAM), Programmable Read-Only Memory (PROM), Erasable Programmable Read-Only Memory (EPROM), One-time Programmable Read-Only Memory (OTPROM), Electrically Erasable Programmable Read-Only Memory (EEPROM), Compact Disc Read-Only Memory (CD-ROM), or other Memory, such as a magnetic disk, or a combination thereof, A tape memory, or any other medium readable by a computer that can be used to carry or store data.

For a software implementation, some or all of the procedures of an embodiment may be performed by a computer program instructing associated hardware. In practice, the program may be stored on or transmitted over as one or more instructions or code on a computer-readable medium. Computer-readable media includes both computer storage media and communication media including any medium that facilitates transfer of a computer program from one place to another. A storage media may be any available media that can be accessed by a computer. Computer-readable media can include, but is not limited to, RAM, ROM, EEPROM, CD-ROM or other optical disk storage, magnetic disk storage or other magnetic storage devices, or any other medium that can be used to carry or store desired program code in the form of instructions or data structures and that can be accessed by a computer.
Finally, it should be noted that the above embodiments are only used for illustrating the technical solutions of the present invention, and not for limiting the protection scope of the present invention, although the present invention is described in detail with reference to the preferred embodiments, it should be analyzed by those skilled in the art that modifications or equivalent substitutions can be made on the technical solutions of the present invention without departing from the spirit and scope of the technical solutions of the present invention.

Claims (9)

1. An internet rehabilitation training method based on rehabilitation medical digitization is characterized by comprising the following steps:
s1, receiving rehabilitation assessment information of the patient uploaded by the doctor terminal, wherein the rehabilitation assessment information comprises assessment data of a rehabilitation stage, a rehabilitation part and a rehabilitation rating scale;
s2, acquiring corresponding rehabilitation training video course information from the rehabilitation training video library according to the rehabilitation evaluation information and returning the information to the doctor terminal;
s3, receiving a rehabilitation training prescription uploaded by the doctor terminal, wherein the rehabilitation training prescription comprises rehabilitation training video course list confirmation information and a training plan; and generating a rehabilitation training report according to the rehabilitation training prescription, storing the rehabilitation training report into a rehabilitation training scheme library corresponding to the patient, enabling the patient terminal to acquire the corresponding rehabilitation training report after logging in, checking the corresponding rehabilitation training prescription and watching the corresponding rehabilitation training video course.
2. The internet rehabilitation training method based on rehabilitation medical digitization as claimed in claim 1, wherein step S1 is preceded by:
and SB1, establishing video call connection between the doctor terminal and the patient terminal according to the call request initiated by the doctor terminal or the patient terminal, so that the doctor sends action execution instructions to the patient through the doctor terminal, observes the condition that the patient completes each action execution instruction through a video call picture, and fills in rehabilitation evaluation information of the patient through the doctor terminal.
3. The internet rehabilitation training method based on rehabilitation medical digitization as claimed in claim 2, wherein step SB1 further includes:
the SB11 receives a rehabilitation rating scale acquisition request sent by a doctor terminal;
SB12 returns corresponding rehabilitation rating scale to doctor terminal according to rehabilitation rating scale acquisition request;
wherein the rehabilitation rating scale comprises a muscle strength rating scale, a modified Ashworth scale, a Brunntrom staging scale, a Penn rating scale, a Clonnus rating scale, a Fugl-Meyer motor function rating scale, a Berg balance function scale, joint mobility, a pain level VAS score, and a muscle strength MRC rating scale.
4. The internet rehabilitation training method based on rehabilitation medical digitization as claimed in claim 1, wherein the method further comprises:
SB3, establishing a rehabilitation training video library, wherein the rehabilitation training video library comprises rehabilitation training video courses for different rehabilitation stages, rehabilitation parts and/or training types;
wherein the rehabilitation stage comprises early stage, middle stage, late stage and recovery stage according to the severity of the disease condition; the rehabilitation part comprises a head, a neck, a shoulder, a back, a waist, an abdomen, an elbow, a wrist, a finger, a thigh, a calf, a hip, a knee, an ankle, an oral part, a tongue and a pharynx which are divided according to the body part; the training types include muscle strength training, balance ability training, joint activity training, aerobic training, anaerobic training, lying position training, sitting position training, standing position training and walking training.

The internet rehabilitation training method based on rehabilitation medical digitization as claimed in claim 4, wherein in step S2, S2, obtaining corresponding rehabilitation training video course information from a rehabilitation training video library according to the rehabilitation assessment information, specifically comprising:
matching corresponding rehabilitation training video courses according to the rehabilitation stages, the rehabilitation parts and the evaluation data of the corresponding rehabilitation rating scales of the rehabilitation parts; the corresponding training type can be matched according to the evaluation data of the corresponding rehabilitation rating scale of the rehabilitation part, and the corresponding rehabilitation training video course is matched according to the rehabilitation stage, the rehabilitation part and the training type;
and sending all the matched rehabilitation training video course lists to the doctor terminal, so that the doctor terminal confirms the finally selected rehabilitation training video courses according to the rehabilitation training video course lists, and sets corresponding training plans for the selected rehabilitation training video courses to generate rehabilitation training prescriptions.

The internet rehabilitation training method based on rehabilitation medical digitization as claimed in claim 1, wherein step S3 further includes: and sending the rehabilitation training report to the patient terminal, so that the patient terminal can obtain corresponding rehabilitation training video course data from the cloud platform according to the rehabilitation training report.
