In addition, in order to make the drawings concise and understandable, components having the same structure or function in some of the drawings are only schematically illustrated or only labeled. In this document, "one" means not only "only one" but also a case of "more than one".
As shown in fig. 1, the present invention provides an embodiment of a rehabilitation exercise monitoring method, which can be performed by a monitoring device, comprising the steps of:
s101, acquiring input data, wherein the input data comprises: patient physical characteristic data, disease information, and exercise medical data; automatically generating standard rehabilitation actions according with the training of a patient and training time corresponding to the standard rehabilitation actions according with the input data;
specifically, according to the patient suffering information, the physical characteristics and the sports medical data, a plurality of standard rehabilitation actions and training time corresponding to each action can be set for the patient in advance. The body characteristic data of the patient specifically includes limb information of the patient and use condition information of the limb of the patient, for example, the use condition information of the limb of the patient is left-handed, and the limb information of the patient includes whether the limb is healthy or not, the movable condition of the limb of the patient, and the like. The disease information includes the diagnosis results on the medical history. The exercise medical data includes textbooks, research materials, and data about exercise medicine, such as rehabilitation movements corresponding to a patient's condition.
For example, the physical characteristic data of the patient records that the patient is left-handed, the diseased information is right-handed ulnar and radial shaft fracture, the exercise medical data records that after treatment is fixed, the movements of wrist joint, finger joint and the like can be performed at early stage, and the rotation movement of the forearm can be gradually performed after six weeks along with the time until the normal state is recovered. Considering that the user is left-handed and the right hand is used less for normal people, the strength of the right hand rehabilitation action can be slightly smaller than the normal level, then according to the input data, corresponding rehabilitation actions and corresponding training time are generated, the standard rehabilitation actions are set to be wrist joint activities and finger joint activities, the training time is respectively 5 minutes, after the rehabilitation is recovered for 6 weeks, the standard rehabilitation actions are set to be forearm rotation, the training time is 10 minutes, and the training time, the training times and the training strength are properly lower than the normal training level.
S102 virtualizing preset standard rehabilitation actions through an augmented reality technology;
specifically, the standard rehabilitation action video image can be stored in the database in advance, and then the stored related standard rehabilitation action is virtualized out through the augmented reality technology. Optionally, the stored related standard actions may also be played out virtually through a virtual reality technology. In this way, the patient can very intuitively understand and simulate the rehabilitation training action that needs to be performed.
S103, monitoring the training action of the patient, and judging whether the training action of the patient meets the standard rehabilitation action;
specifically, the monitoring device can be provided with a camera, image information of a patient during rehabilitation training can be collected in real time, then data processing is carried out on collected patient images, and a plurality of action characteristic points are extracted. For example, when performing a knuckle movement, a plurality of feature points such as the tip of a finger and each knuckle can be extracted. In the standard rehabilitation action, a plurality of corresponding characteristic points can be extracted, the plurality of characteristic points in the collected image of the patient are matched with the plurality of characteristic points in the rehabilitation action, and if the matching is successful, the rehabilitation action performed by the patient is close to the standard rehabilitation action, so that the patient belongs to the effective rehabilitation action.
S104, when the training action of the patient accords with the standard rehabilitation action, recording the training time, the standard action times and the exercise intensity of the patient; judging whether the training time of the patient reaches the preset training time or not, whether the standard training action times of the patient reach the preset action times or not and whether the exercise intensity of the patient reaches the preset training intensity or not;
s105, if so, completing rehabilitation training;
and S106, if not, reminding the patient to continue training.
Specifically, the reminding mode can be diversified, for example, voice prompt, or a cartoon character simulated through an augmented reality technology is used for reminding, and the like.
Preferably, in this embodiment, a plurality of sets of standard rehabilitation motions and training time corresponding to each set of rehabilitation motions can be preset for the patient, then the plurality of sets of standard rehabilitation motions are virtualized through the augmented reality technology, then whether the training motions of the patient meet the standard rehabilitation time or not is sequentially judged, whether the training time reaches the training time corresponding to the preset standard rehabilitation motions or not is judged, and whether the rehabilitation training of the patient meets the standard or not is judged.
Preferably, in one embodiment, the method further comprises the steps of: when the training action of the patient does not accord with the standard rehabilitation action, or the training time of the patient does not reach the preset training time, or the training time of the patient does not reach the preset action time, or the exercise intensity of the patient does not reach the preset training intensity, prompt information is sent to family members of the patient and medical personnel, so that the family members of the patient and the medical personnel can know the completion condition of the rehabilitation training of the patient.
The rehabilitation exercise monitoring method provided by the invention can be used for virtually playing the preset rehabilitation training action and providing the rehabilitation training instruction for the patient, so that the patient can visually see the rehabilitation action to be carried out, the imitativeness is strong, and the time for the medical staff to carry out the rehabilitation instruction is reduced. The rehabilitation exercise monitoring method provided by the invention can also be used for carrying out rehabilitation training monitoring on the patient, identifying the standard of the rehabilitation training of the patient and supervising the patient to finish the rehabilitation training.
As shown in fig. 2, the present invention also provides another embodiment of a rehabilitation exercise monitoring method, which can be performed by a monitoring device, the method comprising the steps of:
s201 acquires input data, the input data including: patient physical characteristic data, disease information, and exercise medical data; automatically generating standard rehabilitation actions according with the training of a patient and training time corresponding to the standard rehabilitation actions according with the input data;
s202 virtualizing preset standard rehabilitation actions through an augmented reality technology;
specifically, the standard rehabilitation action video image can be stored in the database in advance, and then the stored related standard rehabilitation action is virtualized out through the augmented reality technology. In this way, the patient can very intuitively understand and simulate the rehabilitation training action that needs to be performed.
S203, acquiring a patient image through a camera; performing data processing on the patient image, and extracting a plurality of action characteristic points;
specifically, the monitoring device can be provided with a camera, image information of a patient during rehabilitation training can be collected in real time, then data processing is carried out on collected patient images, and a plurality of action characteristic points are extracted. For example, when performing a knuckle movement, a plurality of feature points such as the tip of a finger and each knuckle can be extracted. In the standard rehabilitation action, a plurality of corresponding feature points can be extracted.
S204, performing feature point matching on the plurality of action feature points and corresponding standard feature points in rehabilitation actions;
s205, if the matching is successful, the training action of the patient accords with the standard rehabilitation action; if the matching is unsuccessful, the patient's training movements do not conform to standard rehabilitation movements.
Preferably, when a plurality of action feature points of the patient training action are matched with the standard feature points in the embodiment of the invention, the matching is determined to be successful when the matching degree reaches the preset matching degree, and the matching is determined to be unsuccessful when the matching degree does not reach the preset matching degree. For example, the doctor may set the preset matching degree to 80%, and when the matching degree between the plurality of action feature points and the plurality of standard feature points reaches more than 80%, the matching is determined to be successful, otherwise, the matching fails. The preset matching degree can be set according to requirements.
S206, when the training action of the patient accords with the standard rehabilitation action, recording the training time, the standard action times and the exercise intensity of the patient; judging whether the training time of the patient reaches the preset training time or not, whether the standard training action times of the patient reach the preset action times or not and whether the exercise intensity of the patient reaches the preset training intensity or not; if yes, executing S207 to finish rehabilitation training; if not, S208 is executed to remind the patient to continue training.
S209, after the patient completes rehabilitation training, forming a rehabilitation training record and uploading the record to a medical system.
S210, collecting physiological characteristic data of a patient; and feeding back the rehabilitation training data and the user physiological characteristic data to the patient and the medical care personnel, adding the rehabilitation training data and the user physiological characteristic data into the input data, and returning to the step S201 to dynamically adjust standard rehabilitation actions according with the patient training and training time corresponding to the standard rehabilitation actions.
Specifically, after the patient completes the rehabilitation training, the time of completing the rehabilitation training and the content of carrying out the rehabilitation training can be recorded, the rehabilitation training record is formed, the training record can be uploaded to the server, the medical personnel end and the patient end can also be fed back simultaneously, and the doctor and the patient can conveniently know the process of the whole rehabilitation training. Meanwhile, after the patient completes rehabilitation training, the physiological characteristic data of the patient can be collected and added into the input data, and the standard rehabilitation action according with the training of the patient and the training time corresponding to the standard rehabilitation action are dynamically adjusted. For example, if the physiological characteristic data of the patient shows that the physical condition of the patient is not ideal, the range of the rehabilitation training action or the time of the patient needs to be adjusted to be small in time, so that the patient is prevented from being incapable of completing corresponding action and time, and if the physiological characteristic data shows that the physical condition of the patient reaches a normal level, the training intensity can be properly increased, and the recovery of the physical function is accelerated.
Preferably, in this embodiment, a call inquiry button may be installed on the monitoring device, and when a problem is asked during the rehabilitation training process of the patient, the patient may directly inquire the relevant problem with the medical staff by clicking the call inquiry button to establish communication with the medical staff device.
The rehabilitation exercise monitoring method provided by the invention can also be used for carrying out rehabilitation training monitoring on the patient, identifying the standard type of the rehabilitation training of the patient and supervising the patient to finish the rehabilitation training.

a data obtaining module 31, configured to obtain input data, where the input data includes: patient physical characteristic data, disease information, and exercise medical data;
the generating module 32 is used for automatically generating standard rehabilitation actions according with the training of the patient and training time corresponding to the standard rehabilitation actions according to the input data;
specifically, according to the patient suffering information, the physical characteristics and the sports medical data, some standard rehabilitation actions and training time corresponding to each action can be set for the patient in advance. The body characteristic data of the patient specifically includes information of the limb of the patient, use information of the limb of the patient and the like, for example, whether the patient is left-handed or not, whether the limb of the patient is healthy or not, the movable condition of the limb of the patient and the like.
Considering that the left-handed person is left-handed, the strength of the right-handed rehabilitation action can be slightly smaller than a normal level, then the corresponding rehabilitation action and the corresponding training time are generated according to the input data, the standard rehabilitation action is set to be wrist joint activity and finger joint activity, the training time is 5 minutes of training respectively, after the rehabilitation is recovered for 6 weeks, the standard rehabilitation action is set to be forearm rotation, and the training time is 10 minutes.
The virtual playing module 33 is electrically connected with the generating module 32 and is used for virtualizing preset standard rehabilitation actions through an augmented reality technology;
specifically, the standard rehabilitation action video image can be stored in the database in advance, and then the stored related standard rehabilitation action is virtualized out through the augmented reality technology. In this way, the patient can very intuitively understand and simulate the rehabilitation training action that needs to be performed.
