step 703: when the basic information of the client is consistent with the client information stored in the hospital, generating a token, and sending the token to a mobile banking terminal;
step 704: receiving the two-dimensional code and the token returned by the mobile banking terminal, and verifying the two-dimensional code and the token;
step 705: and after the two-dimension code and the token pass the verification, sending a fee deduction instruction to a mobile banking end, wherein the mobile banking end is used for deducting funds from the electronic bank card to a hospital account.
In one embodiment, the verifying the two-dimensional code and the token comprises:
scanning the two-dimensional code, and identifying the electronic bank card information in the two-dimensional code;
when the electronic bank card information in the two-dimensional code is consistent with the electronic bank card information stored in the hospital, determining that the two-dimensional code passes the verification;
and when the token returned by the mobile banking end is consistent with the token sent to the mobile banking end, determining that the token passes the verification.
In one embodiment, the method further comprises:
if the client information stored in the hospital does not exist, establishing a new client in the hospital according to the basic information of the client;
and after a new client is established, generating a token and sending the token to a mobile banking terminal.
Based on the same inventive concept, an embodiment of the present invention provides a medical payment method (overall system angle) to improve efficiency of medical payment, and fig. 8 is a schematic diagram (overall system angle) of a flow of the medical payment method in the embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 8, the method includes:
step 801: the mobile banking end receives a medical payment request initiated by a client and sends a secret key and a client identifier to the hospital server end;
step 802: the hospital server side inquires basic information of the client at the mobile phone bank side according to the secret key and the client identification, generates a token when the basic information of the client is consistent with the client information stored in the hospital, and sends the token to the mobile phone bank side;
step 803: when inquiring the electronic bank card corresponding to the hospital of the client, the mobile phone bank terminal generates a two-dimensional code of the electronic bank card and sends the two-dimensional code and a token to the hospital server terminal;
step 804: the hospital server side verifies the two-dimensional code and the token, and sends a fee deduction instruction to the mobile phone bank side after the two-dimensional code and the token pass verification;
step 805: and the mobile banking terminal deducts funds from the electronic bank card to a hospital account according to the fee deduction instruction.
The embodiment of the invention also provides computer equipment which comprises a memory, a processor and a computer program which is stored on the memory and can run on the processor, wherein the processor realizes the medical payment method when executing the computer program.
The embodiment of the invention also provides a computer readable storage medium, and the computer readable storage medium stores the medical payment method.
In summary, the embodiment of the present invention provides: the mobile banking end receives a medical payment request initiated by a client and sends a secret key and a client identifier to the hospital server end; the hospital server side inquires basic information of the client at the mobile phone bank side according to the secret key and the client identification, generates a token when the basic information of the client is consistent with the client information stored in the hospital, and sends the token to the mobile phone bank side; when inquiring the electronic bank card corresponding to the hospital of the client, the mobile phone bank terminal generates a two-dimensional code of the electronic bank card and sends the two-dimensional code and a token to the hospital server terminal; the hospital server side verifies the two-dimensional code and the token, and sends a fee deduction instruction to the mobile phone bank side after the two-dimensional code and the token pass verification; according to the invention, through token verification and electronic bank card two-dimensional code verification between the mobile banking terminal and the hospital server terminal, the fund can be automatically deducted from the electronic bank card to the hospital account when a customer initiates a medical payment request, so that efficient and rapid payment of medical expenses is realized, and the customer experience is improved.

Claims (13)

1. A mobile phone bank terminal, comprising:
the key and client identification sending module is used for receiving a medical payment request initiated by a client and sending the key and the client identification to a hospital server;
the basic information sending module is used for sending the basic information of the client to the hospital server according to the key and the client identification returned by the hospital server;
the token receiving module is used for receiving a token returned by the hospital server after the basic information of the client is verified by the hospital server;
the two-dimension code sending module is used for generating a two-dimension code of the electronic bank card when inquiring the electronic bank card corresponding to the hospital of the client, and sending the two-dimension code and the token to the hospital server;
and the payment module is used for deducting funds from the electronic bank card to a hospital account according to a fee deduction instruction sent by the hospital server after the two-dimensional code and the token are verified at the hospital server.
2. The mobile phone bank terminal of claim 1, further comprising: a real-name authentication module to:
before receiving a medical payment request initiated by a client, judging whether the client is a real-name authentication client or not;
and if the client is not the real-name authentication client, the real-name authentication is carried out on the client through the bank card bound by the client.

the basic information inquiry module is used for inquiring the basic information of the customer at the mobile banking end according to the secret key and the customer identification;
the token generation module is used for generating a token and sending the token to a mobile banking terminal when the basic information of the client is consistent with the client information stored in the hospital;
the verification module is used for receiving the two-dimensional code and the token returned by the mobile banking terminal and verifying the two-dimensional code and the token;
and the fee deduction instruction sending module is used for sending a fee deduction instruction to the mobile banking terminal after the two-dimensional code and the token pass the verification, and the mobile banking terminal is used for deducting funds from the electronic bank card to a hospital account.
6. The hospital server side of claim 5, wherein the verification module is specifically configured to:
scanning the two-dimensional code, and identifying the electronic bank card information in the two-dimensional code;
when the electronic bank card information in the two-dimensional code is consistent with the electronic bank card information stored in the hospital, determining that the two-dimensional code passes the verification;
and when the token returned by the mobile banking end is consistent with the token sent to the mobile banking end, determining that the token passes the verification.
7. The hospital server side of claim 5, further comprising: new customer set-up module for
If the client information stored in the hospital does not exist, establishing a new client in the hospital according to the basic information of the client;
and after a new client is established, generating a token and sending the token to a mobile banking terminal.
8. A medical payment system, comprising: the mobile phone bank terminal of any one of claims 1 to 4 and the hospital server terminal of any one of claims 5 to 7.
9. A medical payment method, comprising:
receiving a medical payment request initiated by a client, and sending a key and a client identifier to a hospital server;
sending basic information of the client to the hospital server according to the key and the client identification returned by the hospital server;
after the basic information of the client is verified by the hospital server, a token returned by the hospital server is received;
when the electronic bank card corresponding to the hospital of the client is inquired, generating a two-dimensional code of the electronic bank card, and sending the two-dimensional code and a token to a hospital server;
and after the two-dimensional code and the token pass the verification at the hospital server, deducting funds from the electronic bank card to a hospital account according to a fee deduction instruction sent by the hospital server.
10. A medical payment method, comprising:
when a customer initiates a medical payment request, receiving a secret key and a customer identifier sent by a customer mobile phone bank terminal;
inquiring basic information of the customer at the mobile banking end according to the secret key and the customer identification;

the hospital server side verifies the two-dimensional code and the token, and sends a fee deduction instruction to the mobile phone bank side after the two-dimensional code and the token pass verification;
and the mobile banking terminal deducts funds from the electronic bank card to a hospital account according to the fee deduction instruction.
12. A computer device comprising a memory, a processor and a computer program stored on the memory and executable on the processor, wherein the processor implements the method of any of claims 9 to 11 when executing the computer program.
