The units described as separate parts may or may not be physically separate, and parts displayed as units may or may not be physical units; can be located in one place or distributed on a plurality of network units; some or all of the units can be selected according to actual needs to achieve the purpose of the solution of the embodiment.
In addition, all the functional units in the embodiments of the present invention may be integrated into one processing unit, or each unit may be separately regarded as one unit, or two or more units may be integrated into one unit; the integrated unit can be realized in a form of hardware, or in a form of hardware plus a software functional unit.
Those of ordinary skill in the art will understand that: all or part of the steps for realizing the method embodiments can be completed by hardware related to program instructions, the program can be stored in a computer readable storage medium, and the program executes the steps comprising the method embodiments when executed; and the aforementioned storage medium includes: a mobile storage device, a Read-Only Memory (ROM), a Random Access Memory (RAM), a magnetic disk or an optical disk, and other various media capable of storing program codes.
Alternatively, the integrated unit of the present invention may be stored in a computer-readable storage medium if it is implemented in the form of a software functional module and sold or used as a separate product. Based on such understanding, the technical solutions of the embodiments of the present invention may be essentially implemented or a part contributing to the prior art may be embodied in the form of a software product, which is stored in a storage medium and includes several instructions for causing a computer device (which may be a personal computer, a server, or a network device) to execute all or part of the methods described in the embodiments of the present invention. And the aforementioned storage medium includes: a removable storage device, a ROM, a RAM, a magnetic or optical disk, or various other media that can store program code.
The above description is only for the specific embodiments of the present invention, but the scope of the present invention is not limited thereto, and any person skilled in the art can easily conceive of the changes or substitutions within the technical scope of the present invention, and all the changes or substitutions should be covered within the scope of the present invention. Therefore, the protection scope of the present invention shall be subject to the protection scope of the appended claims.

Claims (10)

1. A method for assessing the risk of an entering or exiting chemical, comprising the steps of:
acquiring document information of a target article to be evaluated;
acquiring enterprise information, category information, quality information, packaging information, transportation environment information and transportation time information of the target object according to the receipt information;
calculating an environmental hazard assessment score, a health hazard assessment score and a physical hazard assessment score according to the enterprise information, the category information and the quality information;
calculating a transportation hazard assessment score according to the category information, the packaging information, the transportation environment information and the transportation time information;
and calculating a total risk assessment score of the target cargo according to the environmental risk assessment score, the health risk assessment score, the physical risk assessment score and the transportation risk assessment score.
2. The method of assessing the risk of entry and exit chemical according to claim 1, wherein said calculating a transport hazard assessment score based on said category information, packaging information, transport environment information, and transport time information comprises:
calculating the probability of leakage of the packaging structure of the target object by using the category information, the packaging information, the transportation environment information and the transportation time information;
and calculating a transportation hazard assessment score according to the probability and the category information.

The method of assessing the risk of entering or exiting from a situation chemical as claimed in claim 1, wherein said calculating an environmental hazard assessment score, a health hazard assessment score and a physical hazard assessment score based on said business information, category information and quality information comprises:
calculating an initial environmental hazard assessment score, an initial health hazard assessment score and an initial physical hazard assessment score according to the category information and the quality information;
acquiring a dangerous chemical processing capacity coefficient of an enterprise purchasing the target object according to the enterprise information;
and calibrating the initial environmental hazard assessment score, the initial health hazard assessment score and the initial physical hazard assessment score according to the dangerous chemical processing capacity coefficient to obtain an environmental hazard assessment score, a health hazard assessment score and a physical hazard assessment score.

The method of assessing risk of entering or exiting from a situation chemical as claimed in claim 3, wherein said calculating an initial environmental hazard assessment score, an initial health hazard assessment score and an initial physical hazard assessment score based on said category information and said quality information
Inputting the category information and the quality information into a first preset neural network model to obtain a corresponding initial environmental hazard assessment score;
inputting the category information and the quality information into a second preset neural network model to obtain a corresponding initial health hazard assessment score;
and inputting the category information and the quality information into a third preset neural network model to obtain a corresponding initial physical hazard assessment score.
5. The method of assessing a risk of entering or exiting from a situation chemical as claimed in claim 3, wherein said obtaining a risk chemical handling capacity coefficient of a company purchasing said target item based on said company information comprises:
inquiring a corresponding enterprise information list according to the enterprise information and the category information to acquire the processing level of the corresponding enterprise on the target object;
and acquiring the dangerous chemical treatment capacity coefficient of the enterprise purchasing the target item according to the treatment level.
6. The method of assessing the risk of entering or exiting from a situation chemical as claimed in claim 1, wherein said obtaining of receipt information of a target item to be assessed comprises:
acquiring the number information of the target object;
and acquiring the receipt information of the target article in a customs system according to the number information.

The method of assessing risk of entering or exiting from a situation chemical as recited in claim 1, wherein said calculating a total assessment score for risk of said target cargo based on said environmental hazard assessment score, health hazard assessment score, physical hazard assessment score, and transport hazard assessment score comprises:
calculating a total risk assessment score of the target cargo according to a formula Q ═ a1x1+ a2x2+ a3x3+ z4x4, wherein a1 is a coefficient corresponding to the environmental risk assessment score, x1 is the environmental risk assessment score, a2 is a coefficient of the health risk assessment score, x2 is a coefficient corresponding to the physical risk assessment score, and x3 is the physical risk assessment score; a4 is the coefficient corresponding to the transportation hazard assessment score, and x4 is the transportation hazard assessment score.
8. An access chemical risk assessment system, comprising: a memory including a method program for access situation chemical risk assessment, and a processor, the method program implementing the following steps when executed by the processor:
acquiring document information of a target article to be evaluated;
acquiring enterprise information, category information, quality information, packaging information, transportation environment information and transportation time information of the target object according to the receipt information;
calculating an environmental hazard assessment score, a health hazard assessment score and a physical hazard assessment score according to the enterprise information, the category information and the quality information;
calculating a transportation hazard assessment score according to the category information, the packaging information, the transportation environment information and the transportation time information;
and calculating a total risk assessment score of the target cargo according to the environmental risk assessment score, the health risk assessment score, the physical risk assessment score and the transportation risk assessment score.
9. The access situation chemical risk assessment system according to claim 8, wherein said method program of access situation chemical risk assessment when executed by said processor implements the steps of:
calculating the probability of leakage of the packaging structure of the target object by using the category information, the packaging information, the transportation environment information and the transportation time information;
and calculating a transportation hazard assessment score according to the probability and the category information.
10. A computer readable storage medium containing a method program for access chemical risk assessment, which when executed by a processor implements the steps of a method for access chemical risk assessment as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 8.
