Abstract
A construction method of a stone table top spliced by pure stones is characterized by comprising the following steps: a. measuring the dimension of a stone table top on site, performing factory setting processing on the stone, b, splicing and bonding stone supporting pieces on site, c, leveling the supporting surface horizontally, polishing individual uneven parts, d, assembling the table top by adopting an on-table basin, assembling the table top, and e, installing the table basin and hardware. The construction method of the stone table top spliced by pure stone has the advantages that the stone table top spliced by pure stone is adopted for supporting, is arranged close to a wall and falls on the ground, is integrated with the stone table top, improves the attractiveness of the table top support, and is firmer and more durable than the traditional cantilever member.

Technical Field

b. splicing and bonding the stone supporting pieces on site, and reinforcing the upper and lower stone supporting pieces at corners by using corner connectors; the stone table top support spliced by pure stone is adopted, the stone support member is arranged close to a wall and falls on the ground and is integrated with the stone table top, the table top and the supporting legs coordinate to enhance the attractiveness of the table top support, and the table top support is firmer and more durable than the traditional cantilever member;
c. leveling the supporting surface horizontally, and polishing the uneven parts; the upper surfaces of the supporting legs and the water baffle are on the same horizontal plane;
d. the table top adopts a basin on the table, the table top is assembled, and holes are formed according to the upper water level and the lower water level of the basin; the height of the table top of the basin on the table is 660mm, and the external corner of the table top is chamfered and polished by 5 mm; the supporting legs are arranged according to a platform basin plan view, the distance between the supporting legs is not more than the distance between two washbasins, and two ends of each table top are supported on the supporting legs;

The present invention will be further described with reference to the following examples and the accompanying drawings.
Example 1
The construction method of the stone table top spliced by pure stone comprises the following steps:
a. the dimension of the stone table top is measured on site, the stone is processed according to the dimension on site, the stone is processed in a sizing way in a factory, the supporting leg space of the stone table top is processed in a sizing way according to 0.9m, 1.2m and 1.5m, the pollution of cutting and flying dust in site operation is avoided, and the production and installation efficiency is improved.
b. The stone supporting pieces are spliced and bonded on site, the upper and lower edges of the corners are reinforced by corner connectors, and the corner parts are fixed by 40 multiplied by 40 stainless steel corner connectors screws. d. the table top adopts a basin on the table, the table top is assembled, and holes are formed according to the upper water level and the lower water level of the basin; the height of the table top of the basin on the table is 660mm, and the external corner of the table top is chamfered and polished by 5 mm; the supporting legs are arranged according to a platform basin plan view, the distance between the supporting legs is not more than the distance between two washbasins, and two ends of each table top are supported on the supporting legs; FIG. 3 is a schematic plan view of a design of a countertop according to an embodiment of the present invention, with a spacing not greater than the spacing between two basins, with the two ends of each countertop supported on legs.
e. And (5) mounting a counter basin and hardware.
The construction method of the stone table top spliced by pure stone adopts the design and installation of the stone integrated table top, the support system and the table top are unified into granite stone, expansion bolts do not need to be arranged on the aerated concrete block wall body, the support system falls to the ground by the wall, the construction method is safe and reliable, the table top and the supporting legs are harmonious and attractive, and the construction method is suitable for large-scale popularization and use on public building projects.

5. The method of constructing a stone deck spliced by pure stone as claimed in claim 1, wherein said legs use 30mm rear granite stone as a supporting member.
