Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to a construction method of a stone table top, in particular to a construction method of a stone table top spliced by pure stone.
Background
The general washroom stone table top support adopts angle bar construction of encorbelmenting, and this involves the wall and punches and make the crab-bolt, if meet aerated concrete block wall body, fixed mounting is insecure, and back iron-implanted spare and angle bar support rust very easily under the moist environment like the washroom, and the durability is not high.
Therefore, the known washroom stone table top support adopting the angle iron overhanging construction mode has various inconveniences and problems.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a safe and reliable construction method for a stone table top spliced by pure stone.
In order to achieve the purpose, the technical solution of the invention is as follows:
a construction method of a stone table top spliced by pure stones is characterized by comprising the following steps:
a. the dimension of the stone table top is measured on site, the stone is processed according to the dimension on site, the stone is processed in a sizing way in a factory, and the supporting leg spacing of the stone table top is processed in a sizing way according to 0.9m, 1.2m and 1.5m, so that the pollution of cutting and flying dust in field operation is avoided, and the production and installation efficiency is improved;
b. splicing and bonding the stone supporting pieces on site, and reinforcing the upper and lower stone supporting pieces at corners by using corner connectors; the stone table top support spliced by pure stone is adopted, the stone support member is arranged close to a wall and falls on the ground and is integrated with the stone table top, the table top and the supporting legs coordinate to enhance the attractiveness of the table top support, and the table top support is firmer and more durable than the traditional cantilever member;
c. leveling the supporting surface horizontally, and polishing the uneven parts; the upper surfaces of the supporting legs and the water baffle are on the same horizontal plane;
d. the table top adopts a basin on the table, the table top is assembled, and holes are formed according to the upper water level and the lower water level of the basin; the height of the table top of the basin on the table is 660mm, and the external corner of the table top is chamfered and polished by 5 mm; the supporting legs are arranged according to a platform basin plan view, the distance between the supporting legs is not more than the distance between two washbasins, and two ends of each table top are supported on the supporting legs;
e. and (5) mounting a counter basin and hardware.
The construction method of the stone table top spliced by pure stone can be further realized by adopting the following technical measures.
The method of the preceding, wherein the stone is 30mm thick granite.
The method described above, wherein the corner brace is a stainless steel corner brace.
In the method, the stone supporting member is bonded by marble glue.
The method, wherein the support legs adopt 30mm rear granite stone as a support member.
After the technical scheme is adopted, the construction method of the stone table top spliced by pure stone has the advantages that the stone table top spliced by pure stone is adopted for supporting, is arranged close to a wall and falls on the ground, is integrated with the stone table top, improves the attractiveness of the table top support, and is firmer and more durable than the traditional cantilever member.

FIG. 2 is a detail view of the portion P in FIG. 1;
fig. 3 is a schematic plan view of a mesa design according to an embodiment of the present invention.
In the figure: the aerated concrete block wall comprises 1 aerated concrete block wall, 2 water baffle plates, 3 corner connectors, 4 longitudinal supporting legs and 5 transverse and longitudinal supporting legs.
Detailed Description
The present invention will be further described with reference to the following examples and the accompanying drawings.
Example 1
The construction method of the stone table top spliced by pure stone comprises the following steps:
a. the dimension of the stone table top is measured on site, the stone is processed according to the dimension on site, the stone is processed in a sizing way in a factory, the supporting leg space of the stone table top is processed in a sizing way according to 0.9m, 1.2m and 1.5m, the pollution of cutting and flying dust in site operation is avoided, and the production and installation efficiency is improved.
b. The stone supporting pieces are spliced and bonded on site, the upper and lower edges of the corners are reinforced by corner connectors, and the corner parts are fixed by 40 multiplied by 40 stainless steel corner connectors screws. The stone table top support spliced by pure stone is adopted, the stone support member is arranged close to a wall and falls on the ground and is integrated with the stone table top, the table top and the supporting legs coordinate to enhance the attractiveness of the table top support, and the table top support is firmer and more durable than the traditional cantilever member; referring to fig. 1, fig. 1 is a schematic view of a mesa supporting structure according to an embodiment of the present invention, and fig. 2 is a detailed view of a portion P in fig. 1. The skirt edge is made of granite with the thickness of 30mm, is mainly bonded by marble glue and is connected with the supporting leg to be used as an auxiliary supporting member.
c. Leveling the supporting surface horizontally, and polishing the uneven parts; the upper surfaces of the supporting legs and the water baffle are on the same horizontal plane;
d. the table top adopts a basin on the table, the table top is assembled, and holes are formed according to the upper water level and the lower water level of the basin; the height of the table top of the basin on the table is 660mm, and the external corner of the table top is chamfered and polished by 5 mm; the supporting legs are arranged according to a platform basin plan view, the distance between the supporting legs is not more than the distance between two washbasins, and two ends of each table top are supported on the supporting legs; FIG. 3 is a schematic plan view of a design of a countertop according to an embodiment of the present invention, with a spacing not greater than the spacing between two basins, with the two ends of each countertop supported on legs.
