5. An on-line replaceable frog according to claim 1 wherein: the frog wing rail (1) and the wing rail insert (2) form a detachable structure through the insert high-strength bolt (9), and the wing rail insert (2) is tightly attached to the inner wall of the frog wing rail (1).
6. The on-line replaceable frog and the replacing method thereof according to claim 1, wherein: the replacement method comprises the following specific steps:
(1) a new bolt (comprising a washer and a nut) needing to be replaced is prepared in advance, and the end of the bolt is marked.
(2) The serial numbers of bolts and steel rail washers are marked on the frog wing rail (1) in advance, and the theoretical tip position of the frog is marked through the guard rail stock rail.

Secondly, loosening and taking out the frog wing rail (1) and the insert high-strength bolt (9); tapping the frog wing rail (1) by using an iron hammer, vibrating and loosening the wing rail insert (2), prying the wing rail insert (2) by using a crowbar, sleeving iron wires at two ends of the wing rail insert (2), lifting the wing rail insert (2) out of a circuit, and removing rust and the like in the frog wing rail (1) by using cotton yarn.
And thirdly, putting a new wing rail insert (2), adjusting the position of the wing rail insert (2) by using a crowbar, and penetrating an insert high-strength bolt (9) connected with the wing rail.
