Abstract
The transparent water-based waterproof coating for the building comprises the following raw materials in percentage by mass: 25-38% of acrylic emulsion, 2.1-3.1% of surfactant, 2.8-4.2% of dioctyl sodium sulfosuccinate, 0.8-1.6% of nano silica sol, 0.1-0.5% of ultraviolet absorbent, 0.2-0.7% of sodium dihydrogen phosphate, 0.2-0.7% of disodium hydrogen phosphate, 1.1-2% of polymaleic anhydride and 53-65% of water; the invention also comprises a preparation method thereof. The waterproof paint is resistant to acid and alkali corrosion, high in water pressure resistance, excellent in comprehensive mechanical property, simple in preparation method, environment-friendly, free of pollution, convenient to use, capable of being sprayed and brushed, capable of being widely applied to waterproofing of building outer walls, and capable of providing long-term waterproof protection effects for buildings.

Technical Field
The invention relates to a waterproof coating for buildings and a preparation method thereof, in particular to a transparent waterproof coating for buildings and a preparation method thereof.
Background
The waterproof paint is a high-molecular flexible water-transparent colorless outer wall waterproof paint prepared by taking special copolymer emulsion as a base material and adding a modifier, a surfactant, a plasticizer and the like. The waterproof film formed by curing the waterproof coating has certain extensibility, elastoplasticity, crack resistance, impermeability and weather resistance, and can play roles in waterproofing, seepage prevention and protection.
The current waterproof measures adopted in the outer wall project without covering the bottom generally include: spraying organic silicon and water glass waterproof materials, rolling pure emulsion, and using (organic) solvent type waterproof paint. After the organosilicon waterproofing agent reacts with hydroxyl, the organosilicon waterproofing agent has a hydrophobic effect, rainwater slides along a wall, but the organosilicon waterproofing agent does not have the water pressure resistance, if the water pressure is high, the waterproofing effect is lost, and the material has poor weather resistance; the penetration depth of the water glass waterproof material in a facade wall is limited, the waterproof condition is strict, the wall is required to be saturated in moisture before construction, the wall has no release agent oil dirt, and the water glass waterproof material is ineffective; the EVA emulsion has poor water resistance, so the application of the EVA emulsion is limited; the pure acrylic emulsion has relatively good weather resistance, but has poor stain resistance, is sticky with oil and ash, is easy to cause dirt and dust on the wall surface, leads to bottom covering and has poor transparency; the solvent-based waterproof coating has good physical properties and good aging resistance, but the solvent is easy to volatilize, can pollute the environment, is easy to cause accidents in construction, and is forbidden to be used in some projects.
At present, the widely used coating in China is various in variety, however, the construction of the existing coating is generally time-consuming and labor-consuming, and the construction of part of the coating can emit unpleasant gas to cause certain damage to human health. As for the present situation, the waterproofing of the building periphery (outer wall) is still a weak link in the waterproofing of the building.
CN103614063A discloses a transparent water-based waterproof coating for buildings and a preparation method thereof, wherein the waterproof coating comprises the following components in parts by weight: 70-80% of a water-soluble polymer material; 0.8-1.6% of film-forming additive; 0.8-1.6% of an accelerator; 0.5-1.0% of nano material; 0.02-0.06% of a penetrating agent; 0.3-0.8% of ultraviolet absorbent; 0.5-1.2% of a thickening agent; 0.1-0.3% of defoaming agent; the balance of water. The coating disclosed by the invention is resistant to pollution, good in weather resistance, excellent in physical and mechanical properties and waterproof performance, good in transparency and free of bottom shading. But the compatibility of all components is poor, and the flexibility of the coating also has a space for improving.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to solve the technical problem of overcoming the defects in the prior art and provides a transparent water-based waterproof coating for buildings and a preparation method thereof; the coating is acid and alkali corrosion resistant, high in water pressure resistance and excellent in comprehensive mechanical property.
The technical scheme adopted by the invention for solving the technical problems is as follows: a transparent water-based waterproof coating for buildings comprises the following raw materials in percentage by mass: 25 to 38 percent of acrylic emulsion, 2.1 to 3.1 percent of surfactant, 2.8 to 4.2 percent of dioctyl sodium sulfosuccinate, 0.8 to 1.6 percent of nano silica sol, 0.1 to 0.5 percent of ultraviolet absorbent, 0.2 to 0.7 percent of sodium dihydrogen phosphate, 0.2 to 0.7 percent of disodium hydrogen phosphate, 1.1 to 2 percent of polymaleic anhydride and 53 to 65 percent of water.
The transparent water-based waterproof coating for buildings is preferably prepared from the following raw materials in percentage by mass: 27-35% of acrylic emulsion, 2.4-2.9% of surfactant, 3-4% of dioctyl sodium sulfosuccinate, 0.95-1.5% of nano silica sol, 0.15-0.4% of ultraviolet absorbent, 0.3-0.62% of sodium dihydrogen phosphate, 0.3-0.62% of disodium hydrogen phosphate, 1.2-1.8% of polymaleic anhydride and 56-62% of water.
The transparent water-based waterproof coating for buildings is prepared from the following raw materials in percentage by mass: 27.7 to 33.95 percent of acrylic emulsion, 2.5 to 2.8 percent of surfactant, 3.15 to 3.9 percent of dioctyl sodium sulfosuccinate, 1.05 to 1.4 percent of nano silica sol, 0.18 to 0.35 percent of ultraviolet absorbent, 0.35 to 0.57 percent of sodium dihydrogen phosphate, 0.35 to 0.57 percent of disodium hydrogen phosphate, 1.3 to 1.75 percent of polymaleic anhydride and 56.6 to 61.7 percent of water.
Preferably, the acrylic emulsion is one or more than two of pure acrylic emulsion, silicone acrylic emulsion, styrene-acrylic emulsion and vinyl acetate acrylic emulsion.
Preferably, the surfactant is one or two of Span80, OP-10, sodium abietate and TX-10.
Preferably, the solid content of the nano silica sol is 40%, and the particle size of the nano silica is 800-1000 nm.
Preferably, the ultraviolet light absorber is UV-531 (i.e., 2-hydroxy-4-n-octoxybenzophenone).
Preferably, the polymaleic anhydride is 400-800 molecular weight.
The preparation method of the transparent water-based waterproof coating for buildings comprises the following steps: adding acrylic emulsion, surfactant, dioctyl sodium sulfosuccinate, ultraviolet absorbent, polymaleic anhydride and water into a reactor, stirring uniformly, adding nano silica sol, sodium dihydrogen phosphate and disodium hydrogen phosphate, and mixing uniformly to obtain the product.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the following advantages:
(1) the nano silica sol in the coating rapidly permeates into the base layer under the action of the penetrant and capillary siphoning of the base layer, the nano silica sol reacts with alkaline substances of the base layer to generate insoluble hydrated silicate to block capillary pores of the base layer, so that the water-tight pressure of the base layer is enhanced, the damage of water pressure or steam pressure of the base layer to a waterproof coating is avoided, a waterproof layer which is not changed for the whole life is formed, and the waterproof coating has the advantages of high wear resistance, abrasion resistance, water pressure resistance and excellent comprehensive mechanical property;
(2) according to the invention, sodium dihydrogen phosphate and disodium hydrogen phosphate are added as buffer solutions, so that the acid and alkali resistance of the transparent waterproof coating is effectively improved;
(3) by adding the ultraviolet absorbent, the light stability of the transparent waterproof coating under outdoor conditions is effectively improved, and the transparent waterproof coating is more aging-resistant;
(4) the corrosion resistance of the transparent waterproof coating is obviously improved by adding the polymaleic anhydride;
(5) the paint disclosed by the invention is simple in preparation method, environment-friendly, pollution-free, convenient to use, capable of being sprayed and brushed, and capable of being widely applied to waterproofing of building outer walls, and providing long-term waterproofing protection effect for buildings.

The present invention will be further described with reference to examples and comparative examples.
The starting materials used in the examples of the present invention and comparative examples were obtained from conventional commercial sources. In the used raw materials, the solid content of the nano-silica sol is 40%, wherein the particle size of the nano-silica is 800-1000 nm; the polymaleic anhydride has a molecular weight of 400-800.

The comparative example used substantially the same starting material as in example 1, except that the penetrant used was perfluorooctyl sodium sulfonate, rather than dioctyl sodium sulfosuccinate.
Compared with example 1, the preparation method of the coating of the comparative example replaces dioctyl sodium sulfosuccinate with perfluorooctyl sodium sulfonate, and the rest part is consistent with example 1.
Comparative example 2
The raw materials of the coating of the comparative example are:
25g of pure acrylic emulsion, Span-802.5 g, 3.5g of dioctyl sodium dibutyrate, 1.2g of nano silica sol, UV-5310.2 g and 55.5g of water.
This comparative example is similar to example 1 except that the three materials, sodium dihydrogen phosphate, disodium hydrogen phosphate and polymaleic anhydride, were removed.
The comparative coating was prepared in a manner similar to that of example 1, except that sodium dihydrogen phosphate, disodium hydrogen phosphate and polymaleic anhydride were not used, and the remainder was identical to that of example 1.
Detection of water resistance
The following transparent waterproof coating material was further tested for the effects, and the test results are as follows.
The transparent waterproof coating prepared by the invention is tested according to the GB/T16777-2008 'test method for building waterproof coating' standard, and the result is shown in Table 1.

As can be seen from table 1, the transparent water-based waterproof coating for buildings according to the embodiment of the present invention has good impermeability, adhesion and flexibility; tensile strength thereof>24.5MPa, elongation at break>740% adhesive strength>1.4MPa, low-temperature flexibility of-40 ℃ and water-tight pressure of 0.3 MPa; and has good water resistance, acid resistance, alkali resistance and the like, and the water content and the H content are 20 percent2SO4Or after 7 days of treatment in 20% KOH solution, the related performance is not abnormal. It can be seen that the performance of the transparent water-based waterproof coating of the present invention is quite excellent.
Compared with the examples 1-5, the modified example 1 has poor tensile strength, elongation at break, adhesive strength and other properties. Comparative example 2 No sodium dihydrogen phosphate, disodium hydrogen phosphate and polymaleic anhydride were used, and the tensile strength, elongation at break and adhesive strength were better than those of examples 1 to 5, but the acid resistance and alkali resistance were poor, and the surface was corroded by acid or alkali treatment.

Claims (10)
1. The transparent water-based waterproof coating for the building is characterized by comprising the following raw materials in percentage by mass: 25-38% of acrylic emulsion, 2.1-3.1% of surfactant, 2.8-4.2% of dioctyl sodium sulfosuccinate, 0.8-1.6% of nano silica sol, 0.1-0.5% of ultraviolet absorbent, 0.2-0.7% of sodium dihydrogen phosphate, 0.2-0.7% of disodium hydrogen phosphate, 1.1-2% of polymaleic anhydride and 53-65% of water.
2. The transparent water-based waterproof coating material for buildings according to claim 1, wherein the acrylic emulsion is one or more of a pure acrylic emulsion, a silicone acrylic emulsion, a styrene-acrylic emulsion and a vinyl acetate acrylic emulsion.
3. The transparent water-based waterproof paint for buildings according to claim 1 or 2, characterized in that the surfactant is one or two of Span80, OP-10, sodium abietate and TX-10.
4. The transparent water-based waterproof coating for buildings according to claim 1 or 2, wherein the solid content of the nano silica sol is 40%, and the particle size of the nano silica is 800-1000 nm.
5. The transparent water-based waterproof coating for buildings according to claim 3, wherein the solid content of the nano silica sol is 40%, and the particle size of the nano silica is 800-1000 nm.
6. The transparent water-based waterproofing paint for construction according to claim 1 or 2, wherein the ultraviolet absorber is 2-hydroxy-4-n-octoxybenzophenone.
7. The transparent water-based waterproofing paint for construction according to claim 3, wherein said ultraviolet absorber is 2-hydroxy-4-n-octoxybenzophenone.
8. The transparent water-based waterproofing paint for construction according to claim 4, wherein said ultraviolet absorber is 2-hydroxy-4-n-octoxybenzophenone.
9. The transparent water-based waterproof coating material for buildings as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 8, wherein the molecular weight of the polymaleic anhydride is 400-800.
10. The method for preparing the transparent water-based waterproof coating for buildings according to any one of claims 1 to 9, characterized in that: adding acrylic emulsion, surfactant, dioctyl sodium sulfosuccinate, ultraviolet absorbent, polymaleic anhydride and water into a reactor, stirring uniformly, adding nano silica sol, sodium dihydrogen phosphate and disodium hydrogen phosphate, and mixing uniformly to obtain the product.
